Great customer service. Everyone I talk to at this Goodyear is very personable, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. They’ve never tried to sell me something I don’t need, or add on extra fees just to check things out. I always feel like they go the extra mile to make sure my car’s taken care of.Generally service is very quick, and I’m usually surprised by how fast I receive a call saying my car’s ready.

I had an appointment on Saturday September 4, 2021 at 12:00 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got to the counter I was told I would not be able to be serviced that day because they were too busy. I was also told that I was called to reschedule but I didn’t answer. (I checked my call log and had no missed calls from anyone let alone Goodyear.)Fortunately I was able to get my oil changed same day at Valvoline but I’ve spent the rest of my time unable to get my tires rotated because everyone has been too busy or needed me to leave my car which I am unable to do because it is my only means of transportation.I am about to go out of town and do not feel comfortable doing so without my tires being rotated, but that is now my reality because Goodyear did not honor my appointment time.This is the second time Goodyear has disappointed me. I received an oil change in March before going on a trip and realized my oil was leaking. They had given me a bad filter but because there was no Goodyear where I was I had to get it fixed somewhere else.I am a school teacher who gets off at 4 PM Monday - Friday. Saturdays are my only days to take care of maintenances such as the ones I was trying to receive. It was truly inconsiderate of Goodyear to have such a disregard of my time.I know moving forward I will purchase my tires and complete my maintenance services elsewhere.

Over the years Ive had work done on a few vehicles...this place has ALWAYS performed a great job for me. So...if its a set of tires, a oil change, a tune-up or anything automotive at a great price...this is a great store to visit!

Stopped here several years ago on my way from Pennsylvania to California. I had 6 dura trac tires put on my F-450 I was completely satisfied with the tires. I went on my way but when the guy jumped into the truck I had to stop him because he didn’t put the arms on the lift down. Then I watched another car they backed out and ripped the plastic shield off because they didn’t put the arms down. I made it to California and washed my truck to find they damaged my rear rims in the tire machine. I made several attempts to have these guys fix what they did and only got the run around. I have plenty of photos I just wish i could figure out how to move them to be seen

This is a great place. The service they gave me was above and beyond normal. They found that my problem was not a tire issue but a wheel rim (crack) problem. They then connected me to a shop that repairs wheel rims. They handed me the rim and I arranged to get it to the repair shop. Upon returning, my car was still on the Goodyear lift. They remounted the tire and I was all set to go!After all that, you know what they charged me? $0.00. They didnt do this cause they hoped to sell me a tire next time. I live 500 miles away. You cant get better service than that. Thank you Goodyear!

I wish I could give these men a million stars. I have never felt so welcomed in any place that is going to take my money lol. I will continue to give them business. They broke my service down. They were packed and still let me come in early ( had an appointment at 4pm). They called me and welcomed me to come early. Barely was in there an hour. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Unfortunately, their customer service swings drastically depending on the day apparently. We began our journey with Goodyear because my wife ran over a nail and the shop is only down the street from our home. I made a appointment online and was pleasantly surprised to find the tire repair was free. We dropped the car off and also went ahead and made an appointment for her to have an oil change Mon 4/26 because we are so impressed we had planned to make this our regular shop. Then the trouble began. I made a second oil change appointment, again online, for my vehicle for the same Monday after my wife’s appointment and figured we would go have dinner during this time since the service time was 3 HOURS. I screenshot the confirmation and went about my weekend. Monday comes and my wife takes her car in, no problem. I get to Goodyear an hour or so later, see her car up in the air, and walk into the service center to get checked in. It’s a different young man for me (Preston or Presley ?) and I tell him I’m a little early for my appointment but would like to go ahead and check in. He proceeds to try and tell me off for actually being late which I’m am shocked with because you would think this professional would know that the car he is accusing of being late is already being worked on 🙄 Anyway I explain the earlier appointment was my wife’s (across the room) and I am there for my 4 o’clock. He says he doesn’t have it so I show the confirmation page. He looks at it twice and at his computer and all he could say was 🤷‍♀️ “That’s weird, didn’t come through.” The whole interaction with him was rather rude and as if he didn’t care if I was a customer or not. It was very irritating that this fumble was on their end and the best this man could come up with was “that’s weird” and a half baked attempt to “try to get me in tomorrow.” He even had the nerve to come back over to me and my wife and try to sell her some additional services. I think not. Very disappointed to have to try another shop after finding what we thought was going to be a good fit 😒

