Didnt have a great selection,once was my favorite store.

Before of ANY beauty supply that dont provide prices over the phone.

Horrible, wouldn’t recommend coming here.. Prices are extremely high and unreasonable. Wig manager is rude, and the owners are rude as well & their attitudes are terrible. Unclean and unorganized. They treat their young workers like servants & give the new ones a hard time. Great customer service from some of the employees. You’d be better off spending your money somewhere else.

They had the crochet hair is was looking for but not the length. I purchased it and just cut the hair.

I went in today shopping for hair, looking behind the counter undecided at the different selections. The young Asian guy assisted me but came off with attitude when I was asking about the different selections. It wasnt until Miss Kim came that I received decent help. I wont return. When customer service improves, then maybe.

Jessica or jasmine was very helpful. Its my fault Im not sure of name but she was very helpful. I love when people are professional courtesy & helpful since I rarely see that anymore

Rude just rude not the workers Im sure those are the owners. Need to treat your customers better!

I have been patronizing this beauty supply store since they opened. The one time I go in there on Saturday, May 5, 2018 to purchase a certain half wig in #1 was not in stock. I’ve ALWAYS PURCHASED the same wig and this is the SAME wig the owner KIM, ALWAYS order for me. Anyway the young lady in the back suggested another wig similar to the one I really wanted. I told her I thought I already had that particular on at home in which I never wore because it was too big for my head,but I wasn’t sure. she stated if I did I can bring that one back. When I got home, I looked in my closet and saw it was the same one. I went back up there THE SAME DAY to exchange it for a 1B in the wig I normally get and was told if I wanted to wait until this week, they should have a #1 in the one I wanted.I return to the store today May 9, 2018 @ 7:47 pm to see if the #1 had come in so I could exchange it with the one I have purchased Saturday. But of course it did not come in. So I told the young lady that I will just exchange it for the 1B in the one I wanted. The young lady called the owner, Kim, over to do the exchange and she then proceeds to tell me she can’t exchange!!!! Mind you I was told I could exchange it by three associates at Nicole and the one I wanted was $8 cheaper in which I was willing to lose. Now I’m stuck with a wig I can’t wear!!! Complete BS!!!I will never patronize this store again!!! I’ve told several of my family and friends to shop here but now I am going to tell them do not patronize the store because they do not VALUE their LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!

I recently started going to Nicole beauty on Riverdale because of the convenience of the location. However, I will NEVER go back! The only reason I did not rate this store a one star because the ladies in the back working by the wig area are phenomenal. They provided me with EXCELLENT customer service while the store owners monitored the cameras. I chose to write a review because the beauty supply businesses really need to be held to a higher standard. I made a purchased and was DOUBLE CHARGED. One of the foreign workers working at the cash register explained that the card machine was not working online and that he would try to run my debit card as credit. He proceeded with the transaction, and I noticed he still had some difficulty so I offered to pay with cash. I paid with cash and left the store. After picking up my kids I just happened to check my account and noticed that the money was still DEDUCTED from my account. I asked Ms Kim why did the transaction still take my funds and she said it SHOULD go back to my account. I explained that since I paid with cash, I would like my cash back and you can continue with the credit transaction. LONG story short, the lady told me that if my funds were not back in my account in 3-5 days to call her, after she got off the phone with a foreign person that oversaw their credit card services. Indicating, that although HE TOLD ME the card machine was not working it in fact WAS working and that the transaction went through. BAD business!! I even showed the lady where the funds were deducted from my account and she did not offer to give my cash back. I highly suggest NOT using your card at MOST of these places (corner beauty supply stores) and making sure your purchase is EXACTLY what you want. On my receipt it says “NO CASH REFUNDS”.I think that should only apply to CERTAIN situations, NOT when you have double charged someone.

Too lazy to get up up and provide good customer service (or at least find someone who can.) Of all the people in the store no one was available to assist me. Unfortunately, that was my first (and only) time visiting that establishment. Maybe the next person will have a better experience than I did.

New to town, first place I went to, to buy hair to do my own sew in. I got talked into getting my hair crocheted. I get out of the chair loving the outcome. I go home to play with it and little and I notice the back of it isnt finished. I called and she said come in tomorrow and shell fix it.. She didnt. I wont even buy my hair from there any more.

Horrible owner follows black ppl around to see if you are stealing. Makes you feel uncomfortable even when you are only getting lash services. I wont be back I will just have to get my services done else where. If the owners had as much respect for their other clients maybe the store would be great. NEVER RETURNING

Best beauty supply in Memphis BY FAR. Huge store and the staff is extremely friendly. The service isnt full service but they do dry styles and eyelashes! Ask Ms. Kim if there is anything they dont have and she WILL get it for you. This place has every chemical you can think of!

I go here whenever I need something from a hair store. Its a well stocked store (which is the only reason for the star) but customer service is foul. No refunds, not even a store credit although you have your receipt for an unused item a few days after purchasing it. Speak clear English when they are in the midst of selling you something, then English gets hard to understand when they cant give you a reasonable explanation. Premium grade 100% human hair is cheap and lasts up to 2 months IF taken extremely good care of (deep condition, silk hair bonnet at night, minimum heat application).Even store products are unfathomably cheap quality. I wouldnt waste any money on these people. Youd be better off making the trip to Dollar General. :P
