My dear friend from Texas ordered my daughter and I an arrangement to be delivered 10/31. It didn’t show up until 11/1 at 4pm, after she called to find out why they didn’t deliver the order.I was horrified to open the arrangement and find the fruit literally rotting from the inside out. My son attempted to eat a strawberry and spit it out because of its taste.I have called customer service twice and both agents have tried to get the store on the line. They do not pick up the phone during business hours.Ironically, I work in the food safety industry. The quality of food, service and delivery from this establishment is appalling.
Excellent service! I ordered the night before it was to be delivered. One of the digits in the address was wrong. I called the next morning to correct it. I reached customer service and they updated my order, although it didn’t get updated by the time of the delivery. The girl delivering the order called because she couldn’t find the right address. She even called back to make sure the basket was placed in the right location outside the home. I appreciate this employee’s attention to detail. The fruit was great, and my family member was very happy with her birthday gift. Thank you!
If I could give this store a zero I would. Your supervisor has no clue what is going on in your store nor does she have any customer service skills. To top it off you never delivered my arrangement when scheduled when I called your supervisor lied and told me it was on the driver truck at 10:49am and when it never arrived by 3pm I called back and they said oh it just left at 2:30pm so your staff lies! And to put the icing on the cake you deliver rotten moldy fruit in the arrangement. Completely unacceptable. The funniest thing is when you call they say they deliver the freshest fruit, well you completely missed the mark on this one and I guess that is why you have a 2.9 rating.
Ordered for a same day delivery to surprise my daughter for her birthday. No delivery and no call or communication. Called corporate to cancel next day and they deliver it anyway. I wanted to cancel and a refund, not a late delivery which ruined the surprise for her day of since I had to ask her if she received anything.Just terrible. If you can’t deliver, communicate! Don’t accept an order and then deliver it when you feel like it. Order was put in right before noon. You had 5 hours to communicate.
Thankfully I have a back up email. My 1st review was removed I would encourage you to read the reviews prior to ordering from this location. No attempts or notification regarding. My order, so I contacted corporate twice! They have also been unsuccessful in reaching the Melbourne location. Honesty would be much appreciated here. As a result of getting nowhere with the store or corporate the BBB is definitely the next step! It just amazes me how quick they are to take ones money and not fix the problem. Not once has anyone bothered to apologize. Im not looking for another reply, just fix the issue please!
If I could give 0 stars, that’s what I would give! I made an account just to leave a review. I just got off the phone with the inquiries number provided on my ticket because my order was never delivered. The only explanation I got was it was “unsuccessful”. I get it things happen but I never got a call and I sent it to a business that it open 24/7. They also offered to NOT deliver my order and they didn’t know if they would give my money back. So they want my money but for no service provided. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered an edible Arrangement for my grandsons and they never received it. Of course I was charged for it. I called about 5:30 to ask about it and they said it was out for delivery and would be there by 7. We’ll they never got it. I live in Indiana and wanted to surprise them but that didn’t happen. Will never use this store again.To add to this review….I can not get this store to refund my money! The email said I would not be charged until the order was made, but I was charged, the order was never made and I can’t get any answer by email or phone! Do NOT order from this store!
I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery on a Thursday from the Lake Washington location. I received a call that it would not be delivered until the following day because they had no drivers. Fine, except it was never delivered. I called Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and each time the store never picked up and it rolled to the customer service line (not local). Each time they either said the store wouldn’t pick up but their “system” showed it would be delivered that day, or that the store said they were delivering it shortly. I finally called on Sunday wanting a refund if they weren’t going to deliver it that day. That’s when the customer service line was able to magically reach the store and conference in whoever was working. She did not once apologize, but rather, had attitude and said she was the only one working at that location. I asked if another local location could deliver it instead. She said she would call them and then hung up on me. Customer service said the call must have dropped (it was a 3 way call) but it was obvious she hung up. I asked if I was going to get a returned call to let me know what was going on, ie whether I was being refunded or whether it was getting delivered that day. Customer service line said of course someone from the store would call me. Surprise…that never happened, and it was never delivered. At this point it is inappropriate to have it delivered (it was being sent to the recipient that unfortunately was dealing with a death in the family). If the store would have said from the beginning they had no one to deliver it not just Thursday, but at all, or even called me back, I would have driven and picked it up and dropped it off myself. At the very least, I would have been able to order from another company. I’ll unfortunately never use them again. Customer service and communication skills are terrible.