Manager is careless. Had a blade in our tire and went to get some help. We arrived 15 mins before closing and he said he didnt want to stay passed 5 to help us. I understand not wanting to stay after, but we offered more money for his service. Didnt care whatsoever about anyone but himself. Very arrogant and rude. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend

I only needed my tires checked for air but that your man was fantastic. It was very cold and he did it with a smile. The office personnel was great also. I dont live here but if I came back and need repairs I would stop there. The all around service was an A+++..

I would highly recommend the store at 1200 Union Ave in Memphis. I needed an oil change for my Mini Cooper, ran into a small problem, but the manager, Dave, went above and beyond to help me. Honest and great work!!!

DO NOT GO HEAR !!I was new in town and tried to find a new place to take my cars. Long story short people told me not to go here but I did anyway & they messed up my 2010 Cadillac. My starter was going out, paid them $600-$500 dollars for them to fix it. But did everything but fix it. They put a bad starter on at first. Went back for them to give me a new one. And it was the wrong starter, which fired my car battery ground wire. Had to get my car towed to BUD DAVIS CADILLAC. Where they told me, this places messes up on cars all the time & that they get a lot of business from Goodyear & Firestone. I talked to the manager David and he just completely down played the situation. My bill at BUD DAVIS is $1000. & Goodyear needs to pay for it !!!

They were very honest and didn’t add on any extra services or charges. Great job!

I want to start off by saying I made multiple calls and did research before I decided to call this tire shop. I was in the market for 4 Goodyear tires that are high priced. I called the Goodyear on Union last. And Brian answered on the first ring with a welcoming manner. I told him the tires I selected. Brian did have them in stock and offered same day availability with a quoted price. Now a Mississippi tire shop had it cheaper with taxes but Brian was price match the Goodyear online price. Plus his good spirit made me optimistic. I came in Saturday morning on a rainy day and I was in-n-out within an hour and half. I was pleased to see someone who love their job and craft with great customer service. I recommend all to call and ask for Brian. He will win you over.

Ive caught them being honest. Who can really say that about most auto shops? Great customer service and reasonable prices, too. This place is nearly 10 miles from my house, and there are probably 20 service centers between my house and them, but this is where I go because I know theyre honest, reasonable and just plain good people.

BRIAN was amazing!!!! I was headed to New Mexico and hit something in the road and it damaged my tire. He went above and beyond to help me and had me back on the road within an hour. Awesome customer service!!!!

Always nice and always take good care of me for what is done on the vehicles.They also have unlimited alignment specials which are worth checking into if you have an older vehicle. Much cheaper than new tires.

Showed up with my new car, asking for road hazard and an alignment. The mechanic showed me the dealer should still be responsible instead of just taking my money. Didnt have any work done so I cant review the quality of the work, but the manager was up front, honest that he couldnt help,, personable, AND had INTEGRITY. Again, no data on mechanical work, but management is top notch

Customer service is good but they take a long time. Good for everything else I’m sure but don’t go for an oil change. I dropped my car off at open then went to work. I got back at close to closing and it still wasn’t done. It always takes at least two hours there. They also forgot to update my sticker from last time.

Dont get comfortable sitting in their chairs because they will be done with your car very fast. great job fellows

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced. They did not put on one valve stem cover. So I have no valve stem covers. They also could not get the tire pressure right. Not a single tire matched pressure with another tire. I cannot believe something so simple got messed up this badly terrible service. Would not use again.

