Everyone from the service manager to the receptionist is friendly, courteous, and interested in making my service visit as quick and convenient as possible. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers’ service needs are handled expeditiously and professionally. I would not take my car anywhere else for service!

The greeters do not listen to my concerns. I drove up and asked for oil change and maintenance inspection. Only got oil change and nobody seemed to know what inspection I was talking about even though I booked it all through the app. Don’t book appointments because they completely overlook that.

Great service, great people. Went in for an oil change, without asking, they got rid of my engine light with no extra costs. The place is very nice and clean, and theres plenty of places to sit in the waiting area. Will definitely come here from now on for service for my vehicle

Took my 2019 Silverado three times for an inspection. On the third visit, I had to leave the vehicle overnight. No one called to update me regarding the vehicle. Very disappointed with how slow the service department operates.

Absolutely outstanding service. Passing through town on Wednesday and would have been stuck until Monday due to Thanksgiving (due to a known faulty DEF heater that GM wont recall). Their diesel guy (Buck) was all over it and got me back on the road in about two hours. Excellent service that is now rare in our society. Many thanks to all involved ~

Beware!!!! The pricing shown on the website is misleading and they will do a bait and switch with the pricing on the vehicle!!!! The pricing shown online is not real as they take a $3000 discount and then tell you that its not really a discount, that it is money they will put into your trade. I was told the market value for my trade-in was $17000, and the online price is $28985. Which leaves a difference of 11985. When I tried to make the deal, the price was increased to 31985. Making the difference $14985.I spoke with the manager, and he explained that if I was going to get market value for my trade, that the price would be raised $3000. He explained that it is something that other stores are doing, so thats why they do it... Seems like a pretty weak explanation to me. He said that he would speak to the owner, and call me back. He didnt call, he had a salesperson call. The 2nd salesperson that I had been passed to in 2 days.

Oil change went up almost $25 since last oil change. They now make you buy some sort of roadside assistance that is only good for use near them. Being from texas and visiting family in MS every couple months makes it a waste.

We were in Meridian for a horse show 300 miles from home and had issues with our 2011 3500hd Duramax . Stranded with four horses on a Friday. I had to wait toooo long for my car after I was told that it would take only about an hour but, it took longer than that and then when I did get my vehicle, I was told that the problem was still not completely resolved but, I was still charged for it. I want be bringing it back to you all.

Was traveling from Texas to Virginia and had an issue with our Traverse. David with the service department was able to get us in quickly and the mechanic (Nick I think) was able to fix the problem and get us back on the road. Very nice people! The Wright family adventure from TX to SC hit a speed bump in Meridian, MS. Had some trouble with my vehicle (Chevy) and Morgan from the service department was super helpful with getting the Wright family back on course!! I wish could leave 95 more stars as I know she wears an “S” on her chest. Mr. Hawkins was also super friendly to my family and I as well, please keep this into consideration when raise time comes around for the both of them.

Excellent customer service! I was hauling a trailer from Birmingham, AL to Houston, TX when my AC stopped working and a check engine light came on. I stopped at the Nelson Hall Chevrolet service department to see if I could get a quick fix and and get back on the road. David and Buck were extremely helpful. They kept me informed on the issues with my truck and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this service department.

The purchase of the Colorado was seamless. The sales department of Nelson Hall Chevrolet was more than accommodating. Ty did a great job listening to my concerns and conveyed a message of trust that is a rarity in sales while the other members of the sales team entertained my son and niece and nephew during the paperwork portion of the sale. The finance department was professional and courteous assisting me in getting the best deal I could in Meridian. Ive been a Ford driver my whole life, however the team at Nelson Hall won me over with their professionalism and honesty.

Warranty services are taking care of in a very speedy manner. Excellent customer service upon check in for service. I came back twice for engine light coming on within 2 days of last engine light that came on. The mechanic & service man came out to talk to me. Told me repair was not covered!!! A critter bit into one of my lines. After fixing it he came out with the hose & showed me the bite Marks. Highly recommend Nelson Hall for your auto work due to always being honest with you on the repair needed.

