Fresh or Frozen was mostly in the store. I liked the experience. MY MAIN PURPOSE WAS a success! MUSCADINE GRAPES! 🍇 NEED fresher ones though. Mine were soft, but tasteful and enjoyable!

This is a high end grocery store. Good parking available. Great selection in all departments. Excellent bakery. Good wine selection. Gourmet and hard to find items available. I really like this store.

I must have had the one in a hundred bad experiences at this place. We are new to the neighborhood and were excited to start shopping at this store and make it our go to. We stopped in to grab a dessert for a family dinner. As we were looking in the pastry case, I thought one of the women working in the bakery said something to us, but she was way in the back and not making eye contact so I thought she was talking to her coworker. About 30 seconds later she looks at me and asks, “Do you need any help?” A fine gesture, but with a very obvious attitude. I’m not sure if she thought I was ignoring her the first time but I literally could not hear what she said and she wasn’t even looking at us. We finally decide on a key lime pie in the case. The other woman working packages this pie up and pushes it so hard across the counter that it starts falling to the floor. Luckily we caught it. No apology. No nothing.I thought the bad experiences were over for the visit but boy was I wrong! We get to the register and set our stuff down. The cashier says, “you can put your stuff there but then go back there and stand on that social distancing sticker.” Great, no problem. But then she proceeds to complain about customers and how they aren’t standing where they need to be to the other employee checking out in her line.With all that being said, we will take our business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because we were very excited about shopping here.Two stars, but only because the pie was delicious.

I had a terrible customer service experience but the corporate office and store manager took care of it. Most of the employees are very courteous.I like shopping at The Fresh Market..the store is easy to get around in...very clean and always quality products to choose from

Marilyn in the bakery was so helpful. She knew about the bakery items and she said I could bring it back if I didn’t like it. But the fruit tart I purchased was delicious. Great store experience!

Wow! Just wow. What a store! We were in an Air BnB near by and stopped in for some supplies. We’re so impressed we kept coming back. Everyone was so friendly from stockers to checkout and the folks behind the counter. Great food selection. Lots of freshly prepared foods. Roomy. Clean. Well ordered. Looks like people LIKE working there. It is a bit of what I would term a boutique store so while what they stock is top notch don’t expect the variety you’d see at a large grocer. Wish I had one of these down the street from me, but alas no.

Always good selection and great service. Much easier to shop than that “Full Eats” place. You know the one.

Sometimes they have things that other grocery stores do not, but often it seems they have stuff that is simply 3x more expensive than other grocery stores, often the same exact brands. Its best to go there with a particular product in mind. That said, theyre getting better.

Mary, in the meat department, is very helpful, personable, and has an all around sweet disposition. All employees have always been kind and professional when I shop at this location. The cookies and cakes are delicious, too!

Lovely shopping experience. It is like being in a small town market. Aim to go during off peak hours- otherwise you may have a slight wait in line.

The selection of foods was nice, but nothing super special. The prices are fairly high. I would only visit for the occasional specialty item. I went looking for grape leaves (which the website said they had). I could not find them so I asked an employee if they carried them. I was told no, but went back to my car to get my phone and found out where they were located in the store. Only reason I bring up that is to advise patrons to bring in your phone to serve as your help should you need it

Wonderful deli as usual. Long day so a roasted chicken and deli salad makes dinner easy. Everyone evidently had the same idea because the checkout lines were long but they opened another register and got us out of there. 💯

They are always helpful and friendly faces here and they keep the inventory well stocked and fresh. If I had a critique it would be that it is pricey with many of the same products being found cheaper at neighboring competitors.

Thursdays are a good day to shop at Fresh Market. Top values are available.

Many items were not priced. I hate to have to ask prices. Coffee was advertised on sale but did not ring up as a sale price. (It would have been good deal on Starbucks) Bread needed to restocked. The cashier was nice but didnt catch the fake coffee sale. The store was not too crowded which was great for having to shop with a stuffy mask on my face.

Walking distance from my apartment so its very convenient. As would be expected, prices are higher since it is a specialty market, but the product selection is good and quality is good as well. I dont do large shopping trips, but use it for items I need last minute or dont get online or at the farmers market.

