Ive attached a copy of the die cut, painted it myself and hung on the front gate for Fourth of July! Thank you CraftCuts for giving me such a wonderful memory.

Excellent company! I needed help from their custom department and Jenni was extremely helpful, nice and very patient during the process. The letters arrived in about two weeks without damage. I ordered the solid acrylic because I live in an area with extreme weather conditions. They came with a protective film on them to peel off after installation. I also used an exterior grade adhesive to attach the letters to the wood sign. I am planning on using them again in the near future.

I was very pleased with the product and service I received. My stencils were shiped in a timely manor but tracking showed it had stoped moving. I emailed CraftCuts to see if there was an issue. Jennie replied instantly to let me know it had been lost in the mail. Jennie assured me they would reproduce my order and resend it again. What a great company. I was sprucing up a moped for my wifes Christmas gift and wanted to stencil on a magnet sheet for a DIY decoration.I had looked at a few other sites but this website had a much more user friendly interface. I was limited in how wide the stencil could be to fit in a specified area on the moped, and was a little bummed the font that I really liked was going to be a bit too wide.I ordered a different font and wrote a note that I enjoyed how easy the website was to use and happened to explain that the font I picked was my second choice.A woman from the company emailed and me and didnt reach me, so she called me and said they can custom make the stencil in the font I want! They worked on it and then emailed me a preview, and then made the stencil and shipped it out.In an era of faceless internet shopping, its a very nice touch to receive personalized customer service. Thank you Jenni - your company helped to make a great Christmas gift.

After deliberating, I decided to call and change my order to a stencil. Jennie was more than accommodating! She made the changes and shipped my stencil in a tube to protect from damage.
