Robert went above and beyond to take care of my car! I needed new bulbs for my low beams and asked if they could install them since my husband was out of town. Robert didn’t hesitate to come out in the cold and replace my lights even though it was close to closing time! He also pointed out that I had “build-up” on my battery. I go to this store all the time, and they always have what I need, can direct me to a store that does, or can order parts in. Never had any issues with this store. Access to the OBD code reader is awesome, and the selection out on the shelves is better than most competitors. The rewards program is better than any other parts store Ive been to as well.

On my visit to that store this morning I was amazed to see one of the staff there not wearing a mask. I understand that, well no I dont understand, that there are people in the community that dont feel that they should wear a mask but I would think it would be an establishment requirement for staff to wear mask whether they wanted to or not. Also, the female staff that helped me was very abrupt, not pleasant. She did get me what I needed but on a scale from 1 to 10 for customer service Id probably give her a 3.

Absolutely terrible service here. I went in for a simple request to find wheel lugs for my vehicle. Robert Jennings the most rude and blatantly unhelpful associate I’ve ever seen. I asked him if he would find the size my vehicle needed.. he proceeded to check one model (of about 30 different trim packages for the same truck) and then told me “I guess you should have researched better”. This is why retail stores are dying. Why would I come to the store to receive this quality of service? Terrible.

One of my go to places for parts. I did find out you have to spend 20 bucks or more to count on your AZ loyalty card. I got a Honda oil filter housing gasket. It was a bit off to fit. Had to hold in place a bit to get it to stay. Hopefully it stayed on installation. Gaskets are getting so expensive you cant mess them up.Very good staff, at the meridian, Id N main store they ask whats up when you enter. Very helpful.

This location is absolute trash! Went in there on a Sunday for something as simple as a MAGNETIC oil drain plug (key word, MAGNETIC, they didnt have it in store (no problem) so they ordered it and told me it would get in the next day (Monday) and that they would give me a call when it arrives. I call Monday, at 6 p.m, thinking all shipments should have arrived by now and was informed by a different employee that they hadnt received it and that it being presidents day may have something to do with it (annoyed, but understandable). That employee(wish I knew the names of these guys), again, said theyd call when its in. Tuesday, no call, 6 oclock rolls around and I call in again. Another employee: Oh yeah, we have it here and theres a note to call, but for some reason nobody did. At this point I cant find a car to borrow to pick it up, so I have to wait till Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning (today) takes me an hour to get to meridian from nampa because of snowy road conditions and wrecks. I get to the store, employee grabs the drain plug and ITS NOT MAGNETIC! The reason the MAGNETIC feature was so important for me was because the turbo blew in my car and the magnetic drain plug was a step in flushing metal fragments that could be in the system getting circulated. Anyways, my petty rant is over. I will never go to another autozone.

Drove up with my van, and simple said Fan aint working for my dashboard. No clue what it could be. Turned out to be a fuse, but totally awesome how the gentleman came out and helped me figure out the issue quickly.

Usually there’s a line out the door with one or two people at the counter, but they are friendly despite angry customers. Loss prevention team would help a lot though I’m sure as there’s no way that’s a safe ratio of workers to customers... just sayin

I went searching for a jack, jack stands, and a crawler. Also, I needed and idler pulley for my Ford Focus. I searched the store for a kit which included the the items for making the car, but could not find them. I picked the next own in price which did not include crawler. When I was paying I decided to ask about the deal I had seen, and he showed me it on a isle away Friday the jacks. I am sure if I didnt ask I would have paid more for less equipment. Also, the guy told me the idler pulley didnt come with a bolt, and I would have to go to a specialty shop to get one. I called a mechanic friend, and he showed me the one on AutoZones site, with a pulley, but special order. He told me not to order one, and got the bolt from Lowes. I think there could be less fake masculinity, and more help towards the customer. I still rate then a for because of their attitude towards helping me.