Wish I read the reviews from this place before I ordered. My order was supposed to come today for my moms birthday and they never sent me an email to confirm my order but they were quick to charge for it!! Never got my order and waited for it ALL DAY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH
I ordered from this Edible Arrangements located on Lake Washington today for a special occasion. My husband orders delivery from here often but this was my first time going into the store to pick up an arrangement. Tony was so nice and helpful. He helped me pick out a perfect gift. He even took the time out to create the arrangment while I waited so that I didnt have to take an extra trip back to the store. My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. We plan to buy many more items from here also.
As a manager of a retail furniture store, I know how much these reviews mean to a business. I have ordered from this store several times before and had never encountered an issue. This time I did encounter a problem but I dont want to go into specifics.However, Kristine the young lady that solved the issue I want to give kudos to her for. She made the delivery happen after hours and when I called today to thank her she was very apologetic and reassuring and I will give them an opportunity again because of her. Thank you Kristine
I ordered food, a balloon and a card to arrive on my mothers birthday. The order was placed several days in advance. The order did not arrive on my mothers birthday. I received no calls from the local store explaining why the items did not arrive. I called the local store several times. Nobody picked up. I did the online tracking and it just says On its way whatever that means.
I, like all the other reviewers over the past five months, would leave a zero star review if I could. (Also like them, wish I’d read the reviews first.) This store is complete trash apparently and claims they attempted delivery on my order and no one was available which they were. The email I received says attempted at 1:52pm, but corporate says attempted at 3:15pm. So yeah. Asked for a refund and got the run around of course. Will update if I actually receive one. Bottom line. Don’t do business with the store. I personally won’t be doing business with any Edible Arrangements ever again.

DONT ORDER HERE. Read the 1 star reviews for the past 5 months of no delivery.Made an order for 9/30 that wasnt delivered, called the store and Andre asked for information, then put me on hold for 20 minutes with no resolution. Called the 800 corporate number, spoke with Reese, and said the case was being looked into and to wait for a callback in 48 hours. He also called the store and received no response. Corporate doesnt offer refund, only the store that cant be reached can.
Not infrequently, I order gifts from Edible Arrangement stores around the country. This is the first time I ordered from this store.I ordered on-line, as I always do. Requested delivery for Sept 3. My nephews waited at home all day so that theyd be there when it was delivered -- you know, Florida, chocolate. At 5:00 PM, my nephew let me know it had not been delivered. I double-checked my Order Confirmation; yes, it was scheduled for Sept 3.I used the Contact us for problems option and was told that it would be delivered the next day, which it was.This is the first time Ive had an Edible Arrangement store not deliver as scheduled. I cant help but wonder if they would simply not have delivered had I not reached out to them asking about the delivery.Not acceptable. The next time I went to send a gift to this household, I will use Harry & David or find another vendor.
I would rate a zero if able. Placed order on Aug 25 for delivery Sep 3. No delivery, no call, and the damn store wasnt open today although their posted hours were 9-5. Next time I will go through Fruit Bouquets from 1-800-flowers.
Someone surprised me with an arrangement from the Melbourne location for my birthday. I was not at home at the time of delivery (again because it was a surprise), so the delivery driver, Kayla, contacted me and left a message at 4:35pm and told me she stops delivering at 5. I sent her a message apologizing for missing her and asking if she re-delivers. No response. I called her the next business day to ask about the delivery and what I needed to do, and she hung up on me without saying a word. Now, maybe it’s my fault for calling a delivery driver, but why would you leave a voicemail if you weren’t receptive to a call back? Completely unacceptable and rude. I tried contacting the store directly and was re-routed to corporate. Twice. This will be my first and last experience with this company.

Do NOT order from Lake Washington store!!! These reviews are accurate! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on 9/7. I thought it odd that recipient didn’t thank me so I contacted her. Nothing was delivered yet my credit card was charged!!! I called on 9/13 and they could not explain why it was not delivered. They arranged delivery for 9/14. I actually drove to the store on 9/14 to be sure that it would be delivered. There was a young girl with black hair working. I explained what had happened. No apologies whatsoever! She really could care less. I asked to take the arrangement with me and it still was not put together. I was not convinced it would actually be delivered but gave her the benefit of the doubt. At 4:45 on 9/14 i called the lake Washington location and spoke to the same girl. She could not give me an answer if it was on the truck to be delivered. No apologies, nothing! I asked her to speak to a manager. She put me on hold for 15 minutes and never came back on the line. Here I am on 9/15 still no delivery!! I had emailed the corporate office on 9/13 and no response as from them! Absolutely no customer service on any level! I will NEVER order from them again! This was supposed to be sent to a memorial service 8 days ago! Useless employees who could care less about their job!!!!!!EDIT. How did I know you would have the same “canned” reply? I already emailed two days ago with no response and called the number today only to be told to call the LAke Washington store!! The store doesn’t answer the phone!!! You people are a disgrace! Customer service is HORRIBLE I ordered it days early and its 4:00 and not delivered. This was a work celebration not an after party who wants it after were closed. Says out for delivery since 11 am. Seriously?? Its 7 miles away. Called and you dont get the store its Custer service and they say they cant reach them either. Back to sharies berries...
