Rick and his staff was very helpful. They went beyond just and oil change, and even vacuumed out my car, cleaned my windshield, recommended a cabin air filter change, and I NEVER even knew that was a thing! He showed me my filter, which was full of dirt! To think me and my kids were breathing air that ran through that old filter all these years! He educated me on the need for regular maintenance of the vehicle, and why it needs those things. I found him very trustworthy and kind.

They changed the struts and shocks in my wifes car & changed the oil. They were very fair and did a great job. Its hard to find honest people to work on your vehicles these days but this is a good shop. Will definitely use them again.

I took my 1980 El Camino to Express Care Auto after having a wide variety of issues with the old car. After taking this car to multiple mechanic shops across Meridian over the years, Rick and his team did the most professional, timely, fair, and best work I’ve experienced hands down! He fixed a carburetor a different mechanic in town had improperly installed, tuned the car to perfection, fixed the electrical wiring to the instrument cluster lights, oil change, and gave a thorough inspection pointing out other issues I might want to resolve. If you have a car causing you issues or need routine maintenance, take it here first.

Very dissatisfied customer. Went there aske for a tune up because my car was misfiring. Come back to get my car paid $316 left and car still doing doing the same thing. Come to find out they only changed my plugs and not the coil. Then changed the oil something i didnt request. Kept my car about 2 hours and half. Telling me other things wrong with my car but you didnt replace what i requested. I guess because Im a woman they decided to get over on me. But this to shall pass. 04/26/2019

Put too much oil in my car n it blew a seal

I have been calling the location on N Hills street for two consecutive days now. I was in town for dance competition and needed a quick oil change and needless to say the service was very prompt however, I get home and my car has been making this God awful noise and come to find out these guys left my cap off my power steering fluid and the transmission stick left half way out... Potential for expensive damage to my car. Called the shop to speak to a manager about my situation and been getting the run around since. I need to speak to someone in a corporate office I requested a refund but of course they are avoiding me...

I had my oil changed here. They were speedy, efficient and complete. I am going back!

So I actually wrote a review yesterday, but some how it did not save. I had my car taken to Express Care Auto on North Hills in Meridian MS for an oil change. For some reason they took it upon themselves to deal with my tires and flattened one of them in the process. So along with the $36 oil change I had to go and get a new tire for $94.Which one of the workers stated if the tire problem was over $10 they would take care of it with proof of a receipt.That was not at all honored. After I went to the store to get an understanding on why my tire was even touched, when all I came for was an oil change, I was told I should be happy that they put on my spare for free. Uh no sir, you had no business touching my tire in the first place. Long story short, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would! On November 7th, 2018, this place put the wrong oil filter on my van. Two days later my van stranded me on the side of the road. They replaced the oil and put the correct filter on. Two days after that, my van started making a noise. I took it back to RICK and he assured me that the noise was a rocker arm and unrelated to the oil mishap. He said he could fix it but because it wasnt related to oil, hed have to charge me. He said it was nothing and I could drive wherever and it wouldnt leave me on the side of the road. Fast forward two weeks, my oil light came on again and my car died. RICK told me and my husband that it wasnt his fault it died. He looked at it for five days and says the oil pump is bad, but it doesnt have anything to do with their mistake and refuses to fix my van. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give them a zero if it was possible. They changed my brakes and a few months later one of the front calipers came loose got hung in the wheel split my wheel while I was driving. Went in and asked him to do the right thing and pay the $236 repair and he refused so I let him know that I would be reporting it to the BBB and commenting on Facebook. He started screaming, cursing and treating me in front of his staff . What ever you do dont visit this business. I had always worked why they were so slow business wise now I know.

Great service dependable work done on vehicle.

Pricing is fair for the amount of time they took. It was about 10 minutes. Cost me a bit more than Nissan dealership for Synthetic Oil but for the timing was good, no vacuum included with it as advertised.

Worst oil change service every the workers are dirty when you pull up then the guy behind the counter is freaking weird took twice as long as they said it would, guy came in while I was in the store complaining they didnt change the filter when he got home and his car was leaking and guess what same thing happened to me so have Walmarts oil filter on there and my car is dripping all over my drive way what a rip off Ill never go back!
