I purchased a frame and had a backing and wire put on it a few years ago. The frame was plastic and the wiring didnt hold. So I took it back a couple of weeks ago to have it repaired. It was so long ago that I bought it I figured I would have to pay for the repair. He told me because the frame was plastic the screws for the wire wouldnt hold. He completely redid it so it would hold and didnt charge me a dime. Very impressed with the integrity of Craft Warehouse. Would highly recommend them! Bless them!

Normally I love this store especially the fabric department. Several women stood chatting. I asked for help and I got one person who pointed but not even in the correct place. I had to ask twice more before someone would actually take me back to the right area. Then when ready to have fabric cut it was the same. Stood there while chatting and again had nothing to do about business. I had other things Id hope to look at but after the situation and time wasted!! I still plan to call headquarters. Otherwise they have beautiful items to shop. I learned my lesson. Next time theres a group standing around I will ask them to show me where to find item!!

Oose enough to where I live that if I have a desire to create something crafty I can quickly stop in. Always an interesting assortment of items and many ideas on display.Nice and clean with organization that makes it easy to find supplies.

First Time Here, prices were just like Michaels. Was hoping for a better deal. They Did However have a Couple of Rabbit Skins. Something you wouldnt find in a So. California location.

Good craft store to shop at, but be aware if you return items make sure they are refunding the correct amount you paid for on your receipt. I returned a few items and didnt notice til I got home that it was less than what I paid. I paid cash and one item I returned was $13, but noticed later that they scanned that item in off my receipt but only gave back $10 for it. This was paid for and I returned the very same day just a couple hours later. So theres no reason for them to reduce the price that I clearly paid. So only 4 stars.

While craft warehouse isnt my favorite of the craft stores, ( I find them to be relatively more expensive than most of the other craft places with fewer sales that actually interest me, and I find their pre-made crafts that are not for sale annoying rather than inspiring) there are a couple of reasons to come to this store. They have a different selection than most of the other craft stores in our area and if youre looking for a specialty item this is a good place to check. They also seem to have more licensed characters stickers and paper than most of the other craft stores.

I absolutely love craft warehouse. They have a ton of items and they always have super fun craft ideas all over the place in case you need some inspiration and want to try something new. The products are great quality and you will pay for that quality. My only complaint would be that there are typically no discounts or coupons. All in all a great place to get your craft supplies.

It was alright, pretty pricey for what it is. There were some exact same things at Walmart for $10 dollars cheaper. But the store was clean and organized.

I love this place! They have such a wide variety of arts and crafts there. I wanted to go and spend my whole day looking at things! The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable too!

This is far away from my home but I really like this business. It’s always clean. The employees are always courteous and helpful. You would not believe all of the items they carry. It’s kind of fun and cheerful.

More home decor than craft supplies, so it depends on what you are looking for. They also have some great fabrics and photo frames! Fun place to look around.

My absolute favorite craft store to go to when Im in Idaho. I wish they were in more states. I love how they give ideas on what to do with the craft stuff and then all the supplies to make it right beneath the example. Get on their email list so you can get coupons and other announcements.

Craft Warehouse is always ready to give you ideas and help you with any project that you may have! They are more of a crafting store than a home decor store, which I like!

Edited- so I just went back to the store again last night. Im changing my review from 4 star to 5! The staff is just so amazing I have to! Totally different staff from my first review, but still just as awesome! I will gladly pay a little more and shop in a slightly-too-dark store if i continue to get phenomenal customer service! Keep it up!Let me start out by saying how amazing the staff was last night! Super helpful and accommodating! They were closed too and didnt tell me. I had no idea and was just shopping unaware haha. I didnt know until I overheard a customer asking if they were closed. Not once did they rush me or make me feel bad for being in there. They even were so kind to help me look for a few items i wasnt able to find. Thats unheard of in retail anymore! 5 stars for service!! I will say i dont usually shop here, though. I feel like the prices can be a bit high and the store always seems too dark. But they have a good selection of all the basics. I continue to go here over the years, even if its not my first choice. But after last nights customer service i might be a more frequent customer! Especially, now that I have taken up watercolor painting.

Very clean and organized store. While on the smaller size of craft stores, I found it to be a very pleasant shopping experience. They stocked all the items I needed. The quality of the other items (decorative) seemed to be better than the bigger craft store located relatively close. The employees asked if I needed assistance. Even though I did not, it was refreshing?I will return.

Craft warehouse is one of my favorite places to go for craft supplies. they have such a large selection from wire crafts, to coloring books, to canvases, to fake flowers and so much more.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. I recently retired from teaching and told all my friends that I was going to get a part time job here! It is so inspirational. I want to make all the crafts I see. There are examples of finished projects on display throughout the store. Employees are very friendly and super helpful. Coupons are available and welcomed at the check stand.I was slightly disappointed to find the jewelry making section of the store greatly decreased in size on my most recent visit. There is still a nice selection of supplies, just not like it used to be.There is a custom frame shop in the back of the store. Prices are fair, and customer service is awesome. Employees are great at making suggestions for matting and framing art pieces and posters.