Save your money and time and DO NOT order from this Edible location. I placed an order well in advance and they decided to never deliver it to my party nor update my status when I called to track it. I tried calling their store probably 10 times plus and kept getting directed to their corporate office. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want to get poor communication and disappointed. Waste of money!
Ordered on 08/09 to be delivered to a business on 08/11. Got notification that it was out for delivery around 2 pm. Around 430 pm it still was not delivered so I tried calling multiple times, could not get through to the store. The customer service line was unable to assist and put in a “case” in which i should have received a call back in 24 hours. I requested my money back to say the least as the business closed at 5 pm and the birthday girl would be unable to receive. No call back yet, nothing and no refund. The arrangement was delivered a day late, and the fruit almost completely rotten! Absolutely unacceptable! I want my money back! Clearly this store has had ongoing issues per the previous reviews but completely ruined what I thought was going to be a great birthday surprise!

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I purchased a large order including balloons, fruits, and desserts for a friends 30th birthday. This purchase was NEVER delivered the day of delivery nor the following day. I would NEVER purchase from here again! Absolute joke. Then when you try to get your refund because they never delivered the item you pay for, they make you wait 10 days.
RUN - worst customer service!!!if I could give zero stars or negative stars I would!$125 arrangement was order and we were told would deliver. Not only did they not deliver it on the day but for the next four days. Corporate was worthless and didn’t help at all said compensation has to be processed by local office where we purchased. Great idea corporate except they are not taking our calls or your calls. Their lines are forward to corporate. They do not back their product. Corporate promised it would be deliver and they would call us to check each day. No one followed up.Corporate’s compensation for this - a refund, sounds good until you hear the details: it cancels the order no chance at all it will be delivered. They do not give out coupons or discount codes for future purchase. If all they locations are as bad as this they would be out of business.I will Continue to tell everyone how bad this business is and no customer service and no product. So tell me folks why are they in business….. they are probably making money hands over fist for surprise orders. I wish I read the reviews before ordering the edible arrangement. Ordered on august 25th and it’s the 31st and the delivery is still no where to be found. They opened a “case” and they said it will be resolved in 24 hours but we will see. If I were you I would just get a refund and spend your money elsewhere.
Awful service! I placed an order for my bosss birthday a week ahead of time. Not only did they not deliver it with a weeks notice, its now the next day, birthday has passed and i cannot get in touch with anyone at the store to find out why there were unable to fulfil a request with a week notice. This is not a holiday, its AUGUST! and only the store can authorize a refund or redelivery and no one...even corporate.. can get in touch with anyone at the store! AWFUL SERVICE!edit to add i emailed as requested on the joke of a response below and have not heard anything from anyone. Ordered a birthday gift platter for my friend to be delivered to her at work. Ordered it 3 days in advanced and left special instructions that her business closes at 5pm. Got a notification at 5:10pm that it was delivered. Asked her if she liked her gift, she had no idea what I was talking about because she never got it. I gave them her phone number and everything so they could call her if need be to ensure she was the one who got the arrangement. She called management asking if anyone received the delivery, they said there were no deliveries. I dont know who my order was delivered to but it was not the person I ordered it for. So much for a birthday surprise, I will not be ordering from here ever again!
I ordered a nice arrangement, for my daughter who is pregnant with her first child, for her birthday today, everything was paid for, delivery all set up, the order was place online the night before, thought it was all handled, so i went about my busy day at work, 4:30pm i haven’t heard from my daughter, so i called the number provided for the lake Washington melbourne fl store no answer no voice mailbox set up, nobody called me to say there was a problem early in the day so i could make other arrangements this company is just another corporate chain. With no care for the customer experience, i should have gone with my gut. And called DESIGN OF THE TIMES florist they know customer service, thought I would give my daughter a healthy fruit arrangement, instead of flowers this company is no better than 1 800 fruit bouquets 1 800 flowers absolutely disappointing Thanks for the screwing
Should have checked the reviews before ordering. This location is going downhill fast! Ordered on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Friday comes and goes, not even a phone call to say they can’t make delivery. Calls to the store just ring straight to the corporate customer service. Saturday/Sunday/Monday still nothing. Case reference said the store would contact us within 48 hours (Saturday)…nothing. Corporate refunded the money for the order because even they could not make contact their own store…run for the hills…don’t waste your money and time with this location for edible arrangements.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. I placed an order with this store with great excitement that my friend would be surprised. The order was placed on a Wednesday for same day delivery a week later the order was not delivered it still shows order is processing online and no refund. i called the store in which no one answers the phone. i drove to the store 2 day straight on the first day the manager told me my order was being made right then and it would be delivered within 2 hours not so. I drove again the next day the manger was to busy to talk to me the supervisor brushed me off and said we have over 100 orders and they couldnt help me. I called customer service and spoke to several reps they gave me reference numbers and said the would contact the owner and the problem would be resolved guess what? NOTHING from the store or customer service. Please Just Refund My Money
I ordered an arrangement on Tue, Sept 7 for delivery on Fri, Sept 10 for a family who lost a loved one. It was not delivered and I received no call, email or other communication letting me know it would not arrive. It’s now Sat, Sept 11 and I have no idea if they will even deliver it today. I would give zero stars if I could. This is making a difficult time more difficult - I’m beyond disappointed with this lack of customer service and communication. Unacceptable.
