8/23/2021 I am just following up my review from below. United Rentals reached out to me to discuss the issues I had and wanted to know the details of my concerns. Jeff was great with following up with me and issued me a credit for my rental. I will defiantly be giving United Rentals my business again. Thank you Jeff for your quick response to my concerns.Well it started with the rude service over the phone with one of the sales reps. The equipment arrived on time, but the brakes where stuck on. The delivery person called in for a service request. Later that day I received a message stating that the contacts where bad and just go ahead and use it. This was not good considering I was unloading and installing a $50,000.00 Medical Vacuum pump. I paid top dollar for equipment that was not working properly.

Nathaniel was very courteous, they did not have the exact equipment that I was requesting, however, Nathaniel was able to recommend another piece of equipment that worked as well as the original request. I will recommend this location specifically for anyone needing their services.

Dealing with Anthony is always easy, he is always forthcoming with information, quick to respond, and helpful to answers to any of my questions. If I ever need to rent equipment in the future I will be calling Anthony.

They worked to get equipment to me on Christmas eve. They located the equipment in Orlando and had it delivered to me in Melbourne. Awesome

Everything was easy. Called made the reservation and the lift was delivered.

Service from start to finish was top notch

Customer service is terrible. Rented a lift from them for GolfCarts Unlimited, which is right across the street, literally 500 yards, from them. They would not discount delivery at all. $225 for 500 yards. When we got the lift it was only 1/4 charged even though they said it would be fully charged. The lift did not work properly. We were paying electricians by the hour to work on our lights 20 feet up in the air. The lift would not move when it was up in the air even though it was supposed to. They would have to lower it all the way back down to move it and then go back up. It took 2 hours longer than it should have, which we had to pay extra for. When we talked with United Rental about it they said you completed the job so we are not going to discount it. We will not be rewarding customer service like that with our business anymore.

At 6:45 AM on 4/19/19, your work vehicle rode my tailgate and several other people. Is it proper business ethics to drive people off the road? Intimidate other drivers? Maybe next time, dont do it while driving a work vehicle. Not to mention the speed you were driving. I have a picture of the license plate, it ends in A50.

DO NOT RENT HERE I reserved a forklift and trailer to move it, when I arrived they didnt have a safe trailer to transport it and refused to deliver it at no cost. They delivered forklift at the end of the day for the cost of a trailer rental but refused to pick it up at no cost, when trying to use, it didnt start, they came out to fix it after waiting again!! After we were done using it, we made arrangements to return it with a trailer from another company. When returning it they charged an outrageous daily rate of $297 instead of the $125 phone quoted price the same as Brevard Rentals. I asked for a credit on my deposit and he refused. DO NOT RENT HERE

I rented an escavator that was suppose to its job instead i wasted my time and alot of money on a machine that should of never left the shop. I explained this to management just for feed back and told me theres nothing wrong with it. In the future i would never rent from this company. Over priced and the mangement is poor.
