I dropped my 2017 Honda Accord Touring off on Monday, October 25, 2021 at about 8:30am for an oil change and to check the tires due to the tire pressure light being on. I received a call from the service department at about 1pm stating I needed to replace a tire due to wearing caused by the alignment. I agreed to replace two tires and get an alignment. My issue is my car has been serviced by this dealership several times this year and the tire pressure light was always on but I was told there was no issue. My car was there for an alignment in April but it wasn’t completed due to a staffing shortage. I understand that we’re in a global pandemic and companies are experiencing shortages but it is unacceptable for my car to be at the dealership from 8:30am to 6:30pm and all the services needed were not completed. My alignment was not completed for the second time this year. The staff was rude when I inquired about the status of my services. I asked for a loaner car since I live in Alabama but was told they don’t have loaners. I asked to speak with management several times but was brushed off. Then to make matters worse my tired pressure light came back on yesterday (two days later). This morning I took my car to Goodyear and was told that the Honda Dealership failed to seal one of my tires on the rim properly. Their inability to complete services properly is dangerous and neglectful. Needless to say I will not be returning to Honda of Meridian.Sent from my iPhone

Enjoyed the online shopping experience. When we were ready, we inquired and within 24 hours had details about the vehicle. We appreciated everything that was done to ensure the vehicle was in perfect condition before we bought it. Since we arent from the area, they did everything to have it ready when we arrived! It was pouring down rain and I was even sitting in my truck waiting for my husband to get there. I looked up and there was Trey Denson standing at my door with an umbrella waiting for me to get out and walk me inside so I didnt get soaked!! Trey is AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond!!! He was so patient and didnt mind answering our questions when we called him what felt like a million times ☺️

I cannot say enough about this service department. Family Road trip from Missouri to Florida. Sudden breakdown 3:00pm on a Friday. Desperate, I called another dealer that was closer. Zero help. Not even friendly. I called Meridian and she said we are busy but bring it in. Well see if we can help. They worked to figure out the problem, find a part, fit us in between other appointments, and made us feel comfortable. What a great team! Thank you so,so much!

Rare to require Honda service, but got a check engine light on my 2018 CRV and dropped by the dealership. A quick check identified a recent service bulletin, parts were in next day and the fix took about an hour. The entire service team was everything you would expect in making sure I understood the steps taken and resolution.The dealership is respectful of my time and overall satisfaction.

Went and had an oil change, tire rotation, and general inspection. I went in with fine brakes and I’m now paying over $500 less than 5 days later because they messed with them and left me with nothing on the back. No issues prior to seeing them. Beyond frustrated. They don’t know what they’re doing and I would recommend going literally anywhere else but meridian honda

The people here are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet. My wife and I were moving from Texas to North Carolina, and we stopped in Meridian for the night. The next morning we found that my wife’s car wouldn’t start. I figured that it was the starter. I called a local shop, and they referred me to the general manager, Jeff. He got a wrecker to pick up the car, found a new starter, hurried us through the line of cars that were also waiting to be worked on, and had our car ready to go before noon. It was a short 2 hours from wrecker to full repair. I can’t give them enough praise for how kind and quickly they worked to get my wife and I back on the road. They walked with us through the whole thing! Also, after getting quotes on what a repair would be like from other places, I found that Meridian Honda charged me a little below the average quote. They definitely took care of my wife and me while we were vulnerable and lacking options. They treated us with such respect and kindness! If you’re looking for an exceptional experience in or around Meridian, go to Meridian Honda. They treat you with such hospitality and dignity. You will be well taken care of!

They took great care of us! We had a problem with our Honda Odyssey while driving from Georgia back home to Texas. Our check engine light was flashing when we pulled into the Honda service area. They shuttled my husband and me, our 3 kids, and our 3 dogs to Chick-fil-A while they figured out the problem and then quickly fixed it well enough to get us the rest of the way home safely, and didnt even charge us for it. What a great experience! Thank you!

