Brought new battery here it last one year when I brought it back battery sales said that nothing was wrong with it took it two different places had it tested it was bad battery sales did not honor there Warranty

I would never ever go ccome or recommend anyone to get nothing from here first. I bought the battery from these people they look up warranty ask for my name to see if i had a warranty then told me rhat it takes a whole day to change a battery first how come you didnt see bought the warranty or see if i needed a. Loaner battery the customer is first. But not here they taken and ballin home dont come here nobody

One of the cheapest places in town for a car battery. Clean shop. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Got a 1 yr free replacement and 60 months prorated warranty. Way better then all the big retailers I called. Will def do business again.

Took a GC2 Golf Cart battery in today for a possible warranty issue. The tech working the counter has been there for years from my previous visits. The golf cart is used daily in my job as a warehouse maintenance person.and just died suddenly. Tried charging all 6 batteries as normal. Would not charge or come up to a level to run the cart. Separated the batteries out and charged individually. Five batteries charged up fully and held a load as good as a new battery. The sixth battery (the one I took to the store) would only charge to a little over 4 volts. Would die instantly under a load test. Classic sign of a shorted cell. The tech had a light that he used and said it wasnt charged. I agree because it wont charge. His implication was that it was my error and just blew me off. I have been a licensed aircraft mechanic for 40 + years and currently manage 90 + fork lift batteries. I have run AutoZone stores with outstanding customer reviews, and yes we sold a lot of batteries. I did buy a replacement battery because I was on company time and in a hurry. Will not be back!! Only reason I gave a 2 star is that the price was very competitive and the other 5 batteries have held up well. Otherwise a 1 star.The owner replied back that the GC2 was not their brand. The GC2 is the group size of the battery. The brand battery I took in is the same brand battery that I bought. I can take a photo of a 6 batteries installed. The newer battery has a more red label than the orange of the other 5 batteries.

I bought two batteries from BS&S (one for a Chrysler van and one for a Volvo wagon). Within a year, both batteries became completely dead and unusable/unjumpable. In fact, both batteries died within two weeks of each other...in the middle of summer (not in winter, when you need extra amperage to start the car). My Volvo battery, which was rated at a higher amperage than OEM, went from being perfectly fine, one day, to a paper weight, the next...suddenly...without ANY warning. Bottom line: I would end up spending more on these refurbished and like new batteries, over the course of 5 years, than I would biting the bullet and buying from a reputable dealer. Go to Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. Heck, even a Wal-Mart battery outperforms BS&Ss batteries. Ill never set foot in that place again.

I will never buy another battery from battery sale & service on Knight Arnold. This the 3rd battery in a year. Every time you go back you have to pay but they tell you its under warranty. That is a new alternator so dont give me that
