From start to finish, everything was easy breezy. The front office and sales knew exactly what I wanted before I could explain it. The crew in the back crafted the granite within a 32nd of an inch. The template and installers were accommodating and the best part they quick. Fast and clean. Highly recommended

I would have given them a five start except my original appointment was for a Thursday. They canceled Thursday morning. Then she told me they would be there Saturday, promise. Friday night I check my messages (about 7pm - they close at 5 pm) and see they called at 6:30 pm and wanted to talk about setting up an install date for the following week. What? What happened to Saturday? I called them at least four times before I got a real person on Monday. So they showed up late and screwed up the install. They came back. It is right now.

They did a beautiful job with our quartzite countertops. Very professional and fast! And they gave us the best price after multiple quotes. We are very happy with our choice and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!!

This was the second Cumbria quartz and the fourth solid surface counter top we have had installed throughout our home. However this installation by Stonecrafters was the most professional installation and purchase, far exceeding the previous three. We recommend that anyone considering to upgrade their counters to obtain a quote from Stoncrafters. Their service guarantees your satisfaction.

Took them several weeks to come out to do a template and another several weeks to have it installed. Not worth the wait with so many other fabricators.

Stonecrafters did a great job for us from the initial estimate by Greg to the finished installation. It was a big job but the tearout and install went fine and right on schedule. The install team of Sean and Tony were professional, easy to work with and did everything they could to make the job come out perfect. What a wonderful company to have working for you. They understand the importance of keeping customers happy. Our handyman (drywall/electrical) insisted on not adding the height needed for our bar top despite the original bar top being at that height. So, stonecrafters pitched in and raised our bar top using their own lumber, and for that I will always be grateful. Our kitchen is beautiful because of them, and the quality of their work is without a doubt brilliant. They even came back promptly for an adjustment and trimming of some of the stone. They were clean, courteous, but more importantly happy people who left our home in a much better state than it was. There was no damage to any part of my home. Again, something I am extremely grateful for. I would however not use their recommended cabinet contact, because with it comes a whole series of problems.

I went to several granite supply yards and installation companies, probably somewhere near 7 of them. Out of all of them I was extremely impressed with John at stonecrafters. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Many of the other companies were ver salesy or tried pushing what ever product they would make the most money on or that was easiest for installation, rather then what would work best for my application and taste. He was very upfront with all pricing and we ended up getting a level 3-4 granite for an awesome price. His price included the granite, stainless sink, brackets and installation. Quality of there work was also very impressive after dealing with several contractors during our remodel they were by far the most professional and there were no issues with timeline, materials or installation. Thank you to John and everyone at stonecrafters!
