The business is under new ownership, they are very customer focused. I had two items monogrammed and other companies in town wouldnt even do my items unless I had aminimum quantity of 12! The items turned out beautifully and were done in a day! Thank you for amazing service, Ill be back!

Theres nothing that they can not do! I threw a bunch of changes and sizes and types of different shirts to be printed (in a short amount of time) at them and they didnt even flinch!The work is flawless & exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them.

I took a bag in to have words embroidered on it as a gift. When I called to ask about the price I received an attitude like I was asking the stupidest question ever. After I dropped it off I was told it would be $10 and to pick it up in 3 days. 3 days pass and I was told with that same attitude it was 10 days. About 3 weeks after I dropped it off I get a call saying its done. I was NOT happy with the work. As far as Im concerned they ruined the bag. They said there were complications with the bag...they should have called and told me like I was told they would do. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is the price was cheap and my sister liked it anyway (I guess she liked the hazy look the messed up bag gave the stitching).

I appreciate the quality of work the embroidery is here. Also fast and affordable! Highly recommend

Very poor customer service. The staff does not listen and comes across as self-righteous. I was extremely frustrated and apologized for the tone of my voice only to be told I needed to calm down. Outrageous treatment, no understanding at all.
