A cleaner store is needed. Bathrooms always nasty. Boxes always everywhere. Attitudes on employees needs to be better.

The store has a great variety of clothes, household items, furniture, and toys. This is my favorite Roses store. However I got a MAJOR negative which is why it gets 2 stars!!!Mom got sick and she had to go to the bathroom. It was disgusting. It is in need of a immediate renovation. The toilets look like theyve been there forever. There were 3 or 4 stalls that were out of order. It was stinky and very unclean to be a WOMANS bathroom. I feel absolutely sorry for anyone who has to use their restrooms.

The store had an awesome amount of items and a variety of stylish clothes. The only disappointment was the limited sizes for big and tall men.

Workers are very unfriendly except the stock guy unless he was a manager but he was very attentive and knowledgeable plus friendly im almost positive he and a young lady working around the kids department were the only two that spoke to me

Every time I visit Roses I receive excellent customer service management and staff are very helpful. I love this store you can literally find just about anything here.. The store is not expensive at all I love coming here. Always leave with more than I come for.

Me & my family came here as visitors of Graceland. We wanted something quick to wear simple & plain. Google suggested this store. Upon selection of clothing we asked an employee to try the clothing on just to make sure they were good for only 2 items. She was so rude and disrespectful. Me and my husband just walked out of the store. She was an older lady with red hair. I’ve never felt such cold customer service before in my life. Where I’m from is nothing but hospitality. Will never shop here again when I visit memphis. Everyone doesn’t steal like she stared for not opening the dressing room for items that totaled less then $15. Very sad and poverish.

I like Roses for alot of reasons. I have found some really neat clothes for my grandsons at reasonable prices. When I only have a little money I can still make it work at Roses. This store just need a little more organization and less junkie.

Its a great place for general merchandise. Toothbrushes from gazebos, lightbulb & very only wear once clothing. 😉. The aisles are wide. The store is huge. Great parking. One minus: On the first of the month shoppers it was crowded & the merchandise was everywhere. Put there by shoppers. But the clerks did their best.

Service was quick... although the store was full...register lines were moving to the Best ... swiftly...

They have eveything you need with different brands and varieties in each department. Very neighborhood friendly store. I frequent here often. Its only a few minutes away from Elvis Presleys Home and museum.

Prices on clothing were very fair. I didnt shop the rest of the store. But could see it was large with a huge selection.Yes the store is dated and under staffed. But in exchange for discount prices. You get what you pay for.Cashier was friendly and kept the line moving rather quickly.I would definitely shop there again.

Store has know organization. Prices not in place it should be. Sales hard to fine, everyone looking trying to find ad items. Prices concurring dont honor price on shelves.

Here one can find pretty much anything they might need without the hassle of big box retailers. Also, the staff and management are personable and friendly as well.

Good prices. I got 3 pair of Gloria Vanderbilt for 8$ a pc. Bought Some extra deep pocket sheets for 10$

Prices are great for any budget but the service is slow.

There is often one register opened with many people to service. Great need for more registers opened.

The lines arent ever long and if they are they open additional lines. They are always running smoothly and people are always somewhere near to help out.

They get a 2 star from me because it dont make no since to have there bathroom that messy. I couldve handled maybe 1 or 2 stalls to be messy but All of them is just a damn mess...please improve with your hygiene THANKS!

I work there and it sucks. Please do not visit roses. The lines are extremely too long. Management sucks. Merchandise is real cheap. Bad experience ....

Its a great place to shop, but as long as you dont have to use the bathroom, youll be fine because the bathrooms are horrible! A nightmare! Feces all over the toilet, urine all over the floor, no tissue in the bathroom, writing all over the walls, the hand dryer doesnt work, the paper towels are out, almost out of soap, smell like urine, its horrific. Just plain horrible! Staten Island! All the toilets are clogged with tissue and overflowing, one of them had a shopping cart tipped over in them. Blood all over the toilet. A real nightmare!!!
