The customer service was great!Although it was within an hour of closing, the young lady took time and helped me choose a foundation. She guided me on how to color match and taught me a few things about how to choose a great color depending on the season that we are in . Im excited to finally wear foundation again after 2 years, thanks to her!!!

If I could leave a negative review I would. I literally only return to this specific store due to the location. Literally each and every worker from the front door to the register is rude as hell, each and every time you enter this store. They were rude well before covid. Just nasty for no reason. There was one male employee who used to work there that was nice but of course he is no longer working here. I spend way too much money in here to be treated like some common thief. This store needs an overhaul because the only thing saving it is the location. I give this store a negative 5 on the customer service scale. These people literally act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop here...the audacity 🙄 never again
Bad experience, one of the workers jumped away from me when I took a sip of sprite through my mask in store, and then refused to help me any further. We spent over an hour trying to find our products afterwards

They had a door monitor for covid protocol (supposedly) and only let you In if you knew specifically what you wanted.. which was odd and inconvenient but i was able to get the the two items I was looking for.
Would like to give credit to the Wolfchase store associate Inga! She was very polite and professional and answered every question I had. On top of that, she helped me to apply for a Sephora credit card!! Sephora needs more associates like Inga 💯
Been a couple of times here i love their products especially the HUDA 2 in 1 eye liner and the Brazilian lotion. The girls that work there are awesome they really do help you out with all your needs.
Staff was very knowledgeable about their products and I was very satisfied with the service. I had questions about some products and they gave me a lot of advice as to what to do. Annette and Erica were very kind, 100% recommend!

Even as a former employee of Sephora... I still really enjoy Sephora.Only thing I didnt like was the signs about not using testers. Which i didnt see and had to be told... I get it. But, yes.. BUT... how about remove them if ya dont want us to touch em?I havent messed with a tester at Ulta for 8 months. Because they have them taped down and clear labels to NOT touch them. ;)
Sephora is sephora. This one is a bit smaller since its in the mall. All Sephoras are currently only allowing a few customers at a time due to covid-19. They have all the brands youd expect. Customer service was very helpful. Could not have been better!! My issue with sephora is the lack of sales. Youll always spend a lot, so it helps to know what you want. Its after Christmas, so I cant fault them for not having any Tan Luxe products. I got another less expensive brand. They do have Glow Recipe, which is hard to find. The best skin care brands is the reason I go. Store was pretty clean as well. So glad it wasnt crowded! I dont want Covid-19!!
Omg, their employees do not know about annnnnny products..Now I completely understand they dont know everything, but 90% of this store employees doesnt have a clue on what product to recommend nor do they know where things are..Basically, theyre human mannequins just standing in the store...Everyone needs to be acknowledgeable about something or at least recommendations.....Employees if youre not educated on something start small talk with the customers while checking out regarding the products theyre buying, ask them how do they like this, does your skin take good to this product, etc (take initiative about their skin type and what theyresaying about the product and possibly you can recommend to different customers).....Everyone skin is different so have a notepad and jot down certain things about some products customers buy..In addition, if youre not at the cash register, take some time to familiarize yourself with the store an where the different products are stationed in areas, in no time you will know it like the back of your hand jot down the sections ..Just educate yourself!
Wife loves this store. Dior mascara is her favorite thing for me to randomly get her as a make-up surprise. Staff is always helpful, and their make-up is always fabulous.
I went into this Sephora location and was totally mislead. The associate assured me if I had any issues with the matching of my make up I can return the make up for an exchange or refund. This process happened x2. When I went into the store to receive my refund, I was told they could only only give me store credit due to me returning the product twice. To sum up this story, I will never be shopping at Sephora again.

I’ve visited first time at this Sephora at the wolfchase mall. I was looking for skin care items I really was bit confused to buy what I want. The girl at the store her name is Jamie she is an awesome sweetheart. She helped me to choose which is good for my skin. The product was good. After I’ve used I visited again to buy few makeup products she helped me again. If anyone like me who need help and confused to buy what is good please look for this girl Jamie. I am sure if she wasn’t there that day I will never going to buy anything. She is an helpful warm welcoming person. This place do lots of business person like her.
I have been shopping at this location for years and years! I’m so tired of being followed around constantly at this store. As a regular, it is so rude to be hovered over as If I’m stealing! Why are you asking me fifty times if I need assistance after I’ve made myself clear I do not?!! One lady even told me not to touch something because it would look like I’m stealing! I will be taking my business to Ulta, where I’ve never had an issue! I will also tell my friends and family to make the switch as well!

