GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was out of town and needed oil right away and my regular oil company couldn’t guarantee a timely delivery. I called Grant Oil in the AM and they delivered that afternoon. Knowing I was anxious about running out...Casey even took the time to call me when the delivery was completed. They definitely deserve 5 ⭐️’s

These guys really do a great job and provide excellent service. Two winters ago they got me up and running with a new oil tank - it was the day before Thanksgiving and I was nervous about having a cold weekend since a storm was coming in, but they took care of everything as promised.Ive been using them for everything ever since and they seem to always be available, ready to come right out to the house if needed for help or oil delivery on short-notice. Great job every time!

Just spoke with Grant Brothers they were very courteous and scheduled me in fast! I did not realize how low we were and they were very helpful. They offered to bring it tonight if I thought I needed it before morning. They answered their phone and it is after 8 pm! Thanks Grant Brothers! I will sleep well!

K.C has worked with me financially when times where hard he always had my back and made sure my home did not go without oil during inclement weather conditions. Im in the process of moving so would not longer be in the Meriden area.. Great guys!! They ALWAYS come whenever i need them...emergency or not they will be there. Lots of companies in the area but only 1 we deal with....never a service charge for same day (emergency) fills and thats because they care!!!

You guys are extremely rude very disrespectful and your driver harrassing my my mother was not cool....she is a senior citizen and a sweet person that was no way ti treat her or talk to her...but when i said i was gonna call the cops in you yu keot your mouth shut and had no words and wasnt so tough anymore it doesnt have to come to that learn how to talk to peopel especially your elders you dont fet nothing out if that....i leave it in Gods hands cause he sure doesnt like ugly!!!!!!

I have heard nothing but good things about this Oil company and their services. I had electric heat for 18 years but my neighbor spoke very highly of this company.

Worst oil company ever we place a order last week on Tuesday and a week after and I still waiting for the delivery we been call every day and the answer is we will be there tomorrow never use this company ever again
