I am a proud owner of a very rare pickup truck. I own a Dodge Ram SRT-10, listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the fastest pickup in the world. Dodge only produced these trucks for 3 years, so they are very rare and very expensive with over 500 HP V10 and a Hurst six-speed manual transmission. Not many are left on the road and parts are all but impossible to find. After an accident, instead of taking it to a local bodyshop, I took it to Premier Collision which is about 45 miles away from my city. Why? because I knew that Premier Collision is committed to top quality repairs with awesome service.Not only was the process seamless and painless, but the communication throughout the repair process never left me wondering what is going on with my truck. When I got it back I was amazed as it looked like new again. Ronnie can certainly lay down the paint like glass. Really great auto body shop with a friendly staff. I trusted this shop with my car that had very fragile and expensive parts that needed to be removed prior to the repair and they were able to complete the repair without damaging anything. They offered a fair price for the job and were kinda enough to detail the car prior to pickup. They estimated the repair to take 3-4 days and met the deadline. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I had an incredibly unfortunate event occur to me and my car. The workers and owner fixed her up better than new. Went above and beyond cleaning her out and repairing small things all over without any extra charge. By far the best repair service I have ever had. Workers and owner came to talk to me at pick up just to ensure everything was good.Can’t thank them enough for returning my baby and peace of mind.

I hit a deer and really mangled my car. The insurance company and some other more car-savvy folks felt that it would be totalled. Premier was able to save it, and Im very satisfied with the finished product. The only thing that left me dissatisfied with my experience was that we were told to expect the car in about 10 business days. Because they were using used parts, a lot of the parts kept coming in wrong or damaged (not their fault), which, apparently, is pretty typical for used parts regardless of the shop you go through. It ended up being over 20 business days when we got the car back. I honestly wouldve been fine with that if that was closer to what theyd given us for an estimate in the first place. Even so, they were always helpful and respectful when I kept calling in to check on the progress of the car. Whats more is that the owner or manager met with me when I got the car and took the time to listen to and address the delay with me. Overall, Im satisfied with their workmanship, professionalism, and customer service, and I would definitely use them again or refer a friend to them.

Back in January, my 13 Ford Fusion was t-boned in a residential neighborhood, snapping a control arm and breaking many other components within the rear, passenger side axle assembly. An insurance claim paid for the damages and the car sat in their shop for around a month. When I originally picked the car up, about a week went by before I realized I was hearing a thudding sound coming from the area that was fixed. I even drove the car to Monterrey that weekend. I called Premier (Jim) and told him about the issue and he warmly welcomed me and the vehicle back to his shop where the minor issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. A couple months later and the car drives as if it was never in that accident. Even though there was an error when I first picked up the car, I truly appreciated the level of service that was given to correct the problem. Thanks to Jim and the rest of the Premier team. Jim is highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say! The entire process of having my car worked on was flawless. The communication was excellent, the work perfection, and the professionalism 10/10. Jessie was so helpful and kind. He made this stressful moment in my life 1000xs better. I came to pick up my car completely detailed EVEN my engine. Good business like this doesn’t exist anymore, but it was so refreshing to be taken care of! I will recommend this establishment to anyone in need for auto body work. Ronny repaired my Acura TL after being in a car accident. Car was repaired on time and the quality and service was excellent. Premier collision crew experience really shows. Ronny knowledge and experience came in to play when dealing with my insurance company. He collaborated with the insurance company in a timely manner to make sure car was repaired correctly and on time. Highly recommend premier collision.

This company is amazing. Ronny handled everything with my insurance and was so attentive. I had certain concerns that Ronny listened to and helped me out. They are fast and do an amazing job. They predicted a week, it was done in 3 days. Not only did my truck look better than it ever has, but they cleaned it inside and out plus shined my tires.
