The people who work here should go thru training to learn things

Advance is my 2nd choice of suppliers in my town/area. Prices are competitive. I do not like how they overly try to help right when you walk in the door. I will ask when I need help. They have also made some mistakes on parts for me in the past.

I would say that this is a decent store. Clean and well stocked with all your automotive needs. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices on batteries are higher than some of their competition in town. Ill still get pricing from them on other parts and they are likely to get some of my business.

The store is amazing! The management and staff are the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendliest in town. They have the widest selection of quality parts in stock that I have ever seen. They will help you install a battery or scan your vehicle on the spot. They will also test your starter or alternator and loan you tools for free. This is the only auto parts store I will ever do business with again.

I went inn the store because my car was having issues with my electrical system Jess was friendly and reassured me that everything would be fine. She ran test on my car and cleaned one off my battery terminals and when i offered to pay she was sweet and told me no need. I will for sure go back to her again. Shes worth the stop. She was amazing. .... . note to her management team, she deserves a raise.

They always have the stuff I need. Most auto parts stores carry the same stuff, but these guys seam more willing to help out with questions.

The guys were busy and hard at work when i came in. I returned a starter that i had purchased and installed a bit over 2 years ago. I had purchased it with a lifetime warranty. After presenting my drivers licence and signing a receipt, i was given my new starter and was on my way. Thank you gentlemen.

So happy we have such a well stocked auto parts store!! The service was fantastic! They had all the parts that I needed and reset my car computer as well:))I also found a cool magnetic pressure gauge that was easy to use and fit nicely into my little hands!! So pleased!

Battery tested in my car and it was putting out 196 out of 700 cranking amps so I was told its defective and to take it out and bring it in and theyll swap me straight for a new one. Bring it in a few days later same guy is there, they says the battery is fine and wants me to wait a half hour while they charge it and retest it. So I call the other guy over who did it before and he says he never told me that it was bad, and that the battery was most likely dead. Well needles to say after about an hour or more I got my battery replaced like he said he would. Bad service from that guy..

Great store! Not only will they help get the right part but also help install if its a quick project that can be done in the parking lot! At least from my experience!

The computer said they had 3 water pumps in stock,but the kid behind the counter couldnt find any of them,want to Auto value and got it cheaper with thermostat and housing than auto zone wanted for just the pump alone.

Avoid the cheap parts because you get what you pay for. They usually have whatever I need on hand or can get it same day or next day. Although that could partly be due to my being a professional mechanic and dealing with their commercial side.
