I had an item that needed to be picked up due to a move. The original store I leased from had no available drivers. Cliff from this location came out and retrieved the item in a timely manner.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY TO DISTRICT MANAGER. Infested with roaches, EVERYTHING I BOUGHT WAS USED AND INFESTED. I was denied pest control and yelled at by the district manager who accused my house of already being invested. I wouldnt recommend you get anything out of this store unless it will be used OUTSIDE on a farm. I was delivered a broken stove and a FILTHY refrigerator, waited a week before they brought another one. The living room reclining furniture was invested with roaches of ALL sizes, I had to leave this in my house overnight and it caused a MESS

I will never get anything from here again and i been making all my payments and whenever they call i communicate with them ....i told them 4 times to take my credit off file....4xs!!!! i had made different payment with 3 different cards before and they ran all three after the fact i told them i was either tied up work fyi i been a customer for a year now no way to treat loyal customer!! But which most of time i am because i work every weekend because my job requirements!! But im always making my payments!!!! but anyways they drafted my account 4xs for four different amounts !!! Terrible place poor management very disappointed dissatisfied point blank ...i told that lady twice today to why havent someone needs to investigate this place!!!! I believe someone is keeping up with folks credit cards unauthorized transactions!!!
