Told us they can finance you even if credit was not good and then I gave them my info to run it and help me find a vehicle that would work.. and never heard back. Got at least 6 bank letters denying me in the mail. That was it. I felt misled and that once they didnt get a yes on the phone they moved on. Didnt even try. What a waste of my time. Went here bc of the good reviews.. wont recommend to anyone.

Typical used car lot BS. They advertise great cars that are somehow sold just before you got here. Thank goodness they have a similar model for the same price with more than 3x the miles on it! Stay far away is my recommendation, unless you want to get taken or like to waste your time.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Fraud. . . Extortion… Bait and Switch….. u2028I bought this USED car on 072920, relying on the false advertisement that is was a Certified PreOwned with a 90 Day Warranty. As of August 29, 2020, it has spent seven days in the shop regarding multiple repairs. It has been towed twice since I bought it, and since August 16, 2020, it has spent more than 15 days as unusable because of repairs. The so called mechanic Bill screamed, yelled, and called me a pretty nasty name when he found out I was gay, and then he had unsupervised privilege to met property for several hours. When he was told to stop talking and put his boss on the phone, he hung up.We claim they use a substandard certification process in conjunction with an ambiguous warranty policy that lures customers back to their shop to be lied to, extorted from, and cheated with the only true intent to find upsell opportunities for their company. In addition to the bait and switch warranty attempts and the less than preowned certification, during the contract/paperwork process thistle salesman, Ron, attempted to slide in what we could only perceive as a fraudulent attempt to get us to sign a document that claimed we we donating to a charity, but the typed in amount being donated was ZERo, and the rest of the document was bare, to be filled in later by the accused. Regarding all issues, we notified the Florida Motor Vehicles Field Operations Region 4&5, as well as our State’s Attorney with the hopes of an investigation to determine exactly what is going on at this used car dealership. u2028Be forewarned and STAY AWAY. We do not believe they cars are Certified by anything other than sub-standards. The car is pretty, but I had not intent to purchase an $10,000+ lawn ornament, but it appears that is exactly what I was sold.Every claim made herein is memorialized! I bought 5 cars from Raul with in the last 10 years. He has been always more than fair and a gentlemen to deal with. Recently I had a bad alternator diagnosis from a local foreign car repair shop for my BMW 750 Li and they wanted $1500 to replace it. I took it to Gen-X motors for a second opinion. They gave me a newer model as a loaner/test drive. The mechanic Seth is very honest and helpful. My problem was not the alternator, it was the cheap gas from BJs with tons of ethanol. They suggested that I switch to Shell Premium low ethanol gas. Well, I did yesterday and the car starts better and runs better than ever. They did not charge me for their advise or time. They know I will be buying more cars from them. Loyalty works both ways. Thank you Raul, Seth and Gen-X staff.

My husband and I have always purchased new vehicles from a Honda dealership in town. The process is never less than 12-15 hours between haggling with the sales manager or waiting in line for the financial officer. I took a chance and went to GenX motors. These folks are professionals and straight to deal with. I bought a nearly new luxury sports car sight unseen and the entire process, by definition, was a little complicated. They kept me in the loop and didnt require babysitting. Steve was particularly effective. He made the sure that the SL 550 was in the condition it was supposed to be in. They sold my roommate a car that was “reliable” and within two months of the purchase, it broke down. Ended up costing him about ten thousand dollars. Their warranty they claim cover everything refused to assist. This vehicle has been sitting at their Wickham location for 6 months now. This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have heard of. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this dealership.

I never expected that selling my car would be so easy! I used the website Accu-Trade and received an instant offer for the car. Within a couple of days, I received an email offer that was $550 more than the first Accutrade amount from Gen-X. It was more than a week after that I had a day off and was able to stop by Gen X - with almost 2,000 more miles on the car. Raoul honored the price - and within 15 minutes I was out the door with a check and an offer of a ride home! It was such a pleasure to deal with such a low key, professional gentleman as Raoul. I wouldnt hesitate to either buy OR sell from Gen-X again. Thank you.

The vehicle I purchased was what I had searched for for several years. It was everything I was looking for. I’m sorry to say the customer service was lacking greatly. I was given 1 key and fob for the vehicle and was told I could go to a locksmith to get another one. The hard top on the vehicle requires a special tool to remove the tork screws, I was told what #tork bit I needed and was told I should be able to buy one from a Auto supply store. As I drove away from the dealership the gas light came on.....$40.00 later I was on my way home......I would be cautious about buying another vehicle from the dealership for these reasons.

Worthless dealership. They told me for four days they were buying a vehicle from another dealer so that I could buy it from them. As a result the vehicle sold to another buyer because Gen X never moved on it. I could have bought it from the dealer directly since it was listed on auto trader but instead I relied on Gen X to bring it to me locally and they failed to do it after four days of saying they were on it. Do yourself a favor and go on Autotrader and buy direct from whoever is listing it and you may actually be able to buy it instead of losing out on a good vehicle.

I would definitely leave 0 stars if that was an option. To deserve 1 star they would have at least had to have good service. I bought a suv from them less than a month ago. Since I bought from them I’ve had to replace the blend door actuator already. And now find out there’s a leak somewhere in the ac system. That I will have to pay to fix. The car needs an alignment and new brakes. All within a month of buying it. Not to mention that I changed my name due to a marriage 3 weeks after buying my car and they have yet to register it with the dmv. So now I have to spend even more of my own time to go back to the dealership to sign papers so they will register it finally. And they did not call me to tell me this. I found out by calling them to say I recommended my bank not endorse them for their car buying service anymore. Only then did they tell me they needed me to come in to sign papers so they could register it. So now I’m out hundreds more dollars after buying this suv less than a month ago. This is not what I expect from a dealership. I expect to know what I’m buying and get responses from the staff when an issue arises. Would not recommend ANYONE buy from them unless you want to be lied to.Update 5/20/2020I have now spent thousands of dollars towards fixing this car. A bent tie rod ($450), an o2 sensor short circuit ($100), a broken ac ($1500), an oil leak ($560), another oil leak my husband fixed at home that would have cost $800 in a shop. And now I’m being told the engine has a misfire somewhere. Unknown how much this is going to cost me. I don’t know what this dealership did to this car but it is not what I paid for. I would have never bought from their dealership if I knew they were running a shady business. After the first issue with this car I asked the dealership for a copy of the inspection that they said was done before they put it up for sale. What I received was one piece of paper that had a few tire pressures scribbled on it. This place is a fraud. Do NOT buy a car from them unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to fix it. I drive to work and to the grocery store. I don’t drive in stop and go traffic nor do I put endless highway miles on it. I’ve barely driven it the last 6 months at all. There’s no reason it should have all these issues when I bough it 8 months ago.

After being pulled over and getting a ticket for having a suspended license.. Due to one of the employees here inputting my insurance policy number wrong...And getting a vehicle and the battery going dead- common sense should tell you. If its 2017 an the car was manufactured in 2013. You should have replaced the battery BEFORE SELLING IT.And having the plastic piece that holds the handcrank for the seat to adjust back and forth, was supposes to be replaced 4 months ago.I like the cars.. Not the service or stupidity you people offer.

HORRIBLE Company to deal with. Went in to purchase a truck. Completed the entire application process and they were running the financing. However, because it was a Sunday, a lot of the banks were closed and not responding. So, they told us to wait until the next day when the banks opened. Called at 9AM the next morning to complete the process...to find out they SOLD the vehicle out from underneath us -- Even though they had a sale pending!! They did not even give the courtesy of a phone call!! Will NEVER do business with them again!! SHADY!!!!!!!!
