Staff was pleasant and helpful at the pharmacy. They need more staff. Waited in line for sometime. Had to come back because my order wasnt ready. Waited in line again for sometime

Want to know why you can never find any good pokémon or sports cards here is because the employees back door them. Dont waste your time coming here if youre looking for good cards. Already called HR on the store hopefully they do something about it. Went there had them scan my phone for some cards it was showing 4 in stock and one sold but they couldnt find them anywhere one employee told me they think they got stolen. Went there the next day have them scan my phone again they said they didnt have any and there was none sold so somebodys lying. Bad employees like this ruin the hobby for everyone for their own personal gain.

There’s a friendly cashier at the Walgreens pharmacy who’s always chirpy and positive. I get great service here. I do recommend that the pharmacy not leave me an automated voice that my prescriptions are ready when they are not. Had to wait an extra 40 minutes. I didn’t mind though.

Walgreen has the slowest service. I dropped off my prescription to be ready by the next day. The gentleman told me pick up time was 10:30 and I’ve waited in line for 30mins to only find out they don’t have it ready and asked me to park and come in for pick up or drive back around and wait for 10-15 more mins and still doesn’t have it ready. This is ridiculous!!

Tried to get a covid vaccine. They wouldnt honor the appointment time and claimed we were not in their system. Horrible customer service. Will never go back.

I always come here the pharmacy tech are always so fast and recently got my COVID-19 shot there by Yolanda she was so nice and got me in and out fast thank you!

Unable to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy without making multiple trips/phone calls and each visit/call they gave me some reason to think I would be able to get my prescriptions transferred. Two phones, two visits, and five days later I still dont know whats going on and still dont have a prescription filled. Its the Holidays and Im very discouraged. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. I can pick up syringes at any other location except for here because it depends on the Manager policy? Maybe I should file a lawsuit to straighten out there policies??

Gave me only 2 insulin pens in a box that was supposed to have 3. I paid $379 WITH insurance, so they tried to short me over $120! Told me they never open the boxes. So how was the seal at the top of the box open and one pen missing! Also, they NEVER answer their phone despite waiting several minutes for it to be answered! If my insurance covered some other pharmacy, I’d go elsewhere in a heartbeat!!!

Clean and well organized

I took a trip to Reno Nevada. I remembered to take my inhaler, but when I arrived in Reno my inhaler had somehow burst and powder was everywhere and it read 0 uses left. Needless to say I was in a smoke filled casino and had trouble breathing. I called my Merced Walgreens and explained my situation and the staff was so helpful and faxed my Rx to the Walgreens in Reno. I picked it up an hour later without incident. I immediately used my new inhaler and was able to continue my trip. Thank you for helping me enjoy my trip and avoid a costly hospital visit.

They close for lunch from 1:30 to 2:30 pm maybe hiring more people would be a good idea. We went there two days in a row both times they were closed for lunch. Which it doesnt say on their website.

Sorry but i would have to say Walgreen has bad service. They never answer their phones and the girls that works in the pharmacy center are very rude . They think they have all the people in this little Merced so they have no respect for anyone. Rite Aide have better service !

Unprofessional pharmacy staff.Also gave me Tri-Sprintec BC, when I called in for a refill of Tri-Nessa BC. Now I’ve been on this medication for a while so I know there is zero difference between the two. But they just handed me the new prescription without telling me anything had changed or what to expect from it. (I didn’t know the prescription was changed until I got home.) What if this medication was more serious, possible overdose etc.?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. I have 5 medications and every.single.time I go to pick them up there is a problem. They didnt get the order (even though I know the doctor called it in) or I tried their automated system, phone app, they never get the order. Or they try to charge me even though my insurance makes it free. Or they give me half prescriptions because they didnt order enough. Horrible customer service, awful terrible pharmacy. I switched to CVS and I absolutely love them. Go to CVS!!! This place is horrible!!!

Walgreens is usually the pharmacy I go to. But this last time was the last straw. I was told my prescription would be ready in 15 mins, so even tho I had things to do, I waited. 40 mins later I was told it would be just a few more minutes. So I walked out and went through the drive through 20 mins later and finally my prescription was ready. I was told it would take 15 mins but instead it took a hour.At another time, I received a call saying my prescription was ready. I went to go pick it up and there wasnt anything.Ill be changing pharmacies.

Horrible service, bunch of morons employed there. Filled wrong prescription multiple times. Put me on hold & then hung up. Absolutely worst place to go.

Horrible service, twice my doctors called in my prescriptions and both times I received voicemails from walgreens stating theres a delay, call back at 5:15p and the other time was at 9:30p both of which were after they closed.