A huge kudos to Ashlan Fisher, Service Advisor, for her initiative to find the culprit causing slow leak in my tire! I had taken my car by service dept 2 times already and was told both times they could not find leak in my tire. My husband was having to put air in it every 4-5 days as we live in rural area 40 miles from Meridian. Today, the service technician said, again, that there was no leak. Ashlan took the lead to investigate further and low and behold, the nail was located and tire plugged. Way to go Ashlan! Girl Power! Now that is customer service!!!!! Thank you!Rebecca McKenzie

Super nice place to do business with!! Shout out to Kelly in Sales and Ashlan in Service!! We broke down in Meridian on our way to Florida. It was a Saturday, so Service was closed, but Kelly called around for us to several car rental companies until he found one that had something for us to rent. He even gave me a ride to the place! We left our van for them to fix. Within just a couple hours of the Service Dept opening on Monday morning, Ashlan and her crew had our van fixed and ready to go! I just can’t say enough good stuff about this dealership!!!!

I drove to Louisiana from west Virginia to visit my brother. On my way back my radiator broke so I stopped at honda to try and get it fixed. They have went above and beyond to help me get back on the road home.. I ran out of funds after spending money on hotel and food cost so they came together to help me get gas money to get home! Offered me a hotel and everything.! God bless the staff at Meridian honda! Myrna Moore was so caring and understanding and I couldnt be more grateful for her help and compassion! These guys just did the routine timing belt maintenance for my 2001 Honda Accord that currently has 200,000 miles on it. I am very pleased with the considerate customer service I received from the person who worked with me.I actually wasnt too happy with this dealerships repair shop from about 10 years ago during the last time belt maintenance but things seem to be much different. Rick Justice also fixed another problem this past year so my opinion has changed about them.

I have been coming here for years now to get my oil changed. I have never waited any longer get than an hour for service and for the last three weeks Ive been by to get it done they tell me about 2 hr wait and this past Friday I called service dept to see how long it would take and the lady on the phone said not to long but when I arrived, the man in the service dept said 2 to 3 Hrs.. Can someone tell me why somebody would jus sit that long for an oil change?? Doesnt make any sense so I see now its time to take my business elsewhere. If your company has big jobs to do, then somebody needs to have a certain person to do other jobs. I have 2 Hondas and been dealing with this company for almost ten years. Very disappointing to see the service go down.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. My husband and I have bought and traded many vehicles at another local dealership where i would literally sit and wait for hours, and have to stay on the salespeople to call back and get numbers and vehicle info. Our salesperson, Kelly, was amazing. He got me a number right away for my trade without making me sit and enter all kinds of data, never once did he pressure or push me. He listened to what i wanted and didnt argue. When he said Ill check and call you right back....he followed through on his word within a couple minutes. When we agreed and came down, the finance manager had paperwork ready in 5 minutes after my husband got there. I have never been so impressed with a dealership on my life. I didnt know buying a car could be done hasslefree. Absolutely wonderful, ill probably never use another dealer to buy my daily driver. Absolutely 5 stars

Were on a cross country drive with our newly purchased certified pre-owned Odyssey. A couple of lights came on and we pulled in. Carl (sp?) quickly took care of us and got us back on the road with clear instructions if the problem should persist. Great customer service and quick to treat our whole family with care. Very disappointed in wait to. Appt. was at 1:30 to reprogram car( total of 45 min,) to do., 2 hrs and 45 min later while we were sitting in the waiting in the customer waiting room with no way to go! Girl in parts & labor day me coming to the office again after it saw the car she said she was fixing CV to carry to back to be finished in another, 20 min suddenly went to the back since it had been another hr since she said that and i never saw her again. A man finally came back after 2 hrs,,, 45 min and it was ready. To replace a key to a car with keyless start was $189 so dont lose it or flush it down the toilet lol!!!!!
