Our story is long and complicated, but our ending was fantastic. We bought a Ford Transit that made an unbearable droning noise. Star Auto went above and beyond to try and remedy the problem, bringing it to 2 different dealerships as well as having their own mechanics work on it. In the end, the problem could not be resolved and Star Auto readily allowed us to trade in our old van for another one. Id never heard of Star Auto Sales but stumbled upon them through Car Gurus. As soon as I sat in the Toyota Highlander I knew it was the car for me. I worked with Liza to make the deal happen. She was patient and accommodating. The car had been in the lot for a few weeks. When I arrived at closing I was really impressed with the work that they did detailing the car to get it ready. Ive been driving it for six months and 6,000 miles with only one minor issue with the USB port. A few people have thought that the car was new. I bought car from them the first time Gary and Liza was nice next day I my tire pressures sensor has problem I took a car to them they fixed tow time but same problem come back again after week I had moved to tx I call them and for same issues and they told to used my warranty. When I bought I don’t ask them to buy warranty my friend he read counteract and he told the charge me $1700 for warranty But never request that because the car should had warranty 2 months and they charge me $700 for gape protection also I never requested when contacted with them the don’t be attention.i fell they took advantage because I wasn’t speak English at this time.after one month I took the far to the dealership and told the car has multiple issues I’m try to used the warranty but the warranty company they don’t coverage any thing when called Gary to cancel this warranty and gap protection he told he will going to called the warranty company to cancel now I’m try to buy the car off but the find out they still charge for warranty and gap protection .

Ive had 2 car buying experiences here. Once when I bought my very first car and another when I brought my sister who needed to buy a car. Both times I had awesome experiences! My first car buying experience went so smoothly and Liza is amazing to work with. She makes everything super easy for you and really works to help you out. I have good credit but my sister doesnt and even with bad credit she found a way to put my sister in an awesome car she could afford. They have a range of cars but all super clean and run great! Wont go anywhere else to buy a car. Highly recommend everyone else to go there too!
