BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW AND FROM THE BEGINNING I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS.THEY ALWAYS SAID COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEMS.I COULDN.T BELIEVE IT THEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER IN TURLOCK.WHAT A VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON.NEVER WILL I BUY A CHRYSYLER AGAIN! IVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE OF MY EXPERIENCE.EVEN TALKED TO TWO PEOPLE WHO GOT THE SAME CAR I HAD AND TOLD ME THEY HAD BAD EXPERIENCE ALSO.

Called to get pricing on a bumper too have installed, got talked too like an idiot. seemed like Mike was not wanting to assist me durring the call and his attitude idnt change at all until i started asking his name and identifying info. he must have noticed i was gonna be making a complaint. sad that this company will lose customers to being treated like they are stupid. anyways, glad i called before going. now i know not to take my money there, ever.
