I was looking for something specific. A very nice employee helped me find it. She was pleasantly surprised at what it was too 😊. I was looking for 50+ UPF protection shirts. Being prone to skin cancer I need something more than just sunscreen. These are great.

I absolutely love Bealls Outlet and have been shopping here for years with the their credit card which is great! The employees are normally so wonderful and helpful However this was not the case coming in to this particular Bealls Outlet, the cashier anete who seemed to be a manager was absolutely rude and out if line. She was so argumentative And at one point I thought she was going to reach across the counter and start choking me all over me telling her that I do not know the phone number associated with the account and they normally scan my card..she did not want to scan my card, she wanted to be right, and she wanted me to listen and not question her. She is and was extremely hostile and should not be working in a position where you should treat guests with kindness and patience. Please Bealls Outlet be careful with who you hire because you do not want to lose loyal customers like me. Her name is anete and I hope I never see her again, I will go to a different Bealls Outlet that has kind people. And Ill be back when she is gone because I know people like that dont last

My post is specific to the customer service of the staff. This comment is not related to the merchandise, which generally is offered at a great price. The selection is usually reasonable as well, with the exception of the (women’s) shoes which are the worst styles and poorest quality, so just skip that section.I went to this location close to closing time and was redirected back out of the store by the manager a few moments after I walked in, as I was making my way toward the rear of the store. Though the store would be closing soon, I thought that when the doors are unlocked, customers are still permitted to shop. Incidentally, I only needed one item (I had scouted the store previously, so I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was located) and told the manager this. I also mentioned that I needed this item that night, as it was a planned gift for a family member. He told me the hours the store would be open the following day and pointed me right back out of the door! So unprofessional and left me feeling like I should spend my money elsewhere. Appropriate and adequate customer service procedures should be kept on the list of important skills to portray to and with customers if one decides to work in retail establishments. It goes a long way and costs nothing to be helpful!!

Gun store they have great deals on clothing you just have to try everything on because these are products that sometimes do not fit correctly so you must try them on. That being said you can pick up some awesome deals just take your time shopping when you go. I always find a decent pair of jeans and some cool shirts at a super cheap price.

I was in there today as I wanted to buy several tops and bottoms. What is the sense to have your store open when you can’t try on ANYTHING to see if it fits!!!!!!ALL fitting rooms were CLOSED!!Therefore I left the store with nothing.

This place has some really cool stuff. I come here on my lunch break all the time and always seem to be able to find something new. The prices are also very reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only qualm is that there is sometimes a long wait at the register, and the clerk doesnt always call for backup when its needed.
