This store has beautiful stuff, but is it really this high of quality? It’s coming from China like everything else (accessories wise). It’s really really expensive. Even with the posted discounts of 50-70% off marked price. I saw a rattan bench that was $1k, and on top was damaged! Whaaat?! I saw a dresser with the corner on the top knocked off that was $798!!! Whaaat? Who buys this stuff. All the furniture was damaged and super high priced.

No more deals here and even though the governor of TN has lifted the mask mandate the the CDC says you can be within three feet of each other and not wear masks when not in large gatherings, they still require masks. No chance in a large gathering at this place anymore. PB used to be the go to place but not anymore. Just overpriced ikea furniture and home decor.

Ive shopped at this location and online before this they came to Memphis.I absolutely love everything about this store.Yes it can be a bit pricey. Like most things of good quality. Ive learned to take my time and buy a couple of pieces at a time when necessary. Sacrificing quality is not an option.

Great store. They carry a wide range and the prices are great.The staff was also very helpful in locating a dozen wine glasses for me in the backroom.

None of the employees spoke the entire time I was in the store. I counted at least three of them, so as far as customer service goes they failed. There was not a large crowd of people in the store, so that cant be an excuse.

A must see when Im here in Memphis for work. I pack an extra bag so I can take all my purchases home! Friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of housewares and kids (pb teen and pb kids) as well. I only wish I lived closer so I could make use of some of the furniture steals!

Products are great. Service was terrible. There was no greeting when I walked in, no one to point you in the right direction.

Very bad costumer service and monogrammed off center. Ordered these for Christmas and called customer service, and they said they couldn’t do anything for us and they want us to pay for shipping for the return.Update: They sent us new ones and still very off center. These aren’t cheap, and we shouldn’t receive cheaply made items.

This is not about this particular store but the organization in general. AVOID this company. They are unscrupulous crooks! I placed an order and made payment through a gift card the total was almost 40% higher than the price of the item.They could tell me at that time how much was sales tax and how much shipping so I immediately attempted to cancel the order. The customer service rep said it had been cancelled and when I queried about refund to the gift card they said it would take at least a day. I protested and was given a supervisor who told me they had taken care of it. BIG LIE!!! The item was shipped!!! The rip off artist billed me over $17.00 to send a 4lb sheet set approximately 400 miles. Sorry I use UPSand they are no where near that high to me and I am small potatoes to Williams-Sonoma.

Unprofessional and unreliable. Staff recommended a their trusted delivery guy Wayne and gave me a card with his contact information. Needless the say the guy promised to deliver the furniture 3 times, and 3 times he was a no-call no-show. They really should stop referring this guy. It makes Pottery Barn look bad.

Great prices, but their return policy sucks. I live in nashville, and I am not allowed to return items to normal williams sonoma stores.

We ordered a custom bed in January. It is now September, and still no bed.The excuses keep coming; from a missing headboard to missing bed rails.If we ever get this bed, it will be our last purchase from this company.

I purchased here previously with exemplary customer service. Not this time...I never have had such a hard time trying to purchase something. Staff was incredibly rude, and obviously unhelpful. Wont be returning.
