Came here earlier today to pick up my Yankee Birthday present. I found the perfect scent, then proceeded to browse a bit. While I was perusing I watched Chris was helping another customer at the cash wrap whos English wasnt the best. She was so patient, kind, and understanding for the 10 or so minutes that it took for this woman to check out. When it was my turn to finally check out she was so friendly and warm with me. Fantastic customer service experience! Would definitely come back to this store!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I used to love coming here. Maryann and Ashley would make my shopping experience so delightful; I always could get what I wanted quickly and for a good price with all the latest coupons. I heard they left... and it shows.

They always have their products so nicely displayed. Always looks pretty and inviting.

I need to start checking with them more often. I never knew u could recycle your old candle jars for a discount.. and it seems they have a daily or weekly special..

I love Yankee Candles and frequently go to their stores and shop online. My house is full of their products. I went into this store at the Melbourne Square Mall to buy just 2 things I needed. There were 5 salespeople in a small space. Several of them were extremely pushy and kept at my sister and I to buy more products (my sister walked out). The salesperson even asked, Are you sure that is all you want to buy? as I was checking out! The register person was rude and also pushy. I found the whole experience off-putting and horrible customer service. If Yankee Candle is that desperate for sales they need to give it up. I will NEVER shop in this location again.

Very friendly staff. Ashley could have been selling $10 bills for $20 and I would have still bought them. Plus the best smelling store in the mall.

I love this Yankee Candle. Well, I love Yankee Candle in general, but the person helping me out was so friendly and a real peach.

I love it here, the ladies are always very nice, and they (because I work in the mall) are always telling me when they are special savings events are. Plus they have a great selection, wish it was a little bigger though.

Candles of all sizes ranging from the ones hanging in cars to the bigger sizes candles for large rooms. I often get confused choosing just one and you wont leave the place without buying one.

Im standing in line waiting to check out behond13 other people. There is only 1 cashier and each transaction is taking her forever. She has literally taken 10 minutes to ring up 2 customers.
