I took my car in to have the front struts replaced. These guys were laid back but still incredibly knowledgable. I feel that they went above and beyond to help me out. Id recommend this place to anyone. It feels like a well kept secret.

Was needing a oil change. Firestone wouldn’t even look at my car because they heard a “knocking” in my engine. They recommended I bring it to a engine shop ASAP. Stopped by Memphis auto to see if they could help. Gentlemen there told me he doesn’t normally work on subarus (they’re a different animal) but was happy to take a look. I was really low on oil…it’s an older car with high mileage. Not only did he top off my oil, he talked me through the issue and what to look out for for future reference.Wonderful and honest. Customer service at its best. Can not recommend more.

Strongly recommend...functional & good quality service! Got me back on road in about 1hr when A/C went out while I was passing thru TN (moving family across country for military) in 95-100 degree summer temp. Even though service queue was full, Robbie personally helped me on the spot. Diagnosed & repaired me enough to continue road trip; and also educated me so I could better troubleshoot future issues myself. The shops Google reviews were the main reason I called ahead and came thru, and Im sure glad I did (thanks!).

These guys are the best! I had done some work on my car after it broke down on me. I had to replace my fuel pump but after doing so we couldnt figure out why it wouldnt crank. I took it to Bobby and come to find out it was as simple as a sensor not being plugged back up. They double checked it by letting it sit overnight to make sure it would crank again on the next day. It did and Mr Bobby called me and told me to come get my car and he charged me absolutely nothing. Ill always use Memphis Auto Repair because they are honest and very reasonable on price they could have charged me at least a little something but they didnt. Thanks again!

I have used these guys probably 7-10 times. Always good work and fair prices. I once had them diagnose a starting issue I had and they went to Autozone and exchanged my battery for a new one since it was under warranty. They didnt charge me anything.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Brian is a thief and a liar said he replaced high pressure oil pump but didnt two weeks later had same problem took to another mechanic and was told pump was never replaced. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Ive been patronizing MARS for over 15 years. Last week I took my Dodge Ram 2500 to Memphis Auto Repair Service to get some maintenance work done. Plugs, wires, shocks, oil change etc. Brian and the staff took really good care of my truck. Got me in and out in less than 24 hours. Real satisfied with the work that was done and the price was reasonable. Now my truck doesnt have that death wobble when I hit one of many thousand of pot holes thru-out the Memphis area as well as my truck has a little more get up and go. Highly recommended. We took our van there and they were upfront and honest about what was wrong with and what they suggested needed to be done. We took a truck there as well. They worked with us on price and were very fair and professional.

I took my car in for spark plug & coil issues toward the end of the day. They had it repaired by early that next morning. The guys up there were really nice and helpful. The work was done for a decent price.
