We had 3 rooms of furniture delivered today. The delivery men were prompt, courteous and did a great job setting everything up. We have purchased furniture from them numerous times and will continue to be a customer.

A couple of weeks ago I walked into the store, picked out an entire bedroom set as well as a mattress and pillows. Today, not even a month a later, all of my items are delivered! When speaking to other local furniture stores I was told it would be months before I would receive my purchases.I have been working with the team at Sleepy Heads as a Professional Partner for many years. I have also purchased a number items for items for my own home during this time! The quality of the products they sell is consistent and the their customer service is exceptional!

Beware!!! Read all of their fine print when buying. Also, KNOW there is NO RETURN policy during this time. You can not return it for any reason during covid19. Store credit only is fine, but they can not even do that.Received a response from the owner and just so we are clear I even offer to return it less a restocking fee. Therefore, they could sell it as a used piece as the owner referred to and they would have to feel like they are fraudulently sell something as a new piece. Even a 50% restocking fee would have worked but was told to sell it on marketplace.

Sleepy Heads Furniture is the store you definitely will want to go to when it comes to making your house feel like home. They have everything you can think of when it comes to decorations, living room, family room, bed rooms and tables! I recently took the leap from living with my parents to my own apartment. Holli and JD helped me pick out everything I needed that matched my style. They basically did all the work for me with delivery and set up. Holli even picked out some cool decorations for me to add to my living room. I am very happy with my purchase and this store. I am very eager to show off my new furniture to all my friends and family. I couldn’t recommend this store enough!!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Sleepy Heads. Over the years they have furnished four rooms in our home plus a room for my dad in his nursing home. Nick, Holli and Jenn are low pressure but offer very helpful advice when requested. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the furniture. The delivery crew were very respectful of our home, assembled all of the furniture and left no mess behind. We have three tables and an area rug being delivered next week. I have no doubt there will be another successful delivery.

We asked Nick many questions about mattresses and bedroom furniture before we bought a bedroom set from Sleepy Heads. Nick is very knowledgeable and was always patient and courteous. Derrick, Chris, and Steel delivered the set, set it up, and took away all the packing material. They also were kind and careful with our furniture. I bought about $5000 worth of furniture an entire house bedroom suites livingroom suite etc... to begin with they were great but now that we have a problem with the recliner they have given me the run around for almost a year telling me that love seat had been discontinued or recalled and they are ordering parts. This makes 3 times they have told me they had to order parts in about 6 different times I have spoken with them and iui ts still broken a year later still no parts or anything

Went to many furniture stores before this one, that made us feel pressured and wouldnt leave us alone. The last stop was Sleepy Heads and I am more than happy with my purchase. Sales staff was friendly, showed us around without pressuring or being too over bearing. We made it clear we were on a bit of a budget and they showed us everything within our price range, without wasting our time with things that werent. Delivery was on time, delivery men were courteous (even wiping their feet off before entering), and made sure everything was how we wanted it before they left. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Love my furniture!!! I put my dad in a nursing home and I needed furniture quickly. They got it for me in 2 days. I went back and bought a bedroom set. They delivered it and set it up perfectly. However it didnt fit so good. I asked the 2 gentlemen to rearrange the furniture and they just smiled and said no problem. They were so nice about it. Everything fit perfectly!

If you’re looking for great furniture at a great price, go to Sleepy Heads. I’ve bought many Ashley pieces from them for way cheaper than rhe Ashley Store down the street. Their service is great too. Had it delivered and they set it up for me quickly and politely. Definitely will shop with them again.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. They are liars..rude and unprofessional. They kept hanging up on me and kept giving me the run around. I spent almost 1000 with them and they refused to give my money back after waiting almost 3 months for my furniture. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! I will be placing a complaint everywhere I can and filing a complaint with the BBB. They need to be shutdown!!

Great service and no pressure sales. We went to every. single. furniture store along 192 one Saturday, looking for a new sectional. Sleepyheads were the only ones that let us walk around before being harassed by a sales person. Very nice, quick delivery, fair prices! We will shop here again for new furniture.