If I could rate this location a negative star I would! I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this one needed to said. Being a woman I automatically panic when I have vehicle issues. I hit a pot hole and my tire started to go flat. I work across the street from this location and had to ride on my rim to get here. Before I came I called and was told to patch my tire would be $19.95, ok being a long way from my usual tire shop, I agreed. However, when I pulled up I was quoted $169 for a new tire, which I expressed I did not have that kinda money on me at the time. Clearly seeing I was in distress, he showed NOOOO empathy. He said well if I take all the extra fees off it will be $108(mind you, what fees?) Ok, after I told him I did not have 108 either and could I just get it patched. He said it was not safe to patch it. I understood that and told him I would take my chances. He stood inside where I could visibly see him and another employee discussing the situation/me shaking their heads and looking at me like I was remedial. The other employee came out put air in the tire and sent me on. My whole thing with this is if either of their mothers, daughters, sisters, etc. had drove up with their car in this condition without money to purchase a tire, would they have been shown the same nonchalant service I received?!!You may not remember all the words a person say to you, but you always remember how they made you feel. And the feeling I left there with on a dark cold night was one no customer should feel. Thank God I made it to Discount Tire where I was only charged $11.85! and even though Discount was about to close they treated me like the store had just opened. I definitely Do Not recommend this place!!

I have been bringing my car here for about 5 years. I live near by and usually drop my car off for service. They are busy and sometimes it takes longer than you would think. I call first and plan my schedule around it. With that being said, they always do a good job, and they are nice to me. When I picked up my car today, they had washed my car and replaced a tire at no charge, in addition to the scheduled work.

They charged $60 to do a suspension check. Before you get service, make sure you call them and ask how much they charge for an estimate. Dont do what i did. I wanted new tires but so much went wrong on my suspension check. Goodyear did not always rip me off but the one in Memphis, TN did. They are dirt bags. They are out of my life forever for $60.

I went there someday on May 2019 and received an outstanding service. Fast installation and reasonable price for quality tires.

I used a $25 off $50 service coupon on their advertised price. I was told that I could not use this coupon, even though the coupon quotes valid on advertised price. I also checked the oil level and it was too high. The manager tried to tell me that it was supposed to be above the high mark. Took 2 hours for a oil change when they called me to bring my car in early.I am not complaining with the oil change and the tire rotation, just the poor service.

Bought tires here under the 6 year prorated warranty as mine had trouble holding air. They honored the warranty (sears would insist it was 4 years, goodyears website clearly says 6), so I was able to get about half off since I only used half the tread. That being said, still walked out with a 475$ even though half off tires. Charges higher than some places around for the mounting and balancing. Ended up leaving the car and coming back the next day. They did check the alignment for me before I left, so that was nice.Overall good customer service, as others have said wait not the best. if you drop off your car in the morning they have a shuttle.

HORRIBLE. Stay away at all cost. If you must use them, document every inch of your cars condition before you leave it.I had a good experience a month ago, so we decided to take a second car. Huge mistake. In the 72 hours they had it, they managed to make a 5 or 6 inch long, pretty deep dent on the back trunk. My boyfriend immediately pointed it out, to which the guy adamently insisted it was already there. Later, my boyfriend called to talk to the manager. The guy from earlier answered and claimed to be the manager. His attitude was very unprofessional and insinuated my boyfriend was a liar, and that an old car is bound to have damage and was probably unnoticed (as if it was an excuse to handle cars negligently). I would not trust this shop with my car again, which sucks because I get free rotating and balancing. Why would I lie to get a $80 repair job and lose the closest store to me to redeem my warranty? Of course they throw around the were not legally liable spiel, but the unwilligness to even check the cameras (they claimed they had no cameras) or try to keep our business was very offputting. He didnt care at all about trying to remedy the situation.I will try my luck with the corporate office and share my experience so less people end up with damaged cars during a routine oil change. I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this was warranted when a shop is conducting their business so hapharzadly.

They are very rude and lazy. Wouldnt fix my tire 3 lugnuts fell off they told me to leave my truck over night. And they may fix it tomorrow. They wouldnt let us use a 4 way. So we could tight the 2 lugnuts

Really disappointed with their service. After purchasing a set of tires, my TPMS light stayed on. After checking the code, it indicated a malfunction. I returned to Goodyear for repair and they wanted to charge me $90 to replace it. I stated it worked prior to them putting on the new tires and charging me for new a TPMS kit. All they could offer was for me to keep driving for a week or so and maybe it will turn off. After spending almost $700 for tires, I am disappointed they would not stand behind their service over a $30 part. The TPMS sensor is inside the tire, so there is no way I could have messed it up. This had to have happened during the tire change and they refuse to support their work.
