I would HIGHLY recommend Lana Young as a sales representative. She not only helped me but she educated me on mattresses, sheets, and just anything that goes along with a bed. Working with people like this makes me want to come back and buy more from her and the company itself! I will say this, she did have some difficulty with a new system and as a person who trains other people in my own business, I highly recommend 1 to 1 training after a big course. I could see and feel her frustration but it was very understandable. When I buy a new mattress I will be coming back to your store because of her!

Lana was wonderful help in selecting a new mattress. We hadn’t purchased one for ourselves in 10 years. She was patient while we went back and forth between this mattress or that one and she was so knowledgeable. Great experience!

Matt was an excellent sleep expert I have never had anyone so attentive to details and making sure I made the best selection of the mattress that fits my current needs. I’m not sure how long it was but there was no rush just making sure I got what I needed and not trying to over sell me. It really was a good experience!!!

I’ve now had 3 issues within the 2 months of having this mattress and adjustable base. I’ve reached out to mattress firm 3 times and still have yet to receive a response.The first issue being that I was signed up for a credit card with out verbally being told I was. Trevor told me my credit would take a hit for 2-6 points, which it did. As soon as he ran it I got a notification for a 3 point hit. I was OKAY with that. He finished up the transaction. He did say he didn’t know anything about my specific financing option, that he had only seen it one other time. I should have run then when he said that. I look a few days later at my credit and I had been hit for an ADDITIONAL 44 POINTS because I was signed up for a credit card that I was not aware of. If he had told me I was financing directly through of credit card I would have said no and just paid up front for it (even though I preferred not to). I’m mad about the credit card and I’m also furious you let a salesperson on the floor without educating them with all the financing options you offer. I personally work in sales and I would NEVER allow my employee to work without needed assistance if they weren’t comfortable or didn’t know every single payment and financing option we offered. Reached out to mattress firm, no response.Issue 2. About a week after receiving our mattress and base, half of the vibrations went out on our base. Still to this day our base doesn’t work correctly. Reached out to mattress firm, again no responseIssue 3. About a month in I noticed our bed had THREE rips down the sides of them. They were rips right at the seams. I had my previous mattress and adjustable base for years (we only got new ones because we decided to move from a Queen to a King) and we never once had an issue with rips. One month on an adjustable base should not make the mattress starting ripping apart. Reached out to mattress firm, once again no response again.

The sales associate, Svetlana, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. She helped me make a difficult decision based on how I felt on the mattress instead of focusing on overselling, like so many people do.

Lana was very professional, prompt, courteous and customer service orientated. She’s all the things that are lacking in service these days especially here in Memphis. I will come back to only this store for that reason.

The manager and the sales man were delightful to deal with. We are getting the mattresses we wanted and having them delivered in another city. They were very helpful in setting all of that up for us. I would definitely recommend the store!

Had a great experience! Matt answered all my questions and was really helpful! He was really patient as I went from bed to bed searching for just the right one. I felt like Goldilocks! Fun experience with a true professional ready to give his own experience with the product as well as being mindful of the expense. My bed is going to be delivered a bit later than I expected but he also informed me that there may be a delay as the warehouse only showed one in stock and that could be wrong. We were going to check out different companies selling this item but after speaking with Matt we realized he provided everything we needed to make an informed decision. Walked in and was greeted by Mike ( usually works at Jacksonville, TN loc ). He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He made sure to get to know us and our preferences in beds. Gave us a great deal on our new purchase. Very happy overall with the experience and with Mike.

We visited the store two different times in order to make sure of what mattress to purchase and both times were a pleasant experience with Lana and then Matt helping us. They were both very knowledgeable about their products, listened to what we were looking for and helped us make our decision.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Lana is a huge asset to the company. Had no intentions of looking at a mattress, nor buying one. Walked into outdoor inc for something and as I walked out said that I would go into just look at beginning stages to replace my bed. Lanas extremely impressive knowledge of beds and mattresses along with her soft selling technique is what caused me to say lets wrap it up. She was on point with the follow-up leading to the delivery also. Delivery arrived 30 minutes prior to scheduled time and they were in and out with everything set up within 30 minutes. Very happy with purchase and would strongly recommend Lana to anyone I know looking for a new bed. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I stopped in to look at a replacement mattress. We had reviewed several options on line but did not intend to purchase today. After spending time with Lana and trying out several mattresses, we went ahead and made the purchase. Lana was extremely informed and knowledgeable. At no time did we feel we were being in a sales representative’s hard sale! We have no idea how the mattress will work out, but from a buying experience it was excellent!

My two experiences at Mattress Frim @ 5237 Poplar were both very positive experiences. On my first visit, Ms. Young, Sleep Expert, met me promptly and made me feel welcome from the time that I entered the premises. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products at Mattress Firm and allowed me plenty of time “to test” the sample mattresses to ensure that we made the right choice. I was pleased with the number of choices available. I returned a second time a few days later to utilize a $100 in-store coupon that I was given as a result of the original mattress purchase. On my second visit, Mr. McCormack, Sleep Expert, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I was again afforded the opportunity to “user test” the pillow that I wanted, and I applied said coupon to the purchase price of the pillow. So far, the pillow has proven to be a great product. I have high hopes that the mattress will be a great product as well. The new mattress is ordered and, like everything else in these pandemic times, may take a while to arrive at my home. Thanks for the great service at Mattress Firm. I look forward to making a follow-up evaluation of Mattress Firm after the mattress arrives. So far, I would rate your service (and one of your products, the Purecare Softcell Hybrid Pillow) a 10 out of 10.

Svetlana, the sales representative, was thorough (took the time to explain the different models and grades) forthcoming (was clear about which products may have a delivery delay due to COVID) and, overall, helpful. Grateful for the gracious customer service she extended.

Let’s just say I received the best customer here than I have at any store in Memphis! Trevor was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all of my questions genuinely and gave great advice on things I should know about choosing a mattress. He was patient and attentive throughout the whole process. I can be very indecisive so this made me comfortable. Lana, although she wasn’t personally assisting me at first, ended up helping both Trevor and I out and reminding us about a special sale that was going on. I walked away with an amazing deal! This store has a great group of people who help you find what works best for you. They dont pressure you to buy something you dont want, but instead help you understand all the options and allow you to make the best choice for your sleep. I recommend going through their Comfort by Color process. Its fast and easy and can really find you the best bed. The store was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly! Definitely check them out if you need a bed!

I dealt with Will who was very helpful. He found me a good deal on a floor model, and then took the time to call other stores to find me the color I wanted. Very nice, quick and efficient. Paid less than the one I was considering at Costco!

We went in to just look and it happened to be when they were having their big sale. Will, the store manager, was very helpful in helping us to find the bed we wanted. Te last bed he showed us was a TULO and it was a great deal. We went back in a couple of days later to make the purchase, and the whole process was so quick and easy. They really took care of us. Whenever the bed was delivered, the delivery guys were in and out in less than 10 min. great experience so far, just need to try the new bed out!

Excellent Service! I highly recommend Kia. Shopping for two beds, a daunting task, was managed beautifully by Kia (Markia) at the White Station store. She answered all our questions, worked with us to get what we wanted, and kept it all within our budget without compromising comfort. Days later, I had to alter the order a bit, and change the delivery date. Not a problem, Kia said, and handled everything over the phone. She is efficient, personable and fun.