BOYCOTTING craft warehouse..I had emergency ruptured appendix surgery recently, was severe...hospitalized 5 days followed by slow healing and walker and wheelchair..my first day out on my own hardly able to walk, cant mask up for medical reasons, all I wanted was Christmas gifts for my 5 grandchildren and two employees absolutely refused me to enter...I was tested in hospital and was negative...and their chilly attitudes were unnecessary...THANK YOU MICHAELS AND HOBBY LOBBY FOR ACCOMMODATING THIS GRAMMA...GOD BLESS

Our first time there. They had lots of fun things in the store. No coupons tho like youd find at their competitors. My daughter is the crafter and we just went in to see what they had. Employees were masked appropriately and seemed friendly.

Selections are not as good as they used to be. The prices are a bit steep but when you need that specialty Item they always have it. The staff is kind and welcoming but you need more workers to keep up with the influx of customers. I would give 4.5 stars with only improvements are prices and more staff!

Love it here and they have everything you could need. Prefer it over Michaels by far

So i went in to the Meridian location and to my surprise find some amazing small crystals and wanted to go through ln my phone flaah light to see what fluorite points where pretty weed out the broken points on them since i am a collector, but started getting harrassed, as if i was a shop lifter i was then followed by not 1, not 2 but 3 associates around the store, and as former Loss Prevention i could spot there l.p a mile away i would never steal and was frankly embarrassed in front of my daughter that was with me, laughing at my lack of deciding with CRYSTAL points i wanted, this was a bad experience, WILL NEVER CE TO THIS STORE AGAIN EVER!!! HOPE THEY GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!

I love Craft Warehouse! I can wander around this store for hours looking at all the different ideas. Today I went in for a specific item, but they no longer carry single beads and the strings of beads were rather expensive when I only needed one bead. I still love this store.

A decent craft store in the Valley. Still a chain but a small chain. They have a decent variety but the major brands they carry are way too limited. Theyre a bit on the expensive side - the markups are pretty high. But for the limited choices around, theyre a decent competitor.

Way over priced. No place to park. I had to double check that all my items rang up correctly. They didnt. The isles are so small you cant simply pass someone. Its awkward. You can 3 items in each tiny cart.

This technically should be no stars what so ever went in to do the heart pendant today paid for the heart pendant and then was told oh we only have a leaven hearts available so you might end up having to do the bottle I paid for a heart not a bottle we get over there all the hearts were gone so then we go back to the register to get our money back because they told us we could come right back and get our money back I was asked for my drivers license which was really none of their business because I paid cash and I had just paid three minutes ago and went through the same register with the same little ditz. The event started at 12 o’clock and we walked out of the store by 12:20

Smaller than Hobby Lobby and Michaels, but a better selection than either. This might due its smaller size and not as well know as those 2 competitors, so they didnt have as a high customer volume. Their customer service was top notch and sale items reduced 60%. My wife found some good bargains and I came up with a couple of ideas for a future project.

I was a bit disappointed in their yarn selection this time. Many of the fine Yarns that Id come to love were no longer carried. Very focused on bulky yarn so if thats what youre after they have a nice selection. Good selections and other craft items but I was specifically after yarn

First time being in this store, it was as if every craft I ever wanted to do (in my life) was available at my fingertips.The shelves are 110% stocked up with every item you would need for any craft, honestly.In addition to crafting items, the store also has some really lovely completed crafts throughout the store to help give customers unique ideas (which I really appreciated).I was in the store for about 20 minutes, I dont recall of a staff member came up to me, I was on the phone.

This is a great place for craft supplies. They always seem to be having sales on the things I’m needing at the moment, so that’s a plus. They even have random things I haven’t heard of or seen before, like nifty unusual socks or candy shaped like mythical creatures. Any time I need help, I’m always met with a cheerful smile. The associates even point out the sales and try to save me money! I’m all over that.

So much to choose from here. Wish we had this store in our area!!

This is 1 of my favorite craft stores (for Idaho). Pretty good selection of craft items, although I wish that they, along with ALL of the craft stores in Idaho, had more calligraphy items (not just for Italic calligraphy). I love how Craft Warehouse has TONS of finished, hand-made projects throughout the store to look at for inspiration.

Staff are never particularly happy or friendly; I notice this every time I go. They have a decent selection and unique craft items I cant find anywhere else so I keep going back anyway.

Great place to get ideas for craft projects. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase items for a project and left without those items because I saw displays that reminded me of things I already had at home for my project. But left with supplies for the next two projects on my list. I would have given 5 stars but the store is very crowded. Imagine what the could do if they had more space!

Had some watercolors framed. They went out of their way to help me, even tho we arrived after frame department had closed for the evening. The pricing was better than their competitors and the finished product was great.

This rating reflects my wifes viewpoint. I was the person who accompanied her to the store. However, I will say that the Craft Warehouse is neatly organized, and is well stocked. It made me think a lot of a Hobby Lobby type store, but with a bit more local flair.If crafts are your thing, this is a great place to be.

Clean, COVID-19 aware, and well lit. A little pricey and supplies were in multiple locations, which made it a bit confusing. For a small store it took me longer to find my beading and floss (and I had to find a helpful clerk) than actually picking out what I needed
