I go for the Nova Lox, everytime.The staff take the time to engage you, if they arent overwhelmed by customers.

Food was good and my coffee was good. However, my girlfriend ordered an iced vanilla Latte. When they called us up to get our food and drinks, her latte looked like black coffee. She asked if that was what she ordered, and the barista dismissed her and refused to help her get what she ordered. She was sent to the counter where she could fix it herself. Which didnt help because she didnt receive the right drink in the first place.

Bagels were fresh and shmears were yummy. I ordered a dozen online for a work breakfast. They came in a box which was great but it said we would get plates and napkins included and there were none, which put me in a bind trying to scramble up something to serve them on.

First timer...experience was not pleasant. I will say they were short staffed and informed the guests. The frustration and short tempers, however, were very apparent. My order was lost and then prepared wrong. Not a good experience so Im debating if I will give it another try, probably not.

I’ve been here 3 times. 1st time, wrong order. 2nd time, burnt order. 3rd time, no order (had to ask for a refund after watching several people behind me receive their food). The staff was rude all 3 times. From my experience, they treat POC poorly.

Very good coffee and bagles. They can be stingy with the cream cheese. So check your bagle before you leave. I always have to ask for extra cream cheese. Their latest breakfast sandwich is also very good.

Exceptional egg sandwiches, a large variety of bagels and good coffee! New item: Eggel (egg whites with red peppers and mushrooms) shaped like a bagel. The Caribou coffee is supreme and always deliciously hot!

We really enjoy their breakfast items. The service has always been excellent. I also wish that we could use the app for this location. The only absolute reason I dont give them 5 stars is, I feel that; at least for me they are expensive. Almost $7.00 for a delicious breakfast sandwich.

Crispy Chicken Tater Breakfast was really good. They ran out of the cheesy tater bagel but it was really good with the plain one. The cinnamon bagel was really good. Not a bagel person but their bagels are super sogt

Love this place, except for the coffee but then coffee is so much of an individual thing.What I really don’t like is that Einstein’s has become a drive-thru only place. I think they have decided this is easier than serving customers dine-in. Oh well, it is what it is and I will return to dine on my favorite bagel if, and when, dine-in is resumed.

Staff is doing all they can. Safe environment, too. Just no napkins or any cream options for coffee. Average experience I suppose. Thank you to the staff.

Food can be great but is not always—sometimes burnt, sometimes inadequately topped—but the service is almost always terrible! The last straw for me was on a busy day I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese that was so hot it actually dropped off the bagel like soup made of cream cheese! When I complained, the staff said it was the bagel being toasted that caused that. NOT! A little toasting never melted stiff, cold cream cheese! I told them that it was because they were busy and left the cream cheese sitting out while they were using it (understandable but I still want mine cold, thanks). After that I started getting the cream cheese on the side and that seemed to solve the problem. Then they wanted to start charging me an extra $1.59 for a second 1oz cream cheese, making one bagel over $5. I told the manager, Kent, about the runny cream cheese experience and he basically called me a liar, insisting that they always stick the cream cheese in the refrigerator after use and that the toasting melted it. Now I go elsewhere for my bagels. Whatever the deal is, I don’t like being told I didn’t have the experience I just reported.

This was my first time having their food and I must say that I was impressed. They have a huge variety of food items to choose from so that was great. I ordered for a group of six and everyone loved it, which is a big deal since they are very picky eaters.The bagels and croissants were fresh and soft. My order was ready when I arrived so I was in and out with no time wasted before work. No complaints here. I will definitely visit them again.

Great bagels, sandwiches and more. Prices not bad either. Service was fast and friendly, and there was plenty of seating. This is one of our favorites to visit for breakfast on the weekends. Everyone can find something they like from the menu selection. Decent parking is available.

I live in Bartlett and was a frequent guest at the Bartlett location.Whenever I need to be on the Poplar side of Memphis, I always go by Einstein’s.David always remembers my exact order whether it has been 3 months or 6 months since he has seen me. I LOVE Einstein Bagels and thank you David😀.

Craving nova lox, I drove 40 minutes to the closest place - Einstein Bagels. What I got was the smallest portion of salmon ever. Ppl were friendly but I won’t be going back to this location or recommending it. Too bad because the store seemed like a nice place.

This is a great place to have lunch brunch or breakfast. Theres a wide selection of gourmet Bagels freshly-baked at the store. And theres limited time only Bagels as well. The ingredients refresh the bagels were crispy on the outside but soft and chewy in the middle. Also they have a great rewards program that you can join for free. If youre a coffee drinker they have of array different flavors can also tea.

I come here after school almost every day and the service is fantastic. The prices arent too high and the workers are really nice. The bagels are all really tasteful and wonderful as a quick snack.

