As a long time customer I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in a positive direction since the new management took over last year. It’s like a completely different company. I highly recommended using these guys.

Great service. Got next day delivery and discounted price

I called Cozy Oil a dozen times last week to try to schedule a delivery for home heating oil. After many calls, I finally got through, and the guy said that he wasnt delivering oil yet due to the warmer than normal weather and wouldnt start till the following week. They actually refused my business when I wanted to use their business. That, is bad business.

Tried to call and whoever answered the phone was short and nasty. I can see why they are a 1 start rating.

I ordered oil last Monday and no one ever came. I called on Wednesday and was told theyd be out that day, no one showed. Left a message on Friday and received no response. I just ordered old from another company. I will never order from here again.

I call them this morning asking if they can deliver since we ran out of oil he tells me he will deliver between 4-5pm told him and a no show. Doesnt even answer calls. Terrible customer service and why advertise that you deliver in emergencies and weekends when you dont. Just not right.

Ordered oil on a Wednesday, no delivery. Thursday, nothing. Friday, Saturday, following Monday, still nothing. Will give them till Wednesday before cancelling and calling someone else and reporting them to the BBB.

They never showed up called them 3 days straight had an excuse each day as why it had to be the following day. Offered to come a put diesel in my tank. Lol I wasnt out of oil just low. Reviews are awful for this Co. Should have read them before ordering. Beware

Terrible customer service with NO regard for customers well being. Flaky and unreliable company.On Thursday my mother scheduled a delivery for the next day ( Friday) .When she called in the early evening on Friday to check on their ETA, they simply stated that their drivers hadnt made it to Middletown yet ( which is about 15 min away from Meriden).They never showed up on Friday and did not answer her phone calls all day Saturday (yet they list they are open on saturdays)She is STILL without oil and the company has not returned her phone calls and messages meanwhile all this weekend the temperature has been below 0 degrees.Awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Weve been calling them for a week, no answer and voicemail box full. We ran out of oil in the midst of this snowstorm, luckily another local oil company came to our rescue and both restarted and filled us up. Be warned, they are not reliable whatsoever.

They wouldnt deliver me in the summer.
