Very knowledgeable parts department. Much more affordable than buying from a dealer. If they don’t have the part you need they will help find it for you. Their fuel shop has serviced half a dozen injection pumps for me and the service has been top notch.

This company will not honor warranty on products and will insist that the customer buy another part. They want you to send the old part back, which was under warranty and then they will let you know if they think if it was defective, after you have paid for parts and labor twice. I would steer clear of this company by all means necessary.

Good place to get diesel fuel injection products! They have a full service mechanic shop there as well.

They got no sense of urgency!!!I had my truck towed to Mid-South Diesel Services after talking to the master mechanic and being promised to have my truck worked on ASAP, if I could get it to them the same day by the afternoon or by the morning of the next business day, after towing the truck I talked to the gentleman on the front desk and was told that they would not be able to work on the truck that morning because their master mechanic was out for a doctor appointment, but that he would look at my truck that afternoon. I called that afternoon and was told that they could not get to my truck because they had to much work and that they would try again in the morning. I called again the next day and was told that they would get to it sometime that afternoon ( this is day two) I explained that i needed my truck to work and that I needed to know if they didnt have the time or personel so I could take it somewhere else, I was assured that they would look at my vehicle that afternoon. I dropped by the shop that afternoon and was told that the Master mechanic had to leave early for another doctor appointment and that nobody else in the shop knew how to use the scan machine or knew how to troubleshoot my truck. I asked for a time-frame of when they thought they could look at my truck and was told that maybe sometime the next day, but that they couldnt assure me anything.So in short: 1-they got no sense of urgency,2- they cant keep their promises and3- they wont make themselves responsible for the timely repairs to your diesel vehicle.I had my truck towed to the ford dealership down the road and got an estimate for the repairs in 3 hours, and my truck fixed the next day.Im sure the master mechanic is experienced and knows what he is doing but not him nor the management of this place can keep their proises or manage your vehicle repairs in a timely manner.