Awful customer service and employees dont know their products....I dont work there and knew more about the products then any of them working there...Never have stuff out when its suppose to be...Its always come back next week. No thanks absolutely the worst Sephora Ive been to.👎👎👎👎👎

They were all the friendliest sales associates I have ever seen in a store. It was my first time in that specific Sephora. I was greeted when I walked in. And then asked right away by another if she could help me find anything. She helped me find a face mask. The cashier was very friendly and polite as well. Very good experience with that store. Too bad its not close where I live.
Ive never been here before, but I like to read reviews before I give my money to anyone. Based on the horrible reviews and dissatisfied customers, I will just find another store to shop at. Its sad that businesses hire people that dont care about making the business lose money. Looks like Sephora needs to fire and rehire new employees. But I guess as long as youre making money you dont care.

Amazing service! A lady named Megan helped me find two products that I ended up buying. One of the products that I bought was apparently brought in by a customer earlier in the day for a return because it was broken. Megan took the time to check my product for any defects. She was very helpful but not to the point where I felt bombarded.
Make up session was bomb! The young lady who assisted me was very educated on her products and did my make up to perfection. Only con is cosmetics are over priced.
Customer service experience was THEE WORST not even sure what the hype is about anymore. First time customer and almost 100% positive that I will NEVER return. Both ladies was DRY. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to help me and recommend products and the crazy thing is I actually went in with money to spend NO Limit!! Just needed the help and assistance to what I was looking for. Long story short. Left out with zero products and a sour taste in my mouth about this store. Cant believe ppl really shop here. Simply was a waste of my golden time tonight.
Went to go return a purchase I had made (Origins Moisturizer), didn’t have my receipt, and the rude old lady working register called a manager to do the return, and when i looked at the receipt afterwards, it wasn’t my card number that the money had been refunded to, so i brought it back up to the manager, and apparently since the return had already been done, i couldn’t get the money back in cash or on a gift card. If i knew i wasn’t going to get my money back, i would’ve just kept the moisturizer. So not only were the employees super rude, i didn’t get MY own money back OR the purchase i had previously made. I have never had a good experience at this Sephora. I won’t be back.

Im going to give them 5 stars based on my last two experiences with Errica and a short lady with locs (I dont know her name). I have went to Sephora and had the absolute worst experiences and some good ones so its a hit or miss type of thing with them. Which was almost happening before Erica helped me this time. Two girls saw me however neither took the time to ask if I needed help however Erica did as soon as she was finish with another customer and it was great! she recommended some great products as well as the other young lady from a previous time. So thanks for helping me Dolls!

I went to this location the other day....my experience was on both ends of the spectrum. When I first came in, nobody welcomed my sister and I. Then we head to the perfume section, which was I sole purpose of coming. I hadnt even sniffed a bottle perfume before Im swarmed by the same lady that works in perfume. I remember this woman from previous occasions because of her short haircut and tendency to hover over me while I try to shop. I mean, this woman literally did not leave the perfume section until I left...and when she had to leave, she made a comment to a young black coworker about how shes tired of people stealing...just loud enough for us to hear. The white woman with short haircut left the young black coworker to essentially watch us as she tended to whatever she had to. She watched my every move which made for an uneasy and offensive shopping environment. Then I got to the register and Annette checked us out. She somewhat made up for the ignorance of her coworkers. She was so pleasant and nice....and just a joy. But bottom line, they need to hire more knowledgeable and nicer staff in perfume...in fact, the white woman with the short hair doesnt even seem to know about fragrance or makeup by the looks...just being honest. Ultimately, if loss prevention is an issue, they need more covert ways of watching out instead of crowding my space like Im a criminal. I have no reason to steal....never have and never will...so that woman needs to stop the generalizing. Annette was so nice that I forgot to get her bigoted coworkers name...but next time I go in and that woman is there...if shes as ignorant as it seems...shell follow me around again then Im definitely talking to Sephoras corporate.

Went to buy Fenty last night; sales reprepwas inattentive, argumentative and down right rude and juvenile. Lacked all customer service skills. Management needs to give her more training fast before they loose another sale.