Where do I start placed an order Monday FOR MY SISTER WHO JUST LOST HE HUSBAND for delivery Tuesday never showed no call from the Melbourne store. Tried calling the store a dozen times today no answer goes to corporate. Three times today in the last 6 hours they say its in transit so for 2 days my sister has been waiting cause the fruit cant sit out in the heat. Im so mad that I cant get in touch with the store. I want to just cancel and get my money back at this point Ill make sure everyone knows my experience If I dont get a refund I will blast Edible Arrangements on Social media AND EVERYONE I KNOW. This is a A horrible store! They do not tend to the customers needs, my order was place on Wednesday for delivery on Wednesday and it was not delivered. Drove 1hr 30min on Thursday to this location to find out what was going on with my order, I was given a response of the order is being made now and will be delivered by 1pm. Today is Friday and still my order wasn’t completed or delivered. What is this all about!!! Please let me know, this is definitely not Great Customer service. Someone has to be accountable for their actions towards paying customers whether it’s an online order or walk-in order. Door Dash comes on and pick up orders while I was in the store trying to obtain my refund !!!

Was told order would arrive between 3-4pm! 5pm still no delivery and HQ can’t tell me where my order is or if I will receive it. If I don’t receive it in 4-5 business days, they will put in the request to refund me… LIKE WHAT!? Annoyed is a understatement.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughters for Valentine’s Day we are now in April I still did not receive my order or a refund I called corporate numerous of times I even showed up to the office numerous of times they claim they give me back the refund which I paid in cash and I never received my refund. So now they’re telling me that they give somebody that came in the store my refund so I told him possibly who could that be in to show me cameras because I didn’t receive my refund is been going on months. They said they give somebody the refund at 8 PM at night when they close at 5 PM. I spoke to the owner personally and he said he will take care of it and he still has not taken care of it or reach back to me as myself I’m a business owner and I cannot believe the customer service

WE wanted to surprise our business customer on Friday afternoon with a little pick me up for the entire team. We placed the order for 5 packs of Party Snack Pack at 11:30 am with the request to be delivered before 1:30pm. Each snack pack has 10 small cones of dipped strawberry and so it was 50 little cones with minimum of 5 to 6 strawberries.Received call from Melbourne store confirming they received the order and was told as they made every order fresh they will try to deliver earliest possible however 1:30 pm will be close as they have to make the entire order fresh. They assured me that they will make the delivery by 2:30pm.The order was delivered at 2pm to the location which was 12 miles away from their store . The product was fresh and delicious. Very great presentation. Our clients could not stop talking about how great the fruits tasted.Edible Is our future destination for all gifts and treats requirements, The prices are reasonable for the same or much quality of Dipped Chocolate Berries from Godiva. These are made local and fresh and can be picked up at the store .
I ordered a birthday gift for my best friend that was supposed to be delivered to his business today. But it is not going out today per the tracker. I cannot reach the store at the number provided and I would like to cancel the order given the previous reviews of not being able to get their gifts. Very very upset. What a horrible experience!!
Not delivered yesterday, day confirmed. After 8+ phone calls, no answer and no option to leave voicemail, had to tell recipient (Bday girl). She was vacationing 6miles away. She went to store and was told they didnt have everything yesterday and would deliver by 5pm. They delivered by 5pm today. Here is what $50 gets ya. Plus the 4 chocolates in a box, no balloon. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

Won’t be ordering from them again. The first time was decent but still no answer when trying to contact them for delivery time.I placed an order around 3pm on the 27th for same day delivery. Which was an option that’s why I ordered it for same day, but yet, the order was not delivered on that day. Around 10am the following day I called MULTIPLE times and no one answers the phone at all and no option to leave a voicemail. Common sense for me would be an obvious early delivery if someone wanted the day prior and it couldn’t be done (but that’s just me)Now it’s 7:pm on the 28th and the order has said “out for delivery” since about 2pm. I called the 800# and of course they couldn’t reach the store because it’s after hours. I WILL NEVER order edible arrangements from this location again. If they made a courtesy call OR even answered a call to let their customers know what to expect it would have been a different story. I’m definitely going up the ladder on this one and fully expect my refund for lack of delivery and customer service. I am a very busy Realtor and we own 3 business’ so I will 100% make this review known. Thank you.
