Im basing my review on our first visit. We bought a counch and love seat at a great price and a set of etageres that are truly stunning. We had some communication problems over the delivery of the etageres and received them much later than the promised delivery.

They have beautiful furniture and the staff is not just helpful and nice, they stood behind their product and pricing. We bought a leather reclining couch 🛋 and love seat. We love the furniture. We went to several other stores and Stash came in first.

The sales associates did not greet me today as I walked in. But right behind me was a Caucasian couple that was greeted by a white woman sales associate(who walked pass me maybe three times) and a sales associate who was male and appeared to be maybe Hispanic. The couple was told about negotiating prices. I didn’t get that information. Being the owner of a restaurant that is popular in the Memphis area for almost 50 years and has customers of all backgrounds, I couldn’t help but think that me being ignored was because of my skin color. As I walked out, I was finally greeted by another salesperson but didn’t even want to discuss my interest in a chair that I saw. I gladly went n spent my money somewhere else today.

We had a most delightful experience with Stash and in particular Chad Hampton. We had purchased a very modern space and needed an experienced decorator. Chad came to my home and really took the time to listen to our concerns and needs. He worked really hard to help us form a vision.In a few days, we met at the store where he had furniture, fabrics and accessories for us to consider. Honestly, I didn’t expect to see so many beautiful things that he had taken the time to put together. I thought we’d just walk around the store, but he had it all there ready for us to review and imagine in our new space.Together we made the most beautiful custom chair, and I have to say, I get so many compliments on it and everything else. I absolutely love my new place and would like to say thank you Chad for the vision when I sometimes I couldn’t see it.If you’re looking for an honest, experienced and knowledgeable decorator, I highly recommend you go see Chad! Worst experience ever. I bought a brand new sofa October 2018 for about $2,000 and It completely broke not even 2 years later . We have not jumped on it or been rough at all.. which could possibly explain, but not even given the price and time we have had it. The base/frame cracked on the end and at the feet on the side . My wife called to inform the store knowing they had explained a lifetime warranty For the frame (such a joke). They told us to send pictures and to cut into the fabric to see the damage which we did only to find out that they decided they would not replace or refund us for the sofa as they didn’t believe it to be a manufacturing issue... When I did cut up the fabric to show clear pictures, I saw the way the sofa was made and looks as if someone put it together with few pieces of plywood. The material is poor to not mention the fabric. So now I have a sofa with a broken frame and cut up fabric, thank you stash, I have never In my life seen a business operate so unethically in my life- you deserve a shout out! Quite the bragging rights.Horrible experience, this was my first and last time I will shop at this joke of a store and will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows this experience. It’s pure fraud.

Do not buy any carpet from the lady there selling the oriental carpets and rugs.The prices are over rated and not correct. Its a scam she puts a label of thousands of dollars for a piece of rug which is not worth 5 percent of the total price. I saw a rug she is selling for 2000 dollars at at-home for 59 dollars exact same and same origin it was Turkish. She says handmade dont let her scam you again the prices she is selling are over rated .Also if you were to buy them they are not anything near what she is asking even after the 75 percent off!

I was so excited to finally get to Stash. We wanted to redo our living room. We were approached by Chad who showed us around and ultimately said he would be happy to come to our house and help come up with a plan. He charged us $100 to do so. The day he came we discussed his ideas and I wasn’t thrilled with what he had to offer but paid him the $100 as I was told I had to do in order to have this home consultation. He never once looked at the other rooms in our home to understand our tastes, he never adjusted what he wanted to do given our input. Basically he left and we never heard from him again. I’ve called the store on three occasions explaining the situation and was told that there should never have been a fee for him to come. I requested that the manger or someone in charge give me a call and several months later I still have never gotten a call back. It’s a shame that they can’t run their business any better than that. In my experience they were very unprofessional and greedy. Not at all what I was hoping for.

A long over due Shout Out and Thank You to Stash.I have shopped at Stash for over 5 years and have been pleased with all my purchases. I have work exclusively with Chad and Stacy but the entire staff is willing to help when they are not present. They listened to my ideas and favorite style and then “uped it” with their professional touch. They have worked with me to choose paint colors throughout my house, suggested that I paint accent furniture pieces and to replace kitchen cabinets with glass fronts. Each change was above what I could imagine. My most recent remodeling was the family room and I am beyond pleased with each item. The 103” sofa (which Chad convinced me was a must), and the outstanding light fixture is breathtaking as you enter the room. And the best compliment is when my friends say my house looks like me and none other. And it does thanks to Chad and Stacy.