I first bought my daughters bedroom set here. They gave me such a good price and such good service I ended buying most of the rest of my furniture for my house here. We were treated so much better than at some of the big box retail stores weve shopped at in the past. Horrible customer service from Nick. We ordered a sofa set and upon delivery bottom wood support was broken. Driver told me he would leave it until the new sofa arrived. Asked the driver why doesnt he take it and he said they just put it in the dumpster. So I called after a week to find out about when the new sofa was arriving. Nick had major attitude and said only fixing the part. He wasnt happy I said no I was told getting a new one. He said well if driver said that hes not right its just a part. Asked for owner he said hes out of the country. Asked for manager. Shes at lunch. Of course they are. I paid good money was told new sofa not parts. I want my new sofa that I was promised. Word of mouth goes far. Will never go there again because of Nick. And I will spread the word.

Great Service after the sale. I bought some couches from them at a home show last summer. One of the loveseats began to have problems that continued to worsen until I brought it up to Nicks attention about 6-7 months later. He contacted the manufacturer and got them to replace it under warranty and they just delivered the new one. Great customer support after the sale.

I called the other day to ask if I would be able to EXCHANGE dining room furniture for something else and asked about their return policy.Me: Whats your return policy?The guy that answered the phone, the same guy every one complains about:Nick: That depends.I explained what I wanted to do, which was do an even exchange then he came back with:Nick: (long pause), uuuuuh, we cant do that. We dont do returns.Me: So you dont do returns?Nick: Uh, no.Me: Can you explain your return policy thenNick: Once its in your house we cant accept it back.Me: (it sounded like a lie so I said) ok.Finance company calls: Did you ever receive the rest of your furniture?Me: No, and I was not given a date for when it was going to be shipped in to them.FC: Really? Well thats a problem. Moment of silence. Ok, Thank you.The Owner of Sleepyhead calls me: Im the owner of Sleepyheads. The finance company you went through is refusing to pay us because you dont have all of your furniture and I cant have my furniture out there like that. Were going to have to pick it up.Me: Ok. Thats fine. When are you guys coming to pick it up?The owner: Let me get back with you on that.Never heard from the guy again. I called Sleepyheads again today and Nick claimed he knew nothing about the furniture being recovered, even though he answers the phone and is surrounded by family for 12 hours and is constantly at the phone 😏. So again, I called the FC several times trying to see if theyd received a pick-up date since the representative from the FC spoke with the owner too. One rep said she spoke with the OWNER and he told her the same exact thing, that they would come recover the furniture. After 4 different reps from the FC tried contacting them and I tried 8 times myself, now they are NOT answering the phone and sending me and the finance company to voicemail in hopes of stalling until the chair that Im missing ships in so they can deliver it to me (which is the reason the finance company will not pay them yet). The FC and I will keep calling until we get the owner, the owner who so rudely told me he was the owner and ....I cant have my furniture out there like that and that they needed to pick it up ASAP. Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Right after I get done with this review. I wish I was able to post voice messages online because I have my phone calls recorded (I have thyroid disease, epilepsy, Lupus and Fibromyalgia, PTSD from combat and they all effect my memory therefore I record all calls to refresh my memory). Its people and companies like you that make me hate I served my country and put my life on the line. SMH. Do what you threatened to do, come recover your furniture.And its sad because I am a repeat customer. I just bought bedroom furniture in July from Sleepyheads. As a matter of fact my whole house is furnished through Sleepyheads, so its really a shame that you all are treating repeat customers like this.

Not necessarily a sophisticated big box operation but a locally-owned small business that gets the job done. In my experience, suitable choices for the price range, on-time and problem-free delivery, and, six months later, no issues with the quality of the sofa purchased.

The furniture I ordered arrived damaged. After 6 weeks they sent out a replacement that was also damaged. Because of their crappy return policy they are unwilling to do anything about the damaged item except for order me more probably damaged parts. I was told I cannot expect it to be perfect and that I was being unreasonable. Most of the damaged areas are not being addressed at all. Do not do business with Sleepy Heads.
