I was happy that I ignored the review from Nina and used their services for my business. While I get that not everyone has great or excellent experiences, I think its rather unfair for anyone to leave a one star review over a piece of material that can be removed by scissors. She even admitted in her comment that they offered to remove it for her. Guess she felt entitled to money instead.My experience was vastly different. I didnt think my logo would be much of an issue, but after talking to their wonderful staff I found out it would be much to small for embroidery. After working with Sadie and Christian on something a little different that I was happy with, my order was placed and a week later I couldnt be happier with the polos and jackets. I put my companys logo on a sweatshirt at this place. When I got home and put it on I noticed a large (about 8x8) piece of extra fabric just hanging out near my neck. (wth) They clearly didnt take the time to cut around the logo to make it look neat and professional. Instead of offering some type of discount (for their mishap) on future orders to apologize, they instead said for me to come all the way back to that location, and BRING BACK my sweatshirt just to cut off extra fabric. Thanks but no thanks. I wont be going back!

I’ve trusted this place for years with my other company, and most of the time they are great. My first negative experience was when I ordered a specific fabric, and got something totally different. It was clear to see on my invoice and they even agreed it was a different blend. The woman helping me did not want to make it right and only offered 20% off my next order. Im not the type to demand anything. So I left it at that.I dont know if the owner/manager wouldve handled the situation differently, but it was disappointing.Otherwise, every other experience has been great.

Drew with custom signs helped me design my newly purchased plumbing truck . And it looks incredible. We had a little mix up and I had to return to have something changed. With no excuses or resistance they made the corrections . And went out of there way to make sure I was happy with there product and workmanship. I really had a good experience here . I came in with a logo I designed for the business and the girl that helped me was fantastic. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She cleaned up my logo and improved it for some shirts and 2 signs. A little pricey but well worth it. I just want to say thank you to all the staff from an extremely satisfied customer!

The shirts are great quality. If you can send the art work and order online this is the perfect store for you. If you like to check the product and look at it to make sure you had made the right decision, this is not the store for you. For the most part costumer service is good but rush, the kind that makes you doubt your decision. The Small crowded front area makes you feel claustrophobic and anxious. The reason for 3 stars is because we always get the same allergic to kids no patience Judy-moody lady. She thinks her attitude is control but its showing since the moment we come in, too old for that. This Year she dismiss us with you can do this online more than 5 times, after we have taking time of our busy day to go there and place 2 orders. Year after Year we go there because of the quality of the shirts but we dread the encounter.

Great service. REALLY! They delivered on time.We got printed tees for 12 ppl or our volleyball tournament. They shared a link for choosing the colors and it was just as it is. I loved the quality of their prints. Will be printing more tees with them for sure.One thing to note, the mens and womens sizes do vary. Mens XS is not the same size as Womens XS. Womens XS seemed to be much smaller in size than Mens XS.Make sure you try them before you order👍 They do have samples of almost all sizes.It took a week for delivery. So plan ahead!!

Upsold us some product and then couldnt deliver on time. We couldnt get the shirts on time. They reiterated multiple times that the shirts would be ready. On pick up day (one day before our conference) they say the shirts wouldnt be ready till after the show & claim to have proof that I agreed with it, like Id forget when Im going to the trade show!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. Avoid this place.
