They helped us get all new tires on our camper when we lost two traveling. They were polite helpful and very kind. It was Labor Day and they were not rushed or too busy for us

If I hadnt got such a good deal on tires never would have gone there. They mounted and balanced them okay, I hope. But they broke 3 of the hub caps and lost a lug cover. The description for the tires said Road Hazzard Warranty was included, but they tried to charge me extra for it anyway. Had an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and it still took them 2 hours to mount and balance 5 tires. Didnt even tell me they were done, had to hunt them down for that.

I was willing to wait for an hour in a half, then turned into two hours and 15 minutes. I wasnt paged and continued waiting after it was done. No one was at the counter. $85 just for some filters and an oil change.

Work across the country and we have a tight schedule, Erick and his team were able to squeeze me in and replace all 4 tires. Great service.

Stood at service counter for 15 minutes at 8am waiting to get spoken to. 5 service men stocking shelves and not a one of them asked if I needed help. Wanted to get oil changed and tires. But one of the shelves stocking men was kind enough to see me trying to leave and unlocked the door for me to leave. Lost my business. Was looking to buy 4 new tires for my Denali, but I will go somewhere that wants my 1,000 dollars! Do not recommend trusting your vehicle here in the Menomonie Auto center!!

The last time I brought my car in the oil change went fine. Just brought brought it in again and someone had stuck a temporary oil plug in my oil pan and now they wont touch the car. It literally hasnt been anywhere else for any oil change

Friendly employees, service was slow due to not enough workers.

So I call Walmart on Friday night to get my tires rotated they say they have no appointment until 9 show up at 8 and well be able to take care of you. I get there at 8 the doors locked cant get in I called him and they say they cannot take care of me because I didnt make an appointment. Not very happy about their service policies

Not happy at all. Oil change took them one hour fifteen mins when they said half hour. The didnt even know how to open the hood. Then after taking it there for the second time the say my oil plug was stripped out. DONE with that B.S of a store.

Not a good place to have any work done where to start. I went to get new tires and an oil change and first thing, one of their service techs took my key home so I didnt make my appointment time then they for got to change my oil on top of all that they didnt reprogram my tire sensors I mean come on your a business that shouldnt be in business if you cant do anything right ctfu. Never Again

It was that time in my battery’s life span to replace it. I decided to stop at Walmart to get it replaced and everything was working fine. This last weekend I went home for thanksgiving break and when I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. After my family did some investigating we realized that they never tightly put the battery into the car, they kinda just set it there. This not only lead to a loose connection, but because of where my battery is located in my car, it could have very easily been shifted to run into my tire, which thinking back that could have been the strange noise that I heard for a few miles till I hit a bump in the road. Guess that bump shifted it back into place. Disappointing to say the least.

I thought an hour would be enough time to get an oil change... They bumped me down the queue for a car that came in after me, and then didnt have time to get mine done when I needed it by. This, of course, was communicated to me after I had already waited for 45 minutes. I left with no oil change. Complete waste of time.

Casey was very helpful and took the time to help me pick out a very nice set of tires. After reading the reviews I will probably have them put on elsewhere because of wait times.

It took 3 1/2 hours to get one oil change and they somehow lost some of the keys on my keyring. For the love of God dont come here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive wasted enough time with this place, so no details. Im trying to be a better person this year, and it doesnt help anyways

Nice guys. Worked with my price range to give me the best deal possible. Had three cars in front of me and only had to wait 2 hrs for all four tires to be changed.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. The lady told me that she had one other car to work on and that my car would be the first one they worked on and the wait would be half an hour to an hour. I said ok and walked around the store. An hour and a half later I go back and see them rolling in other cars. I ask the lady how much longer until my car gets worked on and she said at least another 45 minutes because they had THREE other oil changes before me. If I had known that I wouldn’t have wasted over an hour there. I said screw it and left.

I was there today for new tires. Kim and Wanda are so professional and kind it made my day. Very nice girls. It was all done in a timely matter and I will be back for other maintenance to my car. Thank you everyone.

Officially deciding to never attempt to get any kind of Auto service done at the Menomonie Walmart again. Always understaffed is more like it. Each time Ive wanted an oil change, they tell me Ill be waiting for more than hour. There is no first come first serve if the store doesnt have any people working.I hope people read this and take their Auto business elsewhere.

Good pricing. Done while I shopped. Courteous techs. Thursday as a service day was less hectic.

Awful experience. Always behind schedule. Prepare to wait a while even with making an appointment. Then be prepared to be turned away for made up reasons so the lazy employees can get out of work to take their much needed break. Never coming back...**Update**I thought I would try to give them another chance, just hung up the phone after waiting 18 min on hold. Pretty classy place.

They gave me the wrong price on new tires. I asked to keep one of my good tires & they didnt.. But gave me a used tire that was close. Just took a long tire to get things taken care of. Alway check the prices yourself (lesson learned!)

The wait for an oil change is ridiculous they said it should take 40 minutes. But it is taking 2 hours already like uhm I got things to do. So yeah definitely don’t recommend going here. People are very rude not helpful

Employees were very friendly, explained time it could take, had it done before that time.As far as I can tell it’s a first come first served type of place, so be willing to wait unless you are first in line.

Will not go back. Almost two and a half hours for an oil change. And a lady that was there before me over four hours for four tires.

I purchased The lifetime tire rotation and have made nine attempts in 3 weeks to get tires rotated only to be told that they are short on staff, inexperienced staff, overbooked or to drop car off in morning and maybe they can get to it. At end of day it still was not done. Service has really gone down hill in the last 3 months. I regret buying my tires thru Wal-Mart.

If you want to sit and listen to the phone ring for a half an hour this is the place to call. When you go in there they stand around in the shop and do a whole lot of putsing around. I’m very disappointed with these people I will never come back here. Rediculous.

We called about a half an hour before to see if we could get in to get an oil change. The guy on the phone said no problem l, come on in. When we got there, they turned us away because 6 cars were ahead of us. They were so rude and unappologetic it was like we inconvenienced them by even coming in.

Expect to sit for a freaking hour when youre the only car there to service. Dont go here if youre in a hurry.

Very nice people but super slow service. Was off about when the vehicle would be done by 2 hours and still waiting.

2.5 hours to wait with only 2 cars in front of us. Was told 45min to an hour. They need training.. never again will i go here again

The folks changing my oil got oil all over inside and outside of my new truck. They did pay for a $200 detail job after doing so.

Rounded off the drain plug with an open end wrench, didnt tighten oil filter

They changed the oil and checked air in tires and such. Far as any other service shown on their comes with nothing else. Did not call when vehicle was done.

Two and a half hours turned into more than six for an oil change and tire rotation.

Very slow, but they get the job done.