Do not purchase from this store if you actually want to receive the item on the day you requested. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. This location needs new ownership/management and is giving EA a bad name.
My parents send me these baskets every year for my birthday- this year not such a good experience and Im only going to this review because they havent helped remedy it. They actually wasted my time by requesting pictures, which I sent, to an email address that did not work- wasting my time.Watermelon was rancid and ruined the strawberries (wilting and a few with mold spots) and blueberries (soft/smushed) in the basket. So the kiwi was perfect and mango not ripe- no problem there. The cupcakes, 2 vanilla/2 chocolate- had chocolate icing smushed in the plastic lid above each one, vanilla included. Not sure how far ahead it was built since it was supposed to be delivered on my birthday the 13th and actually brought on the 14th. My parents are in Texas when my dad called they asked him to send pictures for either a refund or new basket. I do not want another basket. Feel so bad that their nice gesture was ruined like this. At this point I recommend going with a gift card or Sherries Berries (my best friend sent these from Texas as well and they were delivered on my birthday and fresh) over this.*pictures would show more if my toddler hadnt tried eating and spitting out nasty watermelon and blueberries.
The delivery I paid for is now 2 days late. The store phone number is not connecting- states voice mail box not set up. I have no way to contact the store about my order and poor customer service. I do not recommend this Edible location....
I placed an order to be delivered to a friends house. I received a voicemail after the store was closed that she was not there so they can try again next day and to please call back to let them know the time that is best to make the delivery. I called the number the missed call was from and the store number. Missed call number was not in service and the store number went straight to a voicemail. I tried multiple times and couldn’t reach an associate of the store. My friend went to pick up the order herself since I couldn’t reach anyone to have it delivered to her home as planned. Please answer your phones so customers can reach you at this location ! I filed a claim and received a full refund which I greatly appreciate. I just wish my friend didn’t have to go pick up this “surprise”.
This deserves 0 stars. Placed an order for a Mothers Day delivery for a hefty price. Order was never delivered and I wasnt contacted until 2 days after. The stated they would drop delivery fee and deliver. One week later it was never delivered. You cant contact the store as their voice-mail is not setup and nobody from the store has attempted to contact me even after calling corporate. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! The reviews are all 100% correctUpdate: Spoke with corporate and let them know about this store and have come back to see more of the same reviews with robot responses from the company. Unfortunately, not only was my order that I placed not delivered on the requested day, I followed up twice with customer service the next day and ignorantly I trusted that my order would be delivered…. Two days later still no order, no one answers the Melbourne location phone. The amount of time spent just trying to get the requested order to the intended party is beyond frustrating. I will never order from this store again and I would advise you to do the same.
My family ordered an arrangement online on Wednesday morning to be delivered same day. IT NEVER CAME. My aunt then drove an hour and half to the location the next day.. Thursday and was told it was being sent out already within the hour and she would have it before the end of that day. IT NEVER CAME. She then went back to the location an hour and a half away again today, FRIDAY. She was then told not only was she NOT getting her arrangement but shes NOT getting her money refunded, and then they REFUSED TO GIVE her the corporate and owner information for the franchise also. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
Horrible! If I could give a zero I would. Believe the other reviews and choose another location. Placed order 4/29 for delivery 5/3. They called 5/4 saying they weren’t able to deliver and would attempt another day. I asked for a refund, stated the manager would call back to process. Never received a call, and I’ve been calling daily- no answer or voicemail. I’m reporting to corporate, they need to close this franchise location down.
I have called this business at least 30 times since yesterday. the phone just rings and rings and you cant leave a message. I needed to give specific instructions for a delivery because the recipient lost his mother and would be in and out for the next couple of days. I guess I can drive to Melbourne to this location to find out whats going on!! SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be asking for a refund!

Delivery was never made (but sent me a confirmation that it was delivered) wouldn’t answer the phone and no way to reach them. So sad to miss my Aunts Birthday.
DO NOT USE! You’re lucky if they deliver your order at all. Cannot contact the store. Completely unprofessional and borderline criminal. They take your money online but don’t deliver and do not answer their phone.
