Incredibly rude experience today with my husband. His name and email were listed as an authorized pickup person but the employees would not let him pick up in-store rather than curbside after they never brought it out to him. The car was listed as my car in the app even though he followed the steps to check in and would have provided his ID for proof of pickup if the employees had even attempted to confirmed with him. I canceled the order due to the poor customer service. Will go elsewhere.

The store is ok and stocked. They only had 4 lines open. Self check out was closed on one end. The deli food was old and I asked before I purchased anything . The soda machine outside will definitely take your money. And please watch your back.

Management needs to step it up long lines they dont help its ridiculous. I need to stick to the Winchester location this walmart on Austin pea is a dump also. Bad management = bad store. This was at 1pm on a tuesday.Tuesday. pictures only give you a hit of the problem must see to believe

I went to get my Covid vaccine yesterday and I was nervous as my immune system is very weak. I had to make sure I wasnt sick in any way. I was also scared of getting sick from the actual vaccine. I know thats not how it works but that doesnt make my fears lessen. Do you still believe in vampires or ghosts? Well my fear is ANY life saving and deemed by my healthcare team,SAFE vaccine. Lets just say completely safe is not in my vocab.I asked the pharmacist some 15 questions. Sensing my anxiety and rising BP the pharmacist explained the process. I didnt even feel the shot!I rolled up my sleeve and before I knew it I was on my way out of the pharmacy and shopping for my cute as a button grandson.Thank you to the awesome folks at the Oakland WalMart Pharmacy in Fayette County Tennessee! I probably wouldnt have ever seen that vaccination if it wasnt for your kind demeanor, compassion and understanding.

I give it a 3 when it is fully stocked. Usually they have bare shelves. Otherwise this store is terrible when compared to other Walmarts I have visited. This store can do far better than what they are.

I enjoyed my shopping experience and found the items that I was looking for. I searched for food items that I couldnt get at my local grocery store and found them at Walmart 🤩👍

The employes always lazzy and scream and never give the correct food the ice cream machine always is broke is descasting I never come back

I have noticed some improvements. More of the employees were speaking as I walked the sales floor and exiting the self scan check out. I was so surprised that it caught me off guard. Keep up the good work!!

Clean nice store. I went during weekday morning so parking was no problem.

I never leave negative reviews, but this one is much warranted. I would give this place negative stars if possible. I placed an online order for pickup. I used the app to tell the store I was on my way, and I checked in when I got there. I waited 35 minutes. During that time I called the store pick up line 3 times and the store customer service once. No answers. I had to leave because I had a sick child, so I called again hoping I could get it delivered. Amazingly, someone answered. I told her what happened. She told me no one had called, accused me of lying, and eventually hung up on me. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ended up calling for assistance through the app, and a very nice rep (presumably in a call center) helped me sort it out by canceling everything without a cancellation fee. And, BTW, theres a screenshot of the call log from where I called multiple times while waiting in pickup😛 . I can understand having to wait extended time because the associates are busy. I can even understand incompetence. This, however, was just ridiculous. 👎👎👎👎👎

This is the best Walmart near us. I will drive from Memphis to Southaven to go here. I have had a couple issues but thats just people being human and machines being built by humans.

This location is 8 minutes & 3.8 miles from my home sharing the same zip code. Its rather drive to the U.S. 64, Bartlett, TN location which is 21 minutes & 9.1 miles. They always have what this location doesnt. 6727 Raleigh Lagrange Rd is 12 minutes & 6.4 miles. However, Ill still travel to Bartlett cause its better than both. When you want a store thats not always out of stock of things. You have to go to where the white people with money at. Hood Walmarts is a disappointment.

So went to Wal-Mart today and was really blessed. First, Zariyah Earl blessed me by being a great host. I had to go to the ladies room and she kept greeting with a smile and watched my basket for me. When I walked away she had it secured and when I came back it was yet secured. I tried to bless her but they cant take tips???? Then her shift manager saw me shopping and I asked her about an item I had in my hand. When she scanned it she told me she was marking those items down. I was able to get what I was looking for at like 85% off maybe. It has been a while since I went to a Walmart with so much hospitality. I am very grateful and elated by this experience. Keep up the great work!!!❤❤❤

Great store but the management and corporate NEVER and I mean NEVER have this store properly stocked with EMPLOYEES.Theres not been one time in the past 3 years I have been in this store and had to stand in the clothing area due to how long the lines are for the 2-3 check outs they keep open.

The workers are normally professional and I shop there early in the mornings when they open up. Some of my favorite products are purchased from Walmart. However, there are times later in the afternoon where the lines be way to long so I prefer self checkout whenever that happens.

I came to Memphis because my uncle is in the hospital after having a stroke. After visiting him, I came outside to a flat tire. A screw was sticking out of the tread of my tire. As I paid for Road Hazard when I purchased my tires in March, and I saw a Wal-Mart right across the street from the hospital, I decided to go to get taken care of. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the Auto Center was only servicing those that had an appointment. Luckily there was a Gateway Tire & Service Center nearby that fixed my tire and didnt charge me anything due to my situation. It is extremely unacceptable for someone in a situation like that to be turned away. You need someone working in customer service in the Automotive section that actually cares about customers and service. I will tell anyone that listens to stay FAR away from this location when they need new tires.

THE most PATHETIC Walmart in the entire state of Tennessee probably. Definitely in all of memphis. Never stocked up, understaffed, carts are NEVER inside, gotta get a cart from outside. Hope you get a cart so you don’t have to hold all your stuff in a HALF MILE long line. 😐😐😐 PATHETIC.

This location has had stock issues for months and there are hardly ever enough registers open to accommodate the customers.

