Really cute, local coffee place. First spot in Meridian that I have found that is a coffee spot that feels like you want to sit and stay awhile. I had the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delicious! Will definitely be back.

What a great place to meet clients. Jess and her team have created a warm, inviting and cozy coffee (and more!) meeting place that is so conducive to good conversation. I conduct probably 3-4 meetings a week here and enjoy every minute. The coffee is great...the servers and staff...even better.

What a great little coffee shop! The atmosphere is so welcoming with friendly smiling faces to welcome you. They have a wonderful selection of drinks, pastries and breakfast options. Definitely recommend for a quit breakfast stop or to come hang out with friends.

My Meetup group of Senior Ladies met there todayfor coffee & breakfast. We had about 18 Ladies,it is a lovely place & the Staff were just great!The food & pastries were terrific & the coffee wasquick & delicious. We had a very enjoyable couple of hours & will definitely go there again. Jessica wasextremely helpful.

This was my old study spot for 5 years but has recently deteriorated to where I am not planning on going back. The last time I was there the service was boarding on mean, I sat for 15 minutes without coffee or WiFi, the baristas were somewhere in the back unavailable to help. I ended up leaving without the coffee I payed for an went to Black Rock down the road to get coffee and work done.

Really good space and well-executed smoothies. Drive thru is handy after yoga in the neighboring studio. The prices are fair for the quality, but dont look for a value menu.

All I can say is if you haven’t been YOU MUST visit this spot for good coffee and/or tea, breakfast bowls/burritos…AND…great internet for remote work.

Coffee Studio is a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing cup and a bite to eat! They have a great selection of pastries and other food items, and the service is spot on. As a bonus, they frequently feature local artists and display art for sale. Check it out!

Great coffee spot, very welcoming and friendly staff. Good coffee and I recomend getting the scone. They treat you like people here, not like icky walking germ bags who need face diapers and instructions from psychotic bureaucrats to be good people. Anyways, I love this place, I come every week. We love this little spot. Great mix of offerings for the whole family and includes gluten free options for me. We love to come sit as a family and enjoy a break from the rush of it all and the kids can always find things to entertain themselves with. The staff is always kind and they have some fun local art for sale.

Bright eyes has amazing drinks and even better baristas. The baristas are super sweet and always a joy to chit chat with. However, service has been a little slow lately (we waited 25 minutes in the lobby for an iced latte and london fog this morning) so if you are wanting to get a drink before work I would tell you to plan accordingly or grab your morning java at home and swing by later in the day when things have slowed down. This team is definitely putting in the work and I hope they are able to get their drink rotation down and running smoothly in the future weeks.

As far as coffee shops go, its better than Starbucks.

Weird experience under new management. Used to love coming here. I ordered a drink, after seeing what was posted on the board, then was told the total was higher.Me: Why is the price posted $$?Them: Those are our old prices. Were changing the prices.Me: Why do you have prices posted if thats not the price? If its a new price, can you change whats listed to the new price?Them: *points to prices may vary.Me: So if you go to a restaurant and the menu says its $13.00 and then your bill comes out as $17.00, youd be okay with that?Them: If the menu said, Prices vary.Me: Why do you have prices listed again?Them: Crickets.(I had also asked if they would honor the posted price. They said, No.)I left.* * *To follow up, I received a quick, thoughtful response to this post from the owner. I think I have met the owner in the past and she has always been amazing. Hopefully today was some transition snags, and Im willing to give this another go.

My wife and I stopped in before work for a quick coffee date this morning. The coffee was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The prices were also very reasonable. On top of that, they serve Guru donuts. Love the place, and well certainly be back.

We have been going here for several years. Love the coffee, atmosphere, service and most off all, the people who work there. We were surprised though to see the name change from Coffee Studio to Bright Eyes. Not a very catchy name for a great coffee house. Why the change?

I was hoping Google would ask me to rate this business. Im not a complainer when it comes to food or drink, I eat most anything Im offered. That being said this was, to the best of my recollection, the 2nd worst latte I have struggled to drink. When I spend $6 for a drink Im going to at least try to choke it down but this thing was a tasteless, watered-down excuse of a drink. Sorry to be harsh but with an espresso stand on every other corner you had better, at least, be as good as the guy down the street or youll have a hard time retaining customers.

I went into Bright Eyes this morning for the first time. I’ve been looking for a new coffee spot since moving to Meridian last year. I bought the cutest coffee mug and enjoyed a Carmel apple butter latte. The staff were so nice and I enjoyed my coffee. I’ll be back for sure!

I like the coziness of Bright Eyes. The coffee is fresh and they have a large menu for a cafe, both in flavors and in food choices.

I dont have enough characters to tell you how wonderful this place is! The owner is so passionate about the quality, cleanliness and customer service it is just crazy. If you want to enjoy the ombionce of a relaxed and home like atmosphere, this place meets that and much more. All you have to do is try them once and you will be hooked! AAAAA+++++

We always love their coffee! I know lately they have been closed to get their staff tested but it furthers our love for this place. We appreciate businesses who care for their employees and their customers.This place has become our staple for a good cup of coffee!

