If I could give zero stars, I would. Our company has purchased from this supplier for years and the way that we were recently treated by the owner himself was nothing short of astonishingly awful. We had a recent issue where all of our boxes got left outside after a night of heavy rain and were destroyed. My office manager called and respectfully let them know and asked for a follow up call. Instead, the owner decided to email us his response after hearing about it. The email was extremely aggressive, decidedly not apologetic nor understanding, and was clear that River City was washing its hands of this situation. I called on behalf of our company and was surprised to find the owners tone and demeanor even worse on the phone than in print. As a paying customer, you would expect a little sympathy or at least to be treated well. The owner was aggressive and argumentative from the beginning, and acted as if we were an unnecessary burden that he had to go out of his way to accommodate. He described as a pain even though we have rarely had any issues with our deliveries. Although I was admittedly upset, he wasnt sympathetic at all. In fact, he was more agitated than me. We have had daily deliveries for years at our company and they are all get brought inside, as it is a business. He said I am the only girl on the face of the Earth who expects deliveries to be brought inside. Well, what would I know? Ive only seen it done for years and he couldnt have been more wrong. Business deliveries are different from home deliveries. Why? Because we are paying for an upgraded service. Its entirely different. Maybe he is having a rough life, or a tough go of it, in which case I do feel sincerely sorry for him and wont drag this out further, but trust me, folks, I have been in business my whole life and this man does not deserve the privilege of owning a business, let alone running it, or to interact with hard-working paying customers. Go elsewhere for your shipping supplies!!!

Disappointed in the customer service I’ve received from the folks at RCP. Highly recommend not doing business with them.
