EDIT: I readjusted my star rating. The owner kindly reached out to me, apologized profusely and offered to make the shake right again.New guy made my shake a milk-like consistency. Also, he was the only worker without a mask on, but thats besides the point. I asked the girl at the register if that was normal and she just shrugged. She said thats how its supposed to be??? That doesnt seem right and it seemed like a lazy response??? This is the second time I had bad service here.

This location went above and beyond by making sure I had a cake for my birthday! They discounted the price on the two small cakes I purchased to resemble the price of the larger cake I originally wanted. Great customer service! Have never tried their cakes before but Im sure they will be just as delicious as they look!

After walking around the Avenue at Viera, Cold Stone has some good ice cream to cool us off and satisfy the sweet tooth. I was enticed by the graphic at the door for their Halloween seasonal creation of Treat or Treat (TM). Be forewarned it stains your teeth with all the black food dye they use to make the cake batter ice cream black. In the Ice cream they mix in Kit Kat, Halloween OREO® Cookies and M&Ms. Of course it doesnt look as nice as their graphic but that doesnt affect the taste.

I had the opportunity to be served by Jada and Faith and they did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB working with my 3 year old son and me. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience‼️

The worker did not wear gloves. Their workstation was very unorganized and dirty —there were bugs and spills. The worker were very sporadic and distracted. When the worker was giving me my ice cream she spilt some and did not give me any napkins or try to at least wipe up the cup and counter. Overall I had a horrible experience.

Stopped by yesterday to get my daughter ice cream when I noticed little flies in the jars that have all the add-inns. It was pretty gross... won’t be back to this location if they can’t clean up and stay clean

This particular location stinks so so bad that when you open the door smells like actual poop! Obviously none cleans this place and what can we expect from the ice-cream we eat?*photos show the poor hygiene.

Love their ice cream. I love all the different ways you can mix things in (nuts, candy, fruit, and sprinkles). Great choice of sizes. And if you cant finish they have a lid. Pricing is decent. Staff is great. Only negative is the size on the inside is small. Only two tables and a handful of chairs. Bathroom is very warm, AC doesnt seem to reach in there.

Went tonight coldstone tonight 12/32/19 picked out my ice cream and asked for a dipped waffle bowl on side. Was told they couldn’t do dipped bowls cause they were too busy. Shouldn’t matter how many people you have come in. If a guest asks for something you should be able to provided it. Made me honestly not want the ice cream. I’ve come here many other times when busy and had no problems.

Cold Stone is always the best of the best when it comes to ice cream. Creamy, soft, delicious. And the team that was working tonight (6/23/19) is awesome I got there 9:55, they were closing at 10 and yet they still served me with a big smile! Those guys were seriously the bomb!

Its a little expensive, but sign up for their membership. Its free and theyll send you special treats occasionally via email. Its a great place to go for something sweet. Its a nice treat.

Expensive but good and sweet. Youll know just how Sweet it is once you open the door. Its sure to give you and your kids a Sugar Rush that wont be forgotten. This is not a place to go if your blood sugar runs high.The ice cold stone thats used makes the taste even better.Enjoy and be prepared to stand in line but...the wait is worth every bite of your 5 bucks plus spent. Since when did Cold Stone stop actually using a cold stone to serve their ice cream? Going in here was a treat as a kid because of the show the employees put on. And almost $7 for a hard waffle cone and 2 half scoops of ice cream should be robbery. Not to mention I stood there for at least 4 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. Go somewhere else for cheaper, better ice cream.

Very disappointed, one person working the counter. Long line. Other employees just standing around talking. Out of waffle bowls and cones and refused to make more. Very disappointed. I expected better

Amazing! I went with my two daughters and son, all of which are under 7, and the staff handles my family perfectly! If you can, get darlene. Always has a smile on her face and its happy to help with anything and everything, even suggestions of whats good! Dont underestimate her with the looks of her age, as along with the rest of the staff. Never a disappointing moment, especially when she let my child tell her about how she wants to work there because of how amazing she said her job was. Great to hear that her passion for what she does is so strong!

I love cold stone. But the young blonde staff member that rolled her eyes because I miss named a sorbet that wasnt labeled correctly, and then proceeded to throw the sorbet up on the counter and walked away after I asked if she could meet me in front of the toppings so my daughter could decide what she wanted is not acceptable.