The fruit here is quite fresh - prices is tiered higher than Kroger and Sprouts .

I generally can go in and out of this establishment easy peasy lemon squeezy in comparison to the Kroger in close proximity.. yesterday I didn’t like the customer service I experienced not one bit. One of the male managers looked me up and down as I was leaving the store. As though I was just flesh and bones. DISTASTEFUL. No have a nice day or anything. That really grinds my gears as a young lady I should be respected and given the same RESPECTABLE customer service as any other customer.. and another thing if a cashier can’t say Ms. Ma’am.. then they shouldn’t say anything at all ESPECIALLY the word GIRL!!! I do not care if it is said with a friendly connotation or not.. Do not let my petite demeanor fool you. I am a young woman who will NOT accept disrespect and will exercise my rights.. Did not get either employee’s name. The cashier’s name-tag was turned around and that manager was moving so fast I couldn’t register his name-tag either. More customer service training please. I know people do things mindlessly and life happens so hopefully my next experience is better.

For the third week in a row my early morning senior visit has been met with understocked shelves. The excuse all three visits has been the truck hasnt been unloaded yet. Well, might that be a good reason to have the truck arrive earlier or perhaps have the store open later so as to not inconvenience your customers, which, in my estimation, might be of an ever diminishing number.

Good values on daily specials.

My favorite place to get fresh fruit, veggies and meat for a reasonable price. Also love the fact that during this pandemic they are definitely putting customers safety first by requiring everyone to wear mask entering and employees. Thanks for caring!!!

Bad pricing on lobster I called and they said it was 12.99 a pound. I get to the store they saying its 12.99 each . It was horrible I drove from Cordova for this.

This was my first time there and will definitely start shopping here. Bought the tempura shrimp and it was amazing. Staff was super helpful and very friendly.

UPDATE: Lady calling herself Alexa at Fresh Market Corporate (300 N.Greene St., Greensboro, NC 27401) CONFIRMS on Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, that NO MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN STORES, DESPITE SIGNAGE & ADS OTHERWISE, to enter or shop in store. However, if somone inside solicits a dollar inside the store, THAT is actionable.Initial post - BEWARE: Despite advertising and signage to the contrary, The Fresh Market at 2145 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN does NOT require COVID masks, according to the blonde, middle-aged, female manager working at 6:15 p.m. this date, Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021. In fact, she yelled and threatened to call the police on ME for insisting that two juveniles soliciting money from people at the peanut butter counter at the cashiers line and NOT wearing COVID masks correctly -- only under their chins, protecting no one -- leave the building.  I talked to them civily, but as they did not take good advice, I told them they would need to pull up the masks or get out, and I tailed them out, repeating Get out! Where is the manager? At the exit, the aforementioned manager challenged ME, told me she could not/would not tell these maskless, soliciting kids to leave, so I dumped my intended purchases into the basket she had in front of her and left. As the maskless kids happily danced around me in the store foyer,  encouraged by the managers behavior, I yelled Get away (I am severely immune compromised) and she trailed me outdoors, toward my car, threatening to call the police on ME. In response, I called out my license tag to her. I have been a regular customer at this store, and I would like an explanation for this conduct by management, for this failure to keep out and remove maskless people from the store, and for the failure to keep out/remove solicitors from this store.

I used to work here as a grocery clerk in the past lol what can I say not much has changed yet the Workers there in the departments are Always up & ready to meet a customers request, could use a few improvements though. Does have a very competitive option of healthy foods not commonly offered by the competition.

Produce was picked over, lots of random boxes in the aisles waiting to be stocked, but no one nearby stocking. This is nothing the store can control but many shoppers not complying with social distancing.

Very good customer service and management! They helped me to find all items that I was not able to find walking around with two kids! Made fresh coffee once I asked for it... also they make me fresh sushi every time I go and ask for a specific kind!

This is the only grocery store that requires a mask and gloves. They sanitize the carts after use. If you have the money to shop here, its the best place to not catch Corona.

Fresh market is just that -- FRESH! They have a plethora of fruit, veggies, fresh meat and seafood. The store is very clean with friendly staff.