*** Update ***I received a call from the store 01/05, advising they would be delivering the order. I was very pleased as they were accommodating with changing address from the original order, so I could be available for when they delivered.Once I received my fruit, I was super happy as I opened the box to find these delicious edibles covered in the most beautiful shiny white and dark chocolate.Every piece of fruit was fresh and the chocolate was delicious.The wait and anticipation was most frustrating, but once received, all I had was smiles.We are human and anyone including a business can make a mistake. Thanks Edible Arrangements for making this oopsies better!!!Regardless, it was worth the wait and I thank you for making it RIGHT !!!!***********************************************************************Ordered an arrangement to be delivered 12/22. It was a Christmas gift- order was placed several days in advance prior to delivery date. For 2 weeks --- no delivery, no call regarding the delivery, no email... NOTHING and it was never delivered. Online to track my order shows, the store received. Thats it.I called the store many times - NO ONE EVER ANSWERED, left several messages with NO response, NO return call and NO acknowledgement from the management. Even went up to the Melbourne location to find it was closed during business hours.POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE in all of Melbourne - Finally on 01/04 I spoke with an associate who stated she didnt think they were going to be able to address and resolve THEIR mistake TODAY because they had other customer orders.I would recommend ordering elsewhere !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t deliver my arrangement, store doesn’t answer the phone for clients, or customer service. I am having to jump through hoops to get a refund for the delivery that was never made, and never was even apologized to for never getting my order.

Waited 2 hrs for a delivery. Called store. Said they don’t delivery to that area. But told me they do when I ordered and paid for delivery. Got someone to pick order up Said they knew hours ago they wernt goi ng to delivery it but did not call.Asked for manager and was told that won’t do any good. Called manager and left message. She called back week later and said they will refund money. No money yet. 2 months later.
I placed an order on april 30th to be delivered on may 8th 2021 and it still hasnt been delivered on may 10th. they took my money the day i placed an order without any issue.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mothers Day because I live 3 hours away from her and have no way of giving her anything. This was the only place that I could find that would deliver something on Mothers Day, but alas it did not arrive and the tracking never updated.Then when I called the day after Mothers Day, it kept going straight to voice-mail all day long and even customer support couldnt get ahold of the store. This store finally called me Monday night and told me they were backed up and that theyd deliver on Tuesday, but surprise!- they didnt. AND THEY STILL WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!Never again at this location. Hoping I can actually get a refund.
I asked nicely and they allow me to use the restroom it was in wonderful shape. But unfortunately I didnt get to sample any of the delicious items they had.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! It came melted, Ive reached out to them three times through email and 3 times through phone and of course they dont respond. The delivery driver was cursing at me over the phone and everything came melted. Not to mention it was a whole day late and when the delivery driver called, he told me he was going to forget about my order until the end of the day because he cant waste his time trying to find my residence...
Extremely disappointed in my experience with this location. I ordered a package of dipped fruits, bag caramel popcorn, and box of chocolates as a gift. I received a call saying they didn’t have the caramel popcorn, so they said they’d refund that portion (which they still have not done 2 weeks later!). It was delivered late afternoon on the day it was scheduled, but the office employees did not get to eat it immediately and it was kept in their fridge. The next morning they opened the dipped fruits only to discover the bananas were black inside and there was mold on the strawberries, and it was obvious the mold was UNDER the chocolate! We immediately contacted the location, and after arguing with them they said they’d do a manager review. After a couple of days, we had to contact them back again, and they said it was our fault for not eating it immediately on arrival. What?!?! It was going to be eaten less than 24 hours later! So I submitted an online problem ticket to the website, which said it would be sent immediately to the store. That was a week ago. I have yet to hear back from them. I want my money back!
I been waiting on my order all day today especially for Valentines Day yall should be opened everytime i called the store today to follow told it was close Im liked what!! Its Valentines Day yall should be open and busy ridiculous i place my order yesterday i should get somthing for the wait no call or anything i want the stuff i got and my money back never had a issue last year idk whats going on now but ridiculous
I would give no stars if possible since no service or product was provided, What a terrible experience… a complete fail by Edible Arrangements. My wife’s 90 year old mother ordered (eight days ago!) an edible arrangement for my wife and me. Yesterday afternoon, we got a message that the delivery was unsuccessful even though we were home all day ( covd19 ya know). We were told that curbside pickup was available at the Cape Canaveral store, 15 miles away. They don’t answer their phone so we go there, only to be told that our delivery should be coming from the Melbourne store, 30 miles away, except… then we are told that the arrangement had never been made. So to summarize, Edible Arrangements took money from a 90 year old woman and 1) DID NOT provide the service promised and 2) they lied about trying to deliver the non-existent arrangement and 3) said it would take 2 to 5 days for the refund to go thru (it took milliseconds for them to take Grandma’s money) and 4) didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of us wasting time and burning a couple of gallons of gas for no good reason. Now we have to explain to Grandma that her thoughtful gift never arrived, I just hope the disappointment and embarrassment doesnt provoke a life threatening health crisis.