I usually, when thinking of bagels, have fleeting and unpleasant thots of hockey pucks and clay pigeons. Not so with the Einstein Brothers. To be honest, I dont know the Brothers, relativity speaking. But I know their bagels. I had one with eggs, cheese, and bacon. It was hot, tender, and very tasty. I felt badly that there wasnt a Big Bell by the door so that I could pound on it... and annoy those who chose to eat their breakfast here. Their coffee is quite good, too, although I didnt get any, because I had a large cup of home brew in my car.

Mothers Day treat with the family. I love a good spinach florentine bagel, and they did not disappoint. Had to bus our own table, because large family ahead of us decided to leave their mess behind (it is bus your own). No matter, we made the most of it and had fun!

Einsteins is a frequent morning stop for me to meet up with friends before heading to work. The food is good, the service has improved over the past few years and since has not been an issue for me. Free refills on coffee for dine in customers!

Good, but they fold in a rush. You cant come by for lunch if you only have 30 minutes. Have been waiting 22 minutes for a sandwich. There only seemed to be a handful of people in front of me, but there were at least five sitting down waiting. Five people on line and they can only pump out one sandwich about every five minutes.

I dont know if it was 3 minutes, 5 minutes or more, but I was the only one at the cash register this morning with noone to greet me or take my order. Ill be right with you would have been nice from either of the 2 people preparing orders, but there was no apparent assistance on the horizon, so I left and I wont be back. Thank you for the waste of time.

Nico is a God amongst all the bagel makers in the universe. At least the top 5. And Angel clearly cares about all of her customers. The spinach bagels are fantastic, and the snickerdoodle cookies literally changed my life. Definitely coming back.

My order was dropped on the floor. But, hey, when it was remade it was ok. Great coffee; Caribou Coffee. Extremely overpriced but good food is worth it. Still... IT IS PRICEY.

Great bagels & sandwiches & coffee. Staff is hit or miss -- some shifts are friendly & other times they are aloof or on their phones. They are always out of something we order - today it was chocolate chip bagels, and many times theyre out of bagel dogs. Once we ordered a Nutella banana bagel topper. They were out of bananas, wouldnt give anything else in its place, and wouldnt take any off the price. But we keep coming back because we like the bagels & sandwiches.

Excellent service! They had my catering order ready and waiting for me when I arrived at 6:15, exactly as promised. Had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. David was a rockstar! Will do carryout catering business with them again soon!

The bagel and coffee was on point. The young lady on the register was nice. The other lady was rude. She made a statement in front of me saying let them know they have to pay for butter or jelly. If thats what I want I dont mind paying for what I want. I never thought in a million years you would have to pay for butter and jelly. She could not work in my establishment unless she was trained on how to treat my guest or customer. Go figure

Great place to come for coffee and bagels/Bagel sandwiches. Coffee quality is like Starbucks, but you get free refills. The store is a cool place to hang out too, plenty of seating and nice foyer. They have free WiFi, perfect for studying or getting work done.

This place has the best vanilla hazelnut coffee in the bag that you can buy !!!! It has an excellent taste . My two brothers buy 3 bags at a time. I just get 2 because I live in Memphis. Try it !!!

Pretty bad experience. Waited in line for 15 minutes while they took phone orders for catering only to be told that all the new bagels they had baked were for catering only. So they werent making any more bagels for customers in the store. So dont bother showing up to the store. Wont be back after this experience and i suggest everyone stay away if you are hoping for actual in store service. Just call.

The food is consistent, but consistently wrong. Ive been here 4 times in 2 weeks and 3 of those times my order was wrong. the service is awful and if there are more than 4 customers the line becomes a free for all. No organization or leadership at this place. They need to train their employees.

I took my mom here for breakfast when she came in from out of town. Not only did we dine in but had a pretty complicated take-out order as well. The staff was awesome, on-point and very accurate with our order the first time through. I was pretty impressed.

I seriously love this place and I drove over 30 minutes from Hernando, MS at least once a week to get bagels. The ham,egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel is awesome. Then on Mondays for the Bakers Dozen. Wife and I love the cinnamon and sugar bagel. I have yet to try the French toast bagel though. I love just hanging out in the vestibule “covered porch” with the doors wide open, it’s a change from having to sit inside and still no getting wet if it rains. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, as we all have bad days and one persons single bad experience is not worth missing out on some seriously amazing bagels. Wish they would open one in Southaven, MS.

I wanted the French toast sandwich - the girl told me they were out of the French toast bagel, then proceeded to just stare at me blankly instead of suggesting an alternative to put the sandwich on.After I ordered the farm house sandwich instead (again due to the blank stare) and when I got home it didnt have the bacon on it.So they cant fulfill my first order or offer an alternative, then they mess up your order anyways.Hate this place, probably wont be going back.