My husband went to look at a car earlier this week and Sharon in the sales dept has called him every single day to see when he is going to come back and buy the car. I understand shes trying to make a sale but when a customer tells you no, I will come back when I talk to my bank, do not call everyday after asking the same questions. We dont really want to do business with a company that is teaching the sales team that is the way to do it. If you want to make sales get your team to lay off with calling potential customers every single day wanting to know when they are going to buy a car.

Absolutely the worst service department of anyplace I have bought a vehicle. Not only do they not do what they say they will, they wont call you back to give an update. They have kept my truck as much as 3 weeks without any updates, they have now had it 4 days for an oil change and cant get anyone to call me back...I will trade this truck and buy from someone that cares about service after the sale.

I bought a car from Nelson Hall June 4th and I had a great salesman ( I’ll rate him a 5 star) but as far as the mechanics.... I just think they don’t know what they’re doing. Not long after I got a used car from them, a 2015 Nissan Sentra (not even after a month) I started noticing weird noises, slow to pick up speed, and also my A/C was acting crazy. And now today my car act like it won’t even pick up speed over 40 mph and my A/C is still acting crazy. Every time I took my car to them I feel like it was an waste of my time because I honestly don’t know what they fixed, I would’ve been better off finding a better mechanic to fix my car. I don’t think I’d buy another car from them.

Horrible service. Money down the drain with these people. Got car service their parts were malfunctioning. Went back they still did nothing right. Where do you get your mechanics from? One of the reasons I went here and not to some ordinary mechanic its because youre the main dealer and I thought it would be best. But NO! Youre the main dealer for Chevrolet. You shouldnt have these type of problems. And also, refill your damn coffee pot especially in the mornings!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!

The financial agent Elizabeth Hall was not helpful at all. The vehicle that I purchased was used but it had on the sticker that it comes with full warranty like a new car. Ms Hall lied and said that the salesman put the wrong sticker on that car. She did that in order to sell me an extended warranty policy. Also she gave me the most highest interest rates from Bank of America. I told her that I wanted to use my credit union. She lied again and said this was the best rates. If you purchase a car here beware of Ms Hall. Mr Tommie Curtis was a great salesman.

Brought my truck here to get a few things taken care of plus a third light issue all covered under warranty, which is great, however what isnt great is the fact that service department failed to take it to the body shop for the headliner for almost 2 weeks, then one of the things to be completed was not, so when picking up my truck I had to wait an extra two hours, then sat there looking at my truck for 20 min while waiting for someone to tell me Im good to go or not. Oh and by the way my headliner is on back order, and the old one was broken during removal, so now it rattles.

He wasnt pushy at all like car salesmen are sometimes know to be. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about a purchase. This is the 4th time that Ive had my vehicle serviced at Nelson Hall and Ive had an appointment every time. The service to oil change to tire rotation their work is awesome, BUT the amount of time it has taken with a scheduled appointment is terrible. The last 4 times that Ive been in with a scheduled appointment it has taken over 1 hour and 45 minutes to simply change my oil. Thats unacceptable, I can get it changed less than 20 minutes at a gas station for half the price. When the dealer was trying to sell me my vehicle, she talked about the fast and great service the service department was. The service isnt fast at all. I called several times to speak with the service manager Donnie and he has yet to call me back, the same with Mr. Hall. This will be a major factor in the future when I get ready to purchase another vehicle. If they cant call you back and talk to you, makes you really wonder if they deserve your business?

For several years, Ive gotten my oil changed at NHC and have never had a problem or complaint; the service has been efficient and usually quick. However, appointments (each scheduled in advance) in July 2014 (two hour transmission maintenance became four and a half hour maintenance), February 2015 (oil change took over two hours) and today have been experiences Id rather not repeat. Today, I dropped the car off at 9:00 A. M., tried to retrieve the car a bit after 4:00 P. M. - when I was told it would be ready - but was ignored by my customer service rep as he finished his peanut M&Ms and Mt. Dew while checking in with a co-worker about t-shirts shed gotten in a shipment. My anger got the best of me and I left. When I called back at 4:50 P. M., I was told the estimate I had been given had increased by almost $200. Repair shops use computer programs to calculate labor costs, so the customer service reps excuse that the mechanic must have given him the wrong hours for the repairs rings false. He did say he was willing to honor the estimate when I returned after 5:00 P. M. to speak with him, which I greatly appreciate and is the only reason Ive rated the service as okay rather than dislike it. Now, my last complaint - at 4:50 P. M., my car was ready to be picked up. However, I was depending on someone else for a ride and didnt think I could get there before the shop closed, so I told the rep I would return in the morning for the car. When I was able to return after 5:00 P. M., my car was back in the service bay with the hood up which indicates to me it wasnt ready to be picked up at all. Why? After collecting my car tomorrow, I will be switching my service appointments to another Chevrolet service department.