Guessing I got scammed out of $100 since I placed an order and it was never delivered, and no one answers the phone when you call.update: called corporate and they canceled my order and said i should get a refund in a few days. this local store is a joke, though so Im leaving my 1 star.
Fruit good, terrible customer service. I have a coupon for free fruit for my birthday. I call ahead to redeem and am immediately told well these coupons arent working Okay?? I got the email today (oct 1) and it says it good all month. My mother uses the account as well to order fruit for my grandfather so her number is on here. I say you can use either phone number to reach me and get cut off and told NO it has to be one like this is precious info? Its fruit! And then shes nasty the whole time and ends up telling me my coupon that I just received has been redeemed. Fine. I say thats fine this whole experience has been not great. She tries to blame her poor attitude on her accent and other customers who have screamed at her. I said Miss Im sorry but Ive been nothing but kind, I havent even complained about the coupon not working I dont even care. We spend hundreds of dollars here every year coupons or not. What I care about is that you obviously took your poor experiences and brought them onto our call and have been rude this entire time. I work in customer service and Id never use a tone on a customer as she did. Honestly dont know if Ill ever order from this store again.Just edited to add: clearly by the response by the OWNER you can see this place is anything but professional. Id love to hear the phone call and its interesting you continue to bring up the coupon which i never complained about. My complaint was only ever that I was treated rudely, and you continue to do so. I absolutely never berated anyone. Ill be reaching out to corporate in everyway possible, and funny enough my mother just asked me to place an order for my grandads birthday! One of the nearly 15 orders we place in a year (if not more) that you will no longer be getting! I told her Id sooner buy fruit and make it myself than support your business any further.
This location is wonderful. I had an issue with corporate not sending my delivery and telling me they couldn’t refund me because the local store needed to resolve it, even though they weren’t involved with the order. They not only created my order for me last minute but the manager also contacted corporate on my behalf and got me my refund from corporate within the hour.
Only half my ordered was delivered while still charging me the full amount. I had to call 3 times before getting ahold of someone and they only offered a partial refund. Very disappointing when you arrange something to be sent for someones birthday.. This is not the first time this has happened either. I will no longer be using Edible Arrangements.
Ordered on line. When received It Did Not Look like picture. Wasnt impressed with it at all. Looked like a child made it. U would think for $78.00 it would be Awesome.... it wasnt. Also all ads and there phone message and website said free delivery but they still charged me 9.99. I wont shop Edible Arrangements again.

The owner left a vm that he would not be able to deliver the gift I ordered because the “containers are broken.” I was given the option of paying for a higher-priced item or cancelling the order. I asked if he could just substitute something else. He cancelled the order and hung up on me. Buy with a different business. This one is awful.Edited: look at the owner’s response to negative reviews to see what their customer service is. Ridiculous!
We wanted a center piece for our Holiday Party. We made the right choice. This wonderful arrangement was delivered on time with the other cookie platters, yes edible stores now have cookies which are baked in store.The fruit was very fresh and chocolate covered bananas delish. The presentation was so gorgeous no one wanted to break the arrangement and kept starting at it. Great job Edible Arrangements Melbourne.

I ordered 3 items to be delivered to my boyfriends work on his birthday. A box with chocolate covered fruit, a dozen cookies and a balloon.He called me to thank me for the chocolate covered fruit. I asked him about the balloon and cookies. He never received those.I called and spoke with Izzy - She said they called the driver and he in fact still had those 2 items.. It was too late to deliver them as he had left work. I asked for a credit and was told Id have it within 24-48 hours.. Mind you they only offered to credit me the two items that did not deliver but I still have to pay 15 delivery free.A week goes by and still no credit on my account. I called again and was told they would have to speak with the manager and if I didnt get a call back within 48 hours to call back. REALLY - I should not have to keep calling for a credit on an order they messed up..Kinda messed up my surprise.. I wanted the big balloon etc.So I called my credit card company to dispute the charges.Terrible customer service and they are the ones that messed up my order.I just ordered another big arrangement for a retirement gift but from a different location.. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES MATTER.
Ordered a beautiful fruit covered box for my friends birthday and besides being the mist delicious fruits, the were very fresh and the chocolate was amazing. I loved the presentation of the box because it say “happy birthday” and it had little tiny candles. The product was delivered within hours of ordering. Timely & professional service.
