I recently started going to this location, and i have to say it is amazing! they are super quick and my order is never wrong, plus they have great staff :)

Great drive through service. My Pike Place coffee was hot and tasted fresh.

This is where you go if you want a boring, fast, correct experience. I have never had an incorrect drink, annoying barista, or bad time. It is always perfectly normal in the most boring sense of the word.I promise you, there will be no surprises and you will walk away exactly the same as you arrive except in this case, you might have food and a source of caffeine. Enjoy carefully.

I normally really love this Starbucks, and still do, however, I wish they would at least change their house here on Google. I do realize that there are supply chain shortages and staff shortages (which is understandable!), but I have gone to this location at least 10x in the last few months and they were either A. closed inside or B. closed inside as well as the drive thru. Again, my rating has nothing to do with messed up orders or anything, just the lack of adjusted hours in a place where everyone can see them so I can stop wasting my time going to this location when I could very well go somewhere else instead until this location is open regular hours again.

Weirdest Starbucks ever, I waited 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged for being the only person at the counter drive-thru was busy there were three people inside. Ive never been at least greeted. And there were six people working inside no one was paying attention to the counter....

A good typical Starbucks that is consistent in preparing our drinks and food. Staff is always friendly. The high prices of Starbucks keeps me from giving them five stars.

I dont know how many times we have come to the Starbucks on meridian rd to get the brown sugar oatmilk latte only to be told they were out of oatmilk! What, out of oatmilk!! Why? So we decided to stop again and guess what...yep, out of oatmeal again and guess what...even out of ANY non-dairy milk. So going to our favorite coffee place DUTCH BROTHERS!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the gal who was taking the order was very nice!

Great service and consistency in the drinks. Waiting drive through line is a pain how its set up but nothing they can do about it.

This is a good Starbucks and Ive never had a problem with it but Ive mostly went through the drive through.

Someone needs to help this team. There is always a long line in the drive through blocking traffic. The staff is nice, but upper management really needs to address this.

Very rude staff. We were waiting to be attended for over 10 minutes while 3 staff were busy working. None of them made an attempt to let us know theyll be with us. They were avoiding eye contact. Never seen this behavior before. Very disappointing

The drive thru is a little tricky to get into depending on what entrance you use. Went through today, fast accurate service. I will be back again!

This Starbucks needs a better management I came for my coffee a hot latte and they took forever to prepare it because they were giving preferences to mobile apps orders after 15 minutes I needed to leave because to an appointment and instead of giving me the free coffee and return my money they just return my money and left me without my coffee bad bad bad

Lately my lady and I have had an issue with finding consistency on how our drinks are made. We havent ran into that issue at this location. Thank you.

They have good drinks and good service. Their lounge is quite so its one of the best places to work on homework. It gets busier when its around lunch time and slmethimes in the morning.

I enjoy this location but was bummed when they didnt say my name the last time I ordered a hot bagel and drinks. Wasnt as warm as I would have liked. We ordered two different times and my name wasnt called either time. No way I missed it either.

I typically love going to this Starbucks location and enjoying talking to the employees who are always very friendly. I usually order a Trenta unsweetened lemonade as one of my favorite drinks. Three out of the last 5 times Ive ordered it from this location, it has been wrong. They usually forget the lemonade part so I end up with just green tea. This time I ended up with green tea and instead of getting a trenta size, I got a venti. I dont think I will order this again from this location since the majority of the time they cant get it right.

This Starbucks is hands-down the best Starbucks in the Treasure Valley! The staff is extremely friendly and always greet you as you come to the door. They have a good selection of pastries and breads. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Even though they dont have blonde brood all the time they will definitely make you a wonderful pour-over! I usually stop by here between 5 and 5:20 in the morning coffee is always hot and they are happy to see you! Thank you for a job well done

This place runs very hot and cold. Some staff is awesome and some is really rude. The one constant is theyre slow.. Plan on spending at least 15 minutes in the drive through..

I love their mixed drinks and fraps. Theyre refreshers are great a well. Its always clean inside and the staff is always friendly adding to the cozy warm atmosphere. Theres usually enough seating available to sit with friends or just by yourself to work.

First time being in here and the staff was nice but messed up on our drinks. They remade them which was nice but just kept glaring at us for 10 min. Awkward!

Starbucks is a place where I would definitely go to drink coffee and talk with a friend. It sells great coffee that tastes better than it looks. The prices are okay, but the coffee is better.

Always nice drinks, the staff is friendly and the only problem is the prices that are on the high range. I guess good coffee always cost money and I didnt care that my cold brew was more ice than drink, my bad I should have asked for little ice.

The BEST Starbucks hands down! They are not just employees at this location, the Meridian Rd and Overland location, they make themselves family. Its wonderful when everyone knows your name and works hard to always make your experience the best experience to date! Its a game of one upping themselves.

Each time I have been here Ive been greeted by a different individual and every single one of them has been very nice and accommodating. My wait times have been very short my drink orders have always been correct.

Ordered a chai latte at 6 in the morning when they were not busy via mobile order. Started to drink it after I was on the road and found out it was coffee. Told by store sorry about that it must be a mix up in the tags. Does me no good when I am now 80 mikes away.

Theyll only serve you if youre rich and have a car. These people are elitist and hate poor people.

Great staff, great environment. My only complaint is parking. I pulled in and only one spot was available. I assumed the store would be packed. It wasnt! I have to assume parking was all staff.

Love their Nitro Brew right out of the tap. Wish more locations would pick this up. Nice store layout never too busy when I go in the evenings and I have had several really good interactions with the staff. Also unlike other locations that I go too this one is clean on a regular basis.

Only thing is that they are a bit on the expensive side!! Theyll probably have a location on just about every corner of the city someday !! Lol !

New facility with a quiet environment conveniently located off the freeway and a nice staph, ready and waiting to make your favorite concoction.

Not my first choice, but i was pleasantly surprised.

Open early, lots of room for a small group to meet, hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee while they catch up.