Nelson Hall supposedly fixed my timing chain about a year ago. it started knocking again just recently, i took it back to them for them to look at. they told me i needed a whole new moter. i took it to another place and they told me it was to do with the timing chain that they did not fix like they should have the first time. i guess nelson hall didnt want to admit to the wrong doing they had done and just told me i need a whole new moter... i bought this GMC Acaida from nelson hall.. since i got it i have had nothing but problems. of course i would decline and more repairs when it was not done properly the first time.

I love the service which is excellent but, I was told i needed a air filter and shown one that was very dirty an my husband told them he would put one on there hisself and when he went an bought the part and change it we found out it was not dirty and it was the wrong one that was showed..I love the service which is excellent, just not someone trying to get me to pay for something i really did not need.If it had of been me taking it to get service that day as a woman i probably would of said go head and change it.

They dont even deserve a star.I just went to Nelson Hall today to get my car serviced and they damaged my car. They were so unprofessional they tried to talk down to me like I was a fool. They seen the fresh scuffs on my car and still wouldnt recognize that it was done in their care. Needless to say I want be going back to them ever. They say they dont have cameras there but let someone steal a car or a worker steal some inventory they would be all over the news with a Amber alert . I am a very dissatisfied customer so people if you know like I know check your car before and after cause they or full of it. If you can stand it just dont go to them. I know my car wasnt scuffed when I brought it to them and Im not taking this laying down they will be hearing from me.

Should even get a star. First I took my Buick here only because they are supposed to be the place for Buick in meridian. There was a noise turns out it was something with my differential I also had a window switch changed n a light in the front $4000 later the damn light is still out but I brushed it off took it there again because my ac wasnt blowing cold $1300 2 trips back because they fixed it n it broke the next day I have a check engin light on THE VERY NEXT DAY. not to mention they kept my car for almost 2.5 weeks to say there isnt a coolant leak when they fixed my ac the second time. When they put the back back together you can see they just threw it together the liner in my roof was sagging n panels werent fully put back in. I am sure I am forgetting a lot because I am just so irritated with this and every time I get my car back my damn valve stem covers r gone except this time cause my boyfriend called n raised hell. I am so far beyond pissed I can barley type this. But I will say the little man who drove me back to work when o dropped my car off is the sweetest man. Do not go here to get ur car serviced.

I hope this review makes it . Sunday morning my husband and I arrived at the Queen City Truck stop our 3500 Silverado was barely able to creep in . We spent the night in our hot 5th wheel as this was what we were hauling . We were in our way to South Carolina as my mother who has 4 th stage cancer had taken a turn for the worse . We asked the owner if the Queen City Truck stop if we could drop our 5th wheel and take our truck to be fixed . They said sure and ask us if there was anything they could do to help . I called Nelson Chevrolet and spoke with Megan and explained our problem and she said bring it right over . When we tried to take the 5 th wheel off it would not come off . So I got on the internet and found another great company Back Country RV Center and they said bring it down . Upon arriving we were met by the people of Back Country at which time they proceeded taking if off . Then we went to Nelsons and Megan greeted us with a warm smile and then introduced us to Buck who would be the one to work on our truck and assured us he would have us out in time to get our RV and that they would not let us sleep on the street . They had us out in about 2/12hrs and we were on our way to get our RV . We have lived in Texas about 6 yrs and these great people reminded us of what it was that we had been missing in our lives. We would really like to thank all the people at Nelsons Chevrolet and especially a great big thank you to Buck and Megan these two are the best . We are from South Carolina and the warm friendly smiling God loving people live in Meridian Ms . Just when we thought hope was gone God sent us all these great people and he reminded us that he had not brought us this far to drop us . And today we have been reminded of what people should be and that there are still Gods people living in Especially Meridian Ms . God bless each and every one of you and you will always be a reminder of Gods love for us .
