Best cabinet company Ive ever had the pleasure to work with; professional, knowledgeable and great service.

The color of the cabinets was just what I wanted. The receptionist was so nice when we were stood up for our appointment. Too bad the doors to our upgraded cabinets are smaller than the opening. We were told they met minimum industry standard. I think the standard needs to be revised and the bar raised. If we want them fixed we have to pay extra to have them redone. Not a happy camper. Photo shows the gap between the edge of the door and the cabinet when the door is shut.

We purchased our Brighton home last fall. We noticed that there was some discoloration on the cabinets. The discoloration was not terrible, and honestly almost looked like shadowing. We called Brighton to see if it was covered under that warranty. When Greyloch came to look at the cabinets, they noticed the discoloration as well. They scheduled an appointment and came and repainted that cabinets in the areas where the colors did not match. They were professional and timely and fixed the issues under our warranty.

Not to happy with this company! I sure hope the doors and fronts of these cabinets turn out nice.Which I know they will. The Bones of the cabinets are very well made. Timely installation of the outer doors and draw fronts is not what they have done for us. We have way more cabinets we wanted built in the future. I hope the doors are installed well and not postponed again. We have many more cabinets we want in the future! My recommendation is pending as of now.

Greyloch built our cabinets and cupboards eight years ago. When we sustained earthquake damage this spring, they did very reasonably priced repairs and the workmanship was very good. Everything matches the original paint and style.

Greyloch was amazing to work with! They helped me come up with the perfect design for my office. Even better they were prompt with their work and didnt have a bunch of hidden charges. I can 100% recommend all of my friends that are looking for new cabinets!

Great place to work and the owner is a great guy. The Only drawback is we dont have great benifits, nor do we have any paid time off.We provide top notch custom cabinetry for the best homes in Boise and surrounding area!

Id give this company a negative rating if Google would allow.Shoddy workmanship and terrible installation.I had to do the finish work the installers should have done - adjusting hinges (not an easy process if youre unfamiliar) to square the doors, installing shelves in cabinets, and other things that should have been taken care of by the installers.The doors on many of the cabinets were scratched and the fix they tried was to rub them with a solvent which created a large blotch on the doors.If you have a choice in the matter, Id go with a different company to build and install your cabinets. I wish I had.I just noticed, many of the reviews are by employees. Possibly being encouraged by owners to leave reviews to bump up ratings?

Greyloch was very customer service oriented and responsive to requests. They expedited fabrication and installation for a 35 room commercial job.

Ive worked with Greyloch professionally for 10 years and they produce a quality product at an affordable price. Ive had very small jobs get pushed through quickly, which is going out of their way. I deal with Mat Conner and he is responsive when not immediately available. I will continue to use Greyloch for all of my cabinetry projects.

I dont usually get on to write reviews but I was so impressed with Greyloch and their work! We had a hard remodel at our house where the walls were not straight but some how they were able to hide all of that and the cabinets look PERFECT! Thanks again for all the time and effort you put in to our home.

AMAZING customer service with an extremely helpful team. The showroom is clean and filled with every kind of cabinetry you can think of! I recommend this place to everyone!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVER. This company does not hold up their side of an agreement. This was the first and last time that I will work with them. First they told us that we should have our cabinets built in 3 to 4 days, 7 at the lastest and that the doors would take a few more days. This sounded fine until a week later they finally call the contractor for dimensions. Then they tell our contractor it will be another week. We are already on day 14 when they tell us we can pick up the cabinets but the fronts still are not here. Our bathroom had been demolished based on their timeline that they lied about. All in all it takes 17 days to have everything finished. When I called and conftonted the owner, they said my husband, myself and our contractor must have heard wrong- they never do things in 3-4 days. This is a LIE, as the only reason why we chose them was their quoted timeline. When I asked them to deliver the doors, they refused. I was originally told this was free. Just another lie! Talk about a bait and switch. They have no accountability and absolutely no integrity. They had numerous chances to make this right, but failed at every step along the way. Worst customer service experience in town.

Im writing this review almost two years after having cabinetry work done by Greyloch. We had a new home built by Mike Smith of Agile Design and in coordination with HFS Homes and this is a synopsis of the service we received from Greyloch:At The Showroom - We had an appointment to meet with Jeff to begin the layout process. We showed up but he didnt have the plans for our house so that was a wasted visit. Not a huge deal, but they are in Meridian and we were in Boise, so it was a waste of an hour. He could have phoned us to reschedule. We came back for our rescheduled appointment and got almost everything nailed down, although, Jeff failed to mention that painted cabinets were an additional cost which we only found out after everything had been manufactured - that was about a $900 additional cost. We had to come out for a third and fourth visit to finalize everything.Even after four visits, Jeff managed to screw up the order and we ended up with a layout we didnt want. But at this point I was just to the point of getting this whole deal over with.Installation and Attention to Detail - Atrocious! First, the cabinet faces were all beat to crap. We scheduled a meeting to have warranty work done and no one showed. We scheduled a second meeting to have warranty work and again no one showed. This may have been the fault of the builder since he was in the process of being fired by HFS Homes and probably didnt give a **** but it doesnt negate the fact I spent two whole days sitting around waiting for nothing. We finally had a warranty guy show up about 9 months after the home was built but he came in and left without ensuring all work was complete. We had a second warranty visit but were not able to be here so the person came in an did absolutely nothing. When I called Greyloch to schedule another warranty visit, the lady that answered the phone said, we cant be expected to repair items that are gone over with a fine tooth comb. Essentially, they wrote us off as being too picky. This would be a first time Ive been accused of that seeing as how this is the third home weve had built and all the warranty issues we had with the previous three come to a grand total on ONE!I wish I could show photos of their work. Scratches. Screws with washers visible on finished surfaces. We cant open cabinets over drawers because theyll hit each other. Uneven gaps in cabinet doors. Nail holes. Its laughable. Whats even worse is they talk about how high end they are and what quality work they do - ugghh...makes me want to laugh.So, if youre going to have work done by these guys, make sure you get a good idea up front of what their warranty is and what your expectations are because if its anything like our dealings with them, they are two totally different views. But my advice would be to find a different cabinet company because in my opinion this company is terrible.Tim TuttleBoise
