My Husband and I had a very tight timeline and wanted our countertops to be in by Christmas. Metamorphic Designs made it happen! We must’ve called over 30 companies, no one could beat the price or the timeline. Everyone fom Brenda at the front desk to Bobby the installer and his helpers, were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make this Christmas Miracle happen for us! The quality craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing! I highly recommend them!

I purchased a townhome that I needed to get ready for my move from another state. I didnt have much time or knowledge of countertops. I first went to both big box stores and got an estimate. Then I went to Metamorphic Design recommended by my sister. What a fantastic experience. I was able to get a beautiful granite countertop for the same money as those box stores quoted me for laminate. Metamorphic was extremely professional, set up a time to measure within the week, were on time and I had a beautiful countertop within two weeks. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend.

I needed to have granite counters installed fairly quickly on a remodel project at reasonable cost. This place formerly known as B&C Granite did both. However, they have an odd way of doing business. After ordering the kitchen counters I decided to have them replace the bath vanity tops as well. They asked me to stop in the office to pay a deposit, stating they were open till 5 pm. When I arrived around 1:30 there was a sign on the door Closed for Lunch, come back in an hour. The problem is, no mention of when that hour started or ends and they never mentioned closing for lunch when I was told to stop in. After leaving a grumpy phone message, I received a return call 45 minutes later, explaining the owner wanted the girl in the office to deliver lunch to his son. Really? You close your retail store for lunch at unpredictable hours?Installation was done on schedule, however after they left I noticed there were several grinding marks on one of the bathroom counters. I called the following day and was told someone would call on Saturday before they came to fix the issue. No show on Saturday.I called the office again Monday morning when things got strange. Suddenly they didn’t remember me, had no record of an installation. After a few minutes of trying to convince the woman answering that I did have counters installed I was told the Larissa must have handled the job but that she personally inspected the granite and there were no issues when it left their shop. The implication was somehow a customer caused grinding marks in piece of granite??? I was then told Larissa would be in Tuesday and would make arrangements to have the problem fixed.Still no call back a full week later!Several neighbors saw the work and asked me about it as they were thinking of updating their homes as well. Guess what kind of feedback this place was given to the neighbors!
