I was greeted with a warm hey and asked if I needed help. I was able to get the assistance I needed and they gave me suggestions and helped me with the million and one questions I had. I got all my house furniture for a little of nothing. I’m happy and grateful for GeGe. The process literally took about 15 minutes or less.

While the store has some good deals it is not like I remember from a few years ago. I went looking for second hand hotel furnishings at a decent price and found mostly new items at high prices. The hotel items are at the rear and the selection is small. Seems like any other furniture store now. Some of the prices on new items is fair though.

Worst furniture store! Workers will not help you an hour before closing. They have the worst and most unprofessional customer service. Extremely nasty attitudes to help you. The owner did nothing to rectify the situation. I would not recommend anyone to purchase furniture from here 👎🏾👎🏾

This is a large very well stocked warehouse of motel/ hotel furniture. If one wants reasonable prices on everything to living room to bedroom sets one should come here. There is no fancy showrooms thats why the low prices. There are polite clerks on the floor. But usually when one comes here they have in mind what they want. AND! Layaway is available!

I enjoyed my visit. They have loads of beautiful furniture. I was not looking for anything. I took someone to look for furniture and ended upper purchasing a tv stand it is a great piece.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Came here to this store today to pick up a bedroom suite for my mother in law, and when we got here the people didn’t even have it in stock. The manager Lisa didn’t even come from behind the counter to apologize for the bed not coming in or anything. Tony and another young lady tried to help us out the best way they could. This company really needs to find a new manager to run this place that has customer service experience or just put TONY in charge of this location.

This company really deserves a ZERO!! They took advantage of my young daughter and stole money out of her account. She placed a bed in the layaway and they set her up on a biweekly draft without her permission. She has been calling and every time she calls, they tell her the owner is looking into it. It has now been 2 weeks with no results. Ashley, whom says shes a manger, is very rude and has hung up the phone in our face several times! I am reporting this company to the BBB!!!!!!!

Thay have more in stock but pricing individual can become a little prices the lamp and mirror are stock down the sales people could be a more knowledgeable of the inventory in the store.

You find some great pieces in here, but they have gotten pricey over the years.. I think they should offer more use furniture cause this is was people loved about coming here to find good used furniture at a affordable price.

Tons of new and used inventory. Not a high end shopping experience its in a huge warehouse but the deals are enormous. Lots of staff hustling to get you what you need. They are BUSY! they also deliver and offer financing on new furniture.

Owner is rude and disrespectful.Has no patience with people of my race. Once I disagree with him,he went off on me. I should have recorded the conversation,the way he talked to me so unprofessional.

Buyer Beware: if they deliver your furniture, make sure there is no question about the fact that the movers will be placing the furniture where you need it go.The language of their delivery agreement never mentions placing furniture where it needs to go; they circumvent the issue by using the word install in their delivery agreement to mean something that it legally does not mean.The company Im working for really liked the multitude of items we purchased from Hotel Sales & Surplus and we felt they gave us a great deal on what we purchased. Our sales people were extremely friendly and we ended up spending a considerable amount of money in purchasing 50 desks, 50 chairs and some filing cabinets. I had even gone back to them yesterday prepared to purchase 50 shelving units. We were ready and willing to do more business with them.We only felt that way until the items were delivered, and thats when they got nasty.When the gentleman arrived to deliver, he told us that he had only agreed to drop them off, never to put them where they needed to go. He pointed to the delivery agreement saying they werent installing the items we purchased, only dropping them off for us to install.Having made it patently clear at the time of purchase and payment exactly what our needs were, we called and spoke to the salesperson about this confusion. When I explained that we were only asking them to do what was agreed upon at the time of purchase, the salesperson actually said the following to me on the phone before hanging up on me: If youre okay morally with what youre doing to him, then thats fine, referring to the moving person with whom he contracted the business. When he hung up the phone on me, it led our team to question having done business with them in the first place.Were in the process of starting a company in the city, and we seek to build relationships with people that we can trust. My company and I would have been happy to honor any agreement we had made during the purchase and would have gladly taken care of the mover had the company been up front with us. They were not. To have our collective morality called into question by a salesperson over additional delivery charges when the delivery people have already arrived illuminated a robust lack of moral compass by people we had no reason to otherwise dislike.We still tipped our movers generously as a courtesy, but we will never do business with this company again and encourage others to be cautious when requesting their moving services..

Ive bought two mattresses here over the course of 14 years. I am now about to buy living room furniture here as well. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Their prices best most competitors prices. Its a bit junky inside but dont let that put you off. Theres new product, used product and the no nonsense way its all put together is definitely saving you money! I bought a mattress there in February 2017 and got same day delivery for a minimal fee!

Have purchased from them a few times in upscaling some room decor. Staff went out of their way to ensure I was assisted.

My mom purchased a table and two nightstands for under $40.00. One nightstand was damaged but the price was so nice we still got it. It was physically flawed but still gets the job done. Best deal for anyone on a tight budget like myself. Would recommend.

I called and was quoted a price so decided to make the drive to this place. Upon arrival asked to purchase the item requested and was told 2 different prices, neither one was the price that they quoted over the phone. The people who we spoke to were not sure of themselves and had poor customer service.