This store is great but lacks in inventory and could make more money 💰 if the keep the shelves stocked. I often come here first but end up going to a different Wal-Mart as the inventory of goods is just not here. Most all other stores have recovered from COVID but this store is still stuck in a rut. Also I must take account of the customers are they really shopping or just robbing this store blind? I dont know the struggles but Im sure there are. The 3 stars I gave is truly based on supply and demand. I like this Wal-Mart but not sure if it truly has passion for it self? Needs energy and passion pep rally maybe staff incentives and captains of areas that have heart of caring

I found exactly what I was looking for. The price was even cheaper than the shelf price and the self checkout was moving really fast. I was surprised at how fast I got in and out.

I bought what was labeled as 14 karat, 18 inch gold link chain for $200, added insurance and everything. Gave it to my son for Christmas. I felt like the color was a little off, but decided that no one would sell fake jewelry for real jewelry prices, right?? Come January I was in a bind so I had to pawn my $1000 ring and I thought my sons 14 karat gold chain and pendant (which was REAL 14 karat gold, from Amazon). The man plainly said he couldnt take gold plated jewelry. Please, I said please, do not buy gold jewelry from here. The description and the receipt say gold, but it definitely is costume jewelry. When I went to return it they tried to say that they couldnt take it back because the jewelry counter was closed indefinitely. I had my receipt and the chain came with no box. I also heard the manager say that was the second piece of jewelry returned that same day, for the same reason. I believe I only got my money back because I acted a damn fool.

Been looking for a weight bench for quite sometime... I actually was about to buy some fitness mats and notice it was one weight bench sitting on the shelf and without no hesitation I hurry up & put it on my cart!!! I cant wait to put together to workout at home in my private home gym!!!

Man loitering outside followed me in the parking lot yelling obscene language at me to the door. Then after I had entered store approaching me again doing the same. Scared me terribly. You need parking lot guards. I will not be going there any more.

This particular store on Austin Peay is super behind. There is no noticable designated area for pick-up (a paper sign taped above pharmacy pick-up). You check in on the app and it notify you that you have arrived, ask for spot number(none marked), ask for car color and says NO NEED TO CALL- BE RIGHT OUT WITH ORDER!. Yeah right!! After noticing another customer looking around in front of me, she then calls number on paper and so do I...they say(associate on phone) this only way to know youre there. DO BETTER RALEIGH WALMART--DO BETTER.

Very good selection of foods, Etc. Overhead music way too loud and of the wrong kind! This music does not contribute 2 a shoppers ability to concentrate on what they want to buy. It hinders both concentration and a desire to even be in the store!

If I could just have one easy request answered..it would be: Please clean the parking lot! My goodness!! Shoppers deserve to pull into a clean lot and space!! & Make it a priority to keep it clean. AND then if asked What can we do to improve shopping experiences.. It would be: ask the staff to make an effort to know where items are.. make and effort to at least care about assisting customers...when we have to ask where an item could be saying I dont work in that department, is so unacceptable.....

Stock very low the Isles was very crowded you couldnt get in and out cant find stuff a certain items didnt have prices on my day one in the right place but overall what can I say its a pandemic going on and everybody just doing whatever they want to do but wont stop me from going to Walmart they do have some things that I do want

Ive been to this store 3 times in the 3 weeks I moved here and it makes me miss the Walmarts in Texas. The lines are always backed up into the clothing isles, they only seem to run 3 registers with actual cashiers then 10 self check outs. Its hit or miss if they will have what you need. Dont think checking out in electronics is going to work either its also backed up.

Found what I needed quickly, however the lines! Im finding you must go at the right time or youre gonna wait. Other than that Im a regular and like the selection

Only 2 lanes open, lines all the way to mens department. There was mold on the cakes, pies and bread. The diary section dind have butter, cheese or orange juice.Feels like the pandemic all over again.

It was terrible and I stay 4 or 5 miles from this Walmart. The people who works there has no type of peoples skills. The manager was no where around when I asked one of the employees for a manager because alot of us as customers had to wait in check out line for 20 minutes where they had only two lines open. They had two self check out lines and they were accepting credit cards only. I had bought some food from where they sell food and my food got cold waiting in line to pay for it. Ill never come back to this Walmart ever again and I stay only 10 minutes away from here

I purchased a phone online from Walmart.com and was told by At&t that the phone was not scanned properly by Walmart and could not be activated, I was told to bring it to a nearby Walmart. I am currently in Memphis, but Im from Louisiana. The rudeness and loudness of Clara or Claire in electronics makes me just want to give up and go shop at TARGET! She is loud, rude, common, obnoxious and speaks to her customers and coworkers as if they are children. No respect. She straight up said thats not my problem, you need to call Walmart online. When I asked for the number, she said, 800-walmart.com. THANK HEAVENS FOR CHRIS IN CUSTOMER PICKUP AND ALICIA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chris is phenomenal, patient, sweet and kind. He walked with me all around the store until he could find a resolution. He needs a serious promotion. He found a way to resolve my issue and I was able to keep the phone that I needed. Alicia apologized for Claras actions and lack of customer service. NO THANKS TO CLARA in electronics. Shes too old to act so rude!!! Thank you to everybody, except Clara in ELECTRONICS UGH

As far a Wal-Mart goes this is probably the worst one Ive been to. Not a great location, poorly stalked, and always several ppl outside asking for money.

Fast service at the automotive desk the clerk has been in the indusyry for over 13yrs. Very knowledgeable lady

I bought a car battery and had to wait a good 30 minutes in line and I was the next customer THANK GOODNESS!!! No telling how long I would have had to wait!! There was only one employee working in automotives at the time. I felt real bad for her.

Staff was a mix of great attitudes and people who should never even say customer service. The experience started to make me upset but the professionals on staff quickly stepped in and rectified the situation.
