My experience was okay and good. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic and smiling associate,yet I would like to see more than one or two smiling faces. I know the day is hard and long and not every customer is pleasant and appreciative of the work sales associates/representatives do; however, a genuine and sincere smile and cheerful attitude makes the day and a difference.

Customer service was great but the did have the items I needed in stock or just do not carry the Camila Rose collection. The rods and roller selection was limitedThe jazzing color selection limited. I just went to another store to purchase the items that I needed..

I went in to Beauty & Co To Purchase A Necklace Set For My Son Wedding . There Were One Guy and 3 Ladies behind The Counter. I asked if They Had Any More Necklace Sets Everyone Walked Off As If I Was Not There. I Would Never Try and ship there Again

That was my first time going and the only negative is the music that was blasting throughout the store that tended to be offensive to me but otherwise I was thoroughly pleased with such a wide selection and the store was nice and clean and the clerks were courteous. I highly recommend this place.

They had a good sale going this was my first time purchasing anything. They let you try on the wigs and dont charge you for cap. That was a plus. The ladies are nice and helpful. I will definitely visit this place again soon.

It was nice. They had a large selection of hair and beauty products. And so many wigs. I didnt really see anything I couldnt live without but next time Im in need of a new (temporary) hair style Ill definitely be paying them a visit.

Went here yesterday the store is nice however the staff is very rude workers went back and forth about checking me out so I ended up leaving without buying anything. If you’re gonna be at a register then check customers out this is for the young Hispanic girl and the African guy

I am a Master Barber and I went to this place to by some supplies and none of the people that work there didnt even no about anything I asked about..when I corrected a young lady that tried to charge me $40 for neck strips that cost $15 she got an attitude with me and Im the customer..I will never shop there again..I should have listened to my fellow barbers who told me not to shop there.

The store was NOT ORGANIZED for the sale. Hair in boxes on floor like at a flea market. No prices I ask an employee which hair was a 1.00 on the flyer staff totally clueless. I was told just pick out the hair and it will be priced at the register. I proceed to checkout after 45 minutes of shopping to leave the store with purchasing anything. I total waste of my time. Management should have done a better job. Im sure had Baha been there their would have been some organization or I would have been compensated.

Loved the sale, the lines where way long,but they ran 3 registers. They talked to us in line real friendly, and Uncle. Aka Unk made sure I had everything I needed and putted my name down to call so Wat they ran out of in when they get sum more in at the same sale price.

I come all the way from Frayser looking for a certain product and they had a suggestion list where you leave the name of the product, your name, number and they will contact you if they are able to get the product for you. Excellent Customer Service also... I PROMISE YALL

Alot of hype and not that much in there for basic hair care. Not a wide selection...geared towards weaves, lashes, and extensions...if you want to take care of your own hair you wont find much...the store was nice looking on the inside. But after walking all over the store, i didnt find anything i was looking for

I went here because of the sales I’ve seen online some employees are friendly some of seems to act as if their having a bad day. I went in around Christmas time to get braiding hair that was supposedly on sale because it was on Facebook for that date and I asked the girl while she rung me up and she told me no that sale is tomorrow. I went back online once I arrived at home and realized that date they have online is that date I went and got the hair. I called the store to speak to the owner and they said he was off the day so I spoke with another manager and he completely just told me no that sale is not today wasn’t trying to check Facebook out wasn’t trying to apologize or didn’t even allow me to get the hair sale that was put on Facebook by the company. I would probably never come back because of that incident. They are just like any other beauty supply rude as hell!
