If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I have four vehicles with Interstate batteries. I will NEVER buy another Interstate battery based on my experience today. My battery that is less than two years old. The vehicle was brought to this location and battery tested, and was told ok. The next day the battery died. So it was brought back to this location. The manager said they didnt have the battery in stock. No suggestions. No offer to replace or help in any way. Better off going to AutoZone or somewhere where they understand customer service.

Wouldn’t honor a 3 year warranty on a 1 year olds battery because I didn’t have the original receipt. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!

Have a battery that ran down due to the truck not being driven in quite a while. Took it in and they tested and charged overnight for free! Note that they have moved to a new address, so might be wise to call 1st. 5728 Stage Rd.

Batteries don’t seem to care what day of the week they die. Your lack of availability to help find a warranty location and the Memphis TN location being closed has left me hanging with 2 MegaTron II batteries in my F250 that are 18 months old. This will be the second pair to go bad in my truck within the warranty period and the second time I struggled to find a warranty dealer. Firestone Complete Care says unless I got them at Firestone they cannot help. I have relocated so I can’t go back to the place I got them. If I have to get two batteries this weekend, I look for a refund and those were the last interstate batteries I’ll buy. So much for the best warranty and network of dealers. May be true 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Having battery problems with a second hobby vehicle. 2 weeks ago Autoozone said the battery was bad, I prefer Interstate batteries, went in today and had them double check it, they actually showed me the meter and said its good. Ill check wiring and alternator now, and go back for a battery.

Great staff but sadly I always seem to want something odd. Never purchased here as they dont carry it.Optimistic as I know sooner or later Ill bring in a common battery desire.

I originally went in to buy two new batteries for an 07 F350 6.0L. Great service, plenty of stock and the representative was very informative regarding the battery size and type. I will be a returning customer. They carry the invisible fence collar batteries about $10 cheaper than getting them from the invisible fence folks. They are not mailed to you but I dont mind going to pick up 2-3 at a time and have them on hand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to get a fourwheeler battery.. didnt have it. So he said we can order it and itll be in, in a day or 2.. that was a Tues. Was told should def be in by Thursday morning.Wasnt in by closing Thursday, so he said Friday..Friday closing time- still not in, says will def be here by Wednesday next week.. so here I sit typing this on Wednesday closing time and no battery...