Nice atmosphere. Great seating area. Not like many other coffee shops with blaring music. If you are looking for a good place to get together with friends or catch up on some work, this is the place to go.Because of the shared location, parking is limited. There is a dirt parking area available, which is not ideal if the weather is bad.

Fantastic coffee. Great environment. Loved that they had a play area for my son to be in while I worked. They went beyond all expectations when they treated my son like a superstar and let him choose his own drink. Love this place!

I have had better from them. Something was off today. Just was not as good. I had a 16 oz vanilla latte. Vanilla flavoring seemed absent. Guru Donuts, as always, was excellent. Usually I would give 4 to 5 stars but not this time. Havent been in awhile so hopefully they havent changed.

Cool large coffee spot offering a ton of different latte flavors and also smoothies. They also serve some baked goods and packaged foods. Friendly and helpful staff that is available to answer any of your questions. The atmosphere has a very at home vibe. Great spot if you want to study, get work done or want to relax and chat with a friend.

One of the best coffee shops in the valley. I love stopping here on my way into work. They have excellent coffee and kind staff. The atmosphere is friendly and a great place to meet chat with friends.

I love this place, and have almost as far back as when owner Lyndsey bought the building from Moxie Java. Her spark of imaginative enthusiasm and knowledge are apparently contagious; because every single one of the Coffee Studio employees seems to radiate a similar zest in what theyre doing. Good people, ambiance, and coffee. Go there -- definitely not a generic experience.

Awesome place, quiet and great friendly service

I always judge a place on how they make their white mochas. And this place makes the cut. I like that all the tables have a Dairy glass (acting as a vase) with flowers. The low light level, and music make a calming atmosphere. Unlike most coffee shops I notice a cabinet with board games, and shelves with actual books to read. Even though everyone is on their phones this pleases me to see this. I only wish it was not raining so that I may enjoy the front patio.

We love Coffee Studio! It’s by far the best place to grab coffee in Meridian! Their drinks are always consistent in quality, regardless of which employee makes it. Staff is very friendly & remembers who you are. My husband & I stop in often at the drive thru or have meetings here, and it’s always a great environment with speedy service either way. They have an awesome line up of food as well from their breakfast burritos to a quick pastry. We’ve received excellent service again & again and we know you will too! They’ve made lifelong customers out of us :)

The staff is very friendly but the pour-over coffee tasted awful as if someone poured old popcorn water over coffee grounds. The raspberry scone was so stale that I couldnt even eat it with a metal fork. All of the dishes had chips in them and that is against health standards, as well as a liability. Ambiance was alright but not welcoming. I dont think I would recommend this establishment to friends or family.

They make a great almond milk latte. I feel that most places rely on flavored syrups to make a good coffee. Coffee Studio has good coffee! No additional flavor needed.

Environment inside is great for a quick meeting or studying. Drive thru is typically fast. As for the counter experience.. make sure you ring the bell so they can hear you. Stood there looking at stuff for 5+ minutes without noticing the sign (and without being noticed)

All the employees are amazing! Customer service at the highest. The new additions to the menu, breakfast bowls and oatmeal so delicious.

The atmosphere is nice the staff was very friendly. However, it took 10 min for me to get my london fog latte and they were not busy. Two groups of people came in after me and they were served promptly. Not sure if my drink was that complicated, but it’s just steamed coconut milk and earl grey tea. 🤨 Once I finally had a sip it was mediocre at best... but I honestly don’t know how can you mess this drink up. Disappointed because I prefer to support local business - especially one that supports so many others local bakeries and breweries. I’ll give them one more try - maybe they were having an off day. 🙃

5 star coffee shop! It has a really nice set up inside and you can also sit outside! The baristas are insanely nice and friendly. The coffee is delicious and they made me one of the best Americanos Ive had in a while! Ive been a barista myself so I know when a shot was burned or not. This was the perfect Americano! They also have delicious pastries and I had the banana bread which was so yummy. We are only visiting here for the weekend but will make sure to go there again before we leave!

The coffee here is some of the best in Meridian. I will drive here for the customer service and the good coffee. They serve Dawson Taylor and it is always tasty. The service is wonderful and the feeling inside is cozy and comfortable.

Worst coffee company ever, employees cant seem to follow directions and put the lid on correctly. When I called and talked to the manager she could of cared in the least that my sister just got burned by their product on her way to work. This is not the kind of representation any company should want from their management, when their employees are neglectful and it causes the customer a serious burn injury. Im sure you will be hearing more about this incident and maybe you should invest in coffee cups that are not to confusing for your staff.

The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is great. On my first visit I had a mocha latte, which was excellent. Yesterday, however, I ordered a cold brew and a donut. First of all I thought $3.75 for a donut was too much. The whole transaction, including tip, was $9.70. I can get a full lunch at many local sit down restaurants for that price. Secondly, the cold brew was simply hot coffee poured over ice, which had melted by the time the barista got it to me. The cold brew was luke warm and so bitter as to be undrinkable. Unfortunately, by the time I had taken my first sip, I was too far down the road to turn back. I ended up pouring it out at my next stop and essentially paid nearly $10 for a donut. I havent decided if I will return, but I do know that if I do I will stick to hot beverages until they learn what a cold brew is, and how to make it.
