Went to get two regulators put on two front windows. Price for labor was suppose to be $180 for both not including parts. I brought parts myself from Auto Zone which ran me $166 for both. What was suppose to be a 30 minute job turnt into an over a 2 hour job for 1 window. I was suppose to get two done but he said the glue that keeps the window in place was worn out.So what was suppose to be a $90 job for one window turnt into a ($184) job for (1 window). He didn’t have the window welder glue for the job which to me was odd considering he specializes and glass/windows. So his employee had to go get it from the store. Long story short I was charged an extra $90 bucks for 7-10 minute job. An oh my tint was scratched up along with other damages and he was running my car with AC on. Very shady man. Don’t make the mistake I made pay a tadbit extra and go to Jack Morris or Starlite Auto Glass. (Update): Window was not fixed correctly I still can’t use my window. He was suppose to fix it but didn’t. Waited on a call from them all day yesterday went by I spoke with MJ dad he guaranteed it would be fixed and that MJ wasn’t there yet and they would call. Around 6:30pm 6/23 I was in the area and decided to ride by his shop and just as I thought MJ was standing outside with a bunch of others but couldn’t call and reach out to me concerning my issue. They’re very unprofessional and beat people out of money.

Took my car there for a free estimate they said theyre going to save me my deductible I said if you have to cut any Corners I dont want you to Ill take it to the dealer and pay the $500 sure no problem MJ Junior says went met with him saw they were not equipped to fix my car to my satisfaction told him I didnt want to use them they immediately made up work that they did not do and they wanted me to have my insurance company pay them up front for they even would get started but when I said I dont want to use them all of a sudden they had got started they bought a door for it everything theyre nothing but Crooks I have pictures showing they didnt touch my car then when I show up to get it with the police and another tow truck after theyre making me pay them $350 to get the car they got rush in and take my door off so theyre nothing but Crooks they also walked across my hood causing more damage

I don’t think they care about the business, when you call they answer the phone like you personally called them so I’m not sure what’s going on with that but 3 times I tried calling to get a quote I was told to hold on and phone got hung up. The last two times was on the same day and I called back to let them know I’m still waiting on a callback. He said hold on and then phone hung up . If it’s that much issue just to get a price quote I can only imagine how unprofessional they are when it comes to repairs, don’t recommend, plenty of other shops that don’t hang up on you for no reason

They cheated with everything, I bought a car from them and the owner told me its 2012 then when I signed up I was shocked its 2011 why hes lying to the ppl, for much more money 💰 😒! Never buying a car from them, they took many months to fix it. They are not professional enough at all.

WARNING!!!! Do not DARE TO GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM. BE CAREFUL !!! They STOLE my car, I am going to process legally from now. My car had a transmission issue and gave it to them, they ask you get transfer money through cash app and not through your bank. They took my car 3 months back and they never answer calls nor respond. I had no other option so visited the place and saw my car in a very bad conditions with few other dents which were not there when I gave my car to them. I have even called them a minutes back posting this, as usually they did not answer the call. I WARN DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM. I have spent hundreds on dollars on my transportation ( uber and lyft ) from the day I gave my car to them, they are merciless human beings, showing no concern towards their customers.Proceeding legally is the only option I have now.

NEVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THEM, you guys have to beg to get your car back, I DID NOT GET MY CAR YET, I might have to proceed legally. He will not return your car, nor get your work done but ask for payment before they start the work. I have been cheated guys, do not do the same mistake.

Great place to get your car repaired!

Unprofessional service. Had bumper work done and its already coming apart in less a month. Car was not serviced in a timely manner, which was promised. Wrong hubcap was ordered And not even put on car or was I even reimbursed. Mechanic was late everyday. Staff lied and played games about my car being ready for a week. Further damage was done to my car in the process of it bring fixed. Im so hurt about being beat out of money. I will never go back, not even to fix the mistakes!

They never answer my calls and don’t get back to me on time. I gave my car approx 3.5 months earlier for repair and it has not been solved yet
