I have purchased several boarding mats from BoatMat Corp, and have not only been extremely satisfied with the quality and delivery time of their products, but their exceptional customer service. Everyone whom I have recommended BoatMat Corp to have had the same excellent experience. Just today, I opened a new boat mat which I had ordered, only to realize that I had made a typographical error in the boat name when I ordered it online. When I called and spoke to BoatMat, they were extremely accommodating, and said that they would ship a replacement boat mat at no charge, and all I had to do is pay the shipping and handling which I gladly agreed to. Was very excited to put my design on a shirt for an event. They wanted to charge me to many extra fees. Very rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this place.

Quality is not there, cant keep employees long a constant revolving door.