Traffic at this place can get insane, lines out the door! Unfortunately Im not sure that the staff knows how to swiftly and efficiently deal with the heavy volume of people.The ice cream is great, and toppings are always fresh and well-incorporated. Prices can be steep, especially if you have several people that order bigger cup sizes.

Very thin shake, the store was too warm so was the ice cream and the prices were too high, like the back side of a giraffe.

I used to love coming here all the time. But, Ive realized that their prices are way over priced and their flavored are just basic. Other ice cream places offer a wider variety of flavors at lower prices. I guess the benefit of cold stone is its proximity to the avenues.

One of my favorite icecream locations. They have many options and can never get enough. The price is very fair especially with the amount you get.

Our birthdays cakes come from this store. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who not only is extremely hands on in the store, but also takes pride in the quaity of the products that are sold. These are genuinely GOOD PEOPLE and i thank you for the great service and delicious birthday cake once again 😁

Honestly, I’m just gonna flat out say it. Best ice cream I’ve ever put into my mouth. Just recently acquired my own place and wanted to get some ice cream. Stumbled upon ColdStone Creamery (Viera Location) And I’ve never had such a beautiful experience like I’ve had here. The variety of ice cream flavors they have is unbelievable. Your mind will go wild. There toppings are always so fresh. Quite a few varieties too. Anyhow this is amazing. Highly recommend this location.

Good ice cream but I feel it is pricy.

I did not like this. The customer service was excellent and informative. I personally just did not like the product. I was in the mood for an ice cream cone and it was not very cold, mushy, and I could have gotten a soft serve for way cheaper.

Sadly ☹️ they were extremely short of employees tonight only 2 there with a art expo going on very close by in the mall parking lot, they were out of ice for frappes and said they were out of milk for shakes. Management really dropped the ball today. But as always the 2 employees working were hustling as fast and furious as possible ( they DESERVE a bonus !) And were as apologetic and curtious as possible !

Top ice cream and a very nice lady served us

I went to cold stone this past Thursday morning (October 4th) and I was received with terrible customer service. The lady working was rude and did not acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. Then after waiting she finally took my order. The store was a mess and smelled like mildew. Will not come back. I would rather go to a cold stone that doesn’t smell or contains rude workers.

Terrible customer service, portion size was half of what they usually give you. My family will not be returning, we will go to the one on the beach instead, friendly service and the portion are what you expect for Cold Stone.

Not sure if anyone has reported this but we have been coming to your ice cream shop for some time and like it except for the overwhelming stinch that hits you when you come in the door. It continues to stink and would be nice if someone could look into it. Smells like something died under to cabinet or backed up sewage. We also notice flys on the walls as well. We mention it each time we come in and the workers always act like, what smell? We don’t want to report it to the health department but will if it’s not cleaned up. Thank you

They were out of most things which was a little disappointing but the single employee that was working handled everything so well. It was super busy and she did a great job despite these things.

If you like to mix your ice cream, this is the place to go. Its a little on the pricey side, however, you can get a sample of the different flavors to make sure you dont get something youre not going to like.

The ice cream is a 5 star, however I was a little grossed out by the bathroom, and I pray the employees wash their hands! That bathroom needs some TLC ...ASAP🤢

This is one of those places where people go and swear its the best ice cream theyve ever eaten. None of them have visited Europe.

Sucks I love cold stone but that was the worst its ever been. Ice cream was mostly melted and server was rude. Normally they fill up the cup but apparently it is only filled 2/3 now. Just very disappointed.

Good place i wish they had more toppings

We go in 45 minutes til close, theres 3 guys who come out of the back eating. First thing we hear is not hello or good evening its If its not out here we dont have it. Theyve already packed up 3/4 of the ice cream. Guy says they have no, milk, no cones and dont have the majority of the toppings and the place is filthy. Id fire everyone and just start over.

Came at 10:45pm when they are supposed to close at 11pm. Yes its only 15 minutes but you should follow posted hours or at least have a limited menu until closing. Extremely disappointed!

I wanted pistachio ice cream which they do have but it doesnt have any pistachios in it and they dont have any pistachios as toppings. My suggestion would be, make almond ice cream since they have almonds.

The store smelled bad, and two of my friends said their ice cream tasted like the smell.