Enjoyed our visit to the store. Salesperson Grace Call was knowledgeable about the product she sold. She is very friendly and made us feel like family. I will definitely will come back to visit again.

This was my 2nd time in Stash Home and I ended up buying a beautiful sectional sofa. I love their inventory and that they have a wide range of prices - there are options for everyone at all price levels, and a nice variety of styles. I’m so pleased that I found exactly what I was looking for right at the lower price I needed. I will definitely shop there again!

I cant recommend Stash enough. The collections were exactly the styles I had been looking for - I wish I could take it all home! We had a great experience with our sales representative, Monica, as well. She let us to take in the store at our own pace then approach her with our questions. She went out of her way to research the collections based on our ideas for our home and I am very satisfied with the pieces and the prices we went home with.

Purchased a high-priced sofa from Stash: Received the sofa on or about 20 Nov 2019. The sofa was defective: The legs are uneven which makes the sofa rock, depending on which side is being sat on. The company sent 3 other other sofas and all 3 had the same defect. Today, Aug 14, 2920, a repair tech arrived and could not repair the sofa because the company provided the incorrect replacement legs so, now I guess we wait another year before we can use this sofa. Keep in mind, we’re still paying for this sofa. I am disappointed that it’s taking so long to resolve this issue. I do not recommend this store.

I’ve always been sad to see stores close but this time, not so much. They stole! Yes, stole! I was told that if we bought the warranty on our table and didn’t use it, we would be credited the warranty cost as store credit. No risk! So I bought it. After the warranty expired so the credit became available, they told me that it was a store credit towards a $500 purchase. Ummm, shouldn’t that have been communicated on the front end? After I fought it, they agreed that I could just have a store credit without a minimum purchase. COVID happened and I didn’t go to the showroom until recently. They then said I can’t use it because they are closing. So what!? It’s my credit and they can won’t let me use it! What a joke. Pitiful business practice.

Stash on Ridgeway is THE BEST! The product selection and quality is AMAZING but more importantly the staff. WHAT A TEAM! My sales representative Meondra White is the most patient and supportive sales professional I have ever experienced. She drew out my furniture so I had a good sense visually of the layout. Her follow up with me was not overwhelming and she just is the absolute professional that I enjoyed working with. Will definitely go back to Stash for future needs.

Even though it was bottom price point she found exactly what I needed and followed through with discount and everything I needed and shared with my daughter and I. She was very kind and was extremely knowledgeable of your products.

Service was exceptional. I was immediately greeted with a smile and welcoming message. My salesperson was patient and informative. I purchase two chairs and they look amazing. I was a little surprised when I went to pick up the chairs to find that they had to be assembled. Nevertheless they look great. I have my eye on several other items and look forward to shopping at stash in the very near future.

Ive never been to Stash but today I stopped by the Memphis location with my sister. It was wonderful! The showroom was amazing! The prices are even better! Michael was beyond attentive! It was like having a personal assistant and decor specialist with you from start to finish. Lindsay was a sweetheart that reminded me of what our city is made of: genuine southern hospitality. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

I love the furniture pieces. I found the perfect bed frame. The staff was great in helping me with my questions about the frame. HOWEVER, the manager went from being helpful to trying to pressure me into buying a mattress when I reminded him I was focused on a frame. I did not appreciate the pressure. But the rest of the experience was nice. I am debating on the frame now as I did not like being pressured.

This is my second time buying furniture at Stash. We love the couch we bought last year! Vicki who assisted us this time was very patient with us explaining all the differences between the two dressers we were comparing. I went into this store today looking for furniture to buy for my new home, I was utterly frustrated because Ive been to numerous of places and couldnt find exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted by a young lady I cant really remember her name but if Im not mistaken I think her she told me her name was Camri. She made sure that I found what I was looking for and made sure that I felt comfortable with what I was buying. She had a all around wonderful personality. I would definitely recommend this store.

I found the cutest table at Stash that they price matched from the manufacturer online. The sales lady was very assertive and called to follow- up. But the sales lady was overly opinionated and judgey,she kept trying to change my mind and question me on my taste in chairs and matching colors. I could not take any of her advice though, because she was clearly fashion- challenged.

Recently purchased (3) items from Stash in Memphis. Transaction in store was great - salesperson (Chad) very helpful and professional and great selection of merchandise, but once you leave the store, this is where customer service ends. Furniture not delivered when promised, furniture damaged upon delivery, item was re-ordered but could not be delivered for a couple of weeks, so went to pick it up, only to find that they did not have the entire item after waiting almost 2 hours for them to find it. Finally requested a refund. Will not be doing business there again.