Our business had to send Thank you Gifts to our business partners in various location. The beautiful platters were delivered on time. Huge hit in office for the chocolate cover fruits. They wanted to taste all variety. I recommend ordering extra for the recommended quantity because people wanted more.
They could not be less helpful. The over-riding impression was, they could not be bothered to provide ANYTHING that resembled customer service. Save your money and go someplace that appreciates your business. I wont be back but if this is how they treat all customers, they wont be there if I were to return.
Forgot my grand dads Birthday today...it was 3pm when my dad reminded me. Called Melbourne store to check if they can do the same day delivery. Summer put in my order and assured me that it will be delivered today. The order was sent out by 5pm and unfortunately my grand dad was not home he was in a bar with his friends celebrating his birthday. The driver called him and got the name of the bar delivered it at the bar. My grand dad was so excited. Excellent service Edible Arrangements, you made my grand dad very happy. Thanks for saving my day.
This place is horrible. I would rate it worse then eating trash. Don’t come here if you care about yourself or your money.
Great service. I talked to Ambrosia on the phone. He talked me thru the options and made great suggestions. We can up with the perfect gift(with substitutions!) . My friend who had just had knee surgery LOVED the gift and goodies .Would definitely use this again for shipping a organic Edible Arrangements.
On behalf of my mother: If I could give this place zero stars, I would butttttt this is the only way Id be able to write this review. With this weekend being Mothers Day, I am well aware just how busy it is for those in this type of business and tried to be as understanding as possible but this is just ridiculous at this point. I was gifted an arrangement and because I was unaware, when it was attempted to be delivered (5/11/18), I was not home. So of course, a note was left stating that they would attempt to deliver it the following day (today, 5/12/18). I called bright and early just so I can get an idea about when I should expect them to swing by, so that I wouldnt miss them again. The gentleman who answered his phone, spoke so fast that I couldnt get his name. When I asked how their delivery system worked and if I could at least get an estimate about when to expect someone, all I got was uh, maybe in the afternoon. Um, okay, cool, no problem. Fast forward to a few hours later when I actually get a call from EA and the young lady I spoke with asked if someone would be available to receive the arrangement before the end of business today (per your website, you close at 5), so naturally I said yes. It is now almost 8 in the evening and Ive spent my entire day waiting for someone to show up. I called the store around 4:30, no answer, and it went to voicemail BUT the voicemail was full and was not able to leave a message. I think its pretty irresponsible that you make people throw away their whole days without so much as a courtesy call to advise if someone is coming or not. I had plans with my entire family for this Mothers Day weekend and had to cancel the ones of today because i wanted to make it easier on YOUR delivery person to not come all this way and not have anyone be home. So, thanks a lot edible arrangements of Melbourne for ruining part of my Mothers Day weekend!
This place called me to let me know they didn’t have what I ordered. I asked what we could substitute for the same price, and was told I could have a replacement that cost more. The lady on the phone was very rude and accused me of exploiting small business. I said finally I would take the replacement and she cancelled my order “so we’ll both be happy”. She insulted and lost a customer over two dollars.
This place is great! I always thought Edible Arrangements was just flowers and stuff until I walked in there. The staff was super friendly and helpful and after seeing ( and trying ) what they have available, I dont think I will be buying flowers ever again. These fruit arrangements are such a great idea!!! Definitely coming back for more of their to go snacks and stuff next time Im in the area.
We were headed to a friends house for dinner and I wanted to pick up something for dessert. I made a last minute decision to stop by Edible Arrangements.The store had two items prepared in the display - one was too large and the other too grand. I glanced through their iPad app on the front counter and found a perfect mixture of chocolate dipped fruit gift boxes in just the right size. The store was also having a promotional sale and I was able to save $10 on my order.The fruit was very fresh, the presentation in the gift box was great,I would definitely purchase from Melbourne store again. Calling or ordering ahead would have made my experience even better, although wait was less than 15
Fast Service. Stopped by the store to pick up two cones of Edible Treats! Olivia who was at the front desk got the order ready in 10 minutes. Fresh Dipped Strawberries and Bananas. A great treat affordable treat, $5 dollars per cone. Fresh Fruit dipped in chocolate, better than chocolate and icecream
I wanted to make a surprise for my daughter and placed an international order. (I live in Moscow and she lives and works in Florida). Order was supervised perfectly, Ive got all I expected + very kind attitude to my needs. Without any hesitation I would recommend this company if you need a guaranteed delivery.
We stopped in and ordered multiple bouquets for delivery on Christmas as part of a company party. The staff the helped make my selections were professional, kind and overall helpful and with a pleasing demeanor. When we received the packages they were all accurate, on time and delicious! Will be back!
