I love this store. I love to go in and just look around and smell stuff. I usually end up spending too much money. I was at the Melbourne Square Mall Bath and Body Works on Saturday and did not have a great experience. The sales people follow you around and ask you what you are looking for the whole time. I just wanted too look at my own leisure. I do not know if it is like this at all Bath and Body Works or if it is just this particular one. I finally had to leave. On the bright side I did not spend a fortune.

I had a great time at Bath And Body Works! The young ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of luscious items to choose from. I got a good deal on lotions.

They are having a great sale as well as they are putting out their new seasonal scent of body creams, body lotion, body spray and body wash. And they all smell amazing.

When I go to a place like this I usually know what I want so I politely told the greeter that I didnt need any help or a bag. It took me a total of 10 minutes to find what I needed and in that time 4 workers had kept asking me can they help me. I dont know where communication went wrong but I actually like to be able to do my shopping without being harassed. Or maybe its because my children are biracial and that automatically makes them think Im stealing. Either way I didnt feel comfortable and I definitely wont go back to this particular store.

For what they offer they are top quality. The hand soaps for example are much better than watered down drug store hand soaps, have a stronger fragrance, and lather better.

Lets talk about Paige who was running the register today. She was seriously incredible! Best personality, super helpful and just simply amazing. My daughter and I were just browsing but found a couple little things we wanted to purchase and Paige suggested her favorite body cream that was there at the counter and I am in love with this scent! Fiji guava-tini. This lovely young woman needs all the praises and raises!

The staff were very attentive to the customers! They offered suggestions on fragrances and products. They also advised on the new fragrances and products. They had lots of products to choose from. COVID-19 protocols were followed. Good shopping experience.

I love this place! Everything is immaculate here! Its a beautiful store, I love the products and i always enjoy my visits. I only knocked off a star because more times than none I deal with rude employees, but that doesnt stop me from going.

Full staff. Everyone was interactive and several team members approached, welcomed. Spoke to the promotion, or additional fragrance options.Check out was efficient, and verified contact info. Good presence of management on the sales floor.

All of my experiences in this store have been absolutely wonderful they always ask if you need any help if you need help to find anything or basically just be there for you but I would think the only thing that I would have an issue with is that during the pandemic they dont clean the bottles fast enough or thoroughly enough after people have touched them because I got covid last time I went in the store.

Get it while you can, especially hand sanitizer... It goes quickly and the best part is the 5 for 8$ (+ tax) or 10 for 16$ (+tax) and the body spray is always in places you can reach them love the buy 2 get 1 free and the buy 3 get 2 free deal... Amazing!!!

A scent for anyone and everyone. The products may seem pricey, but worth every penny!I had tried many other body washes, but the bath & body works last so much longer and I dont even need a moisturizer after a shower. They leave you feeling clean and soft.I have used these products for many many years and have never been disappointed!And the compliments, from even strangers, never get old! You smell and feel fresh all day long, even on the hottest of days.

The store is very open, clean, spacious and welcoming, with very friendly and helpful employees. Being in the mall, it really greets you with some of the sweetest aromas, even if you’re just passing. I really love their collections and they have a wide variety of lotions and body sprays even for men, which I appreciate. I normally go there for one item but their sales are so good that I leave with six other products. Their prices are really good for the quality products you get.

Simple store, simple review. Question: do you like nice scents? Do you like candles? Soap? Lotion? Body sprays? How about an endless supply of different scents every few months? You only need to answer yes to one of those for it to be worth your time buzzing around this store. Im a dude and I love it. There is something rather peaceful to have a few of their 3 wick candles burning and bringing pure smells to whatever activity you choose to unwind with. What more do you need from a store?

Love this store, but have to say if I mention that someone has already greeted me and I just want to browse, then please let me browse. I do not need someone telling me about every single scent I pickup! The salesperson was like a shadow, every where I went she was there. If I reached for a scent, BAM I got a review of the product. Please dont try so hard, it is offputting!

I literally feel like Darla was by the most helpful with customer service. I told her the scents I like and she pulled them off the shelf for me. Darla was friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing her when I shop on the store.

When ever I want to make my girlfriend happy I bring her there. They have new stuff all the time. She cant ever leave there empty handed. Always someone there to answer your questions.

I love this place and their hand soaps, including the mens exfoliating soap (I actually think it works better than Goop! I only used the aromatherapy body wash; I like the stress collection the most. The staff is always very kind and helpful, and the new location looks amazing, they did a great job!

Wow! This place is lifted straight out of the Millennia! Since the move and remodel, this place has been BUSTLING. Lots of customers, but lots of help. We had good service here and to-be-expected prices for all your usual product suspects. 5 stars!

Great sale. Had plenty of selection for what I needed. I was not greeted which was odd but found out they were short staffed. That was fine with me. My only complaint is that the stores are not family friendly. Its near impossible to navigate with a stroller. I love the sales though.

This is a very nice store it was in the mall already but they got it redone I was part of the electrical crew who wired it all up they upgraded to a bigger store and it is a bath and body works and white barn now but I had a great time wiring it up and getting all the electricity hooked up to it it was really fun and I learned a lot and it turned out to be a beautiful store

This place is ADDICTING and they know it! I LOVE the sales they have they ALWAYS lure me there with the deals they send me to my email and when i leave its NEVER just one thing its always a bag full I wish they would bring my favorite aromatherapy Sensual it was my absolute favorite but they have Patchouli now which is good....

I love Bath and Body products! I suffer from psoriasis and cannot use any other kind of body care, not even lotions that are designed specifically for psoriais without them burning or irritating my skin... Bath and Body 24hr lotions have been a lifesaver! I can use them all day long with no issues. The staff is always friendly and great at telling you the current sales. I will continue to get all my skin care from Bath and Body Works. The only downfall is living paycheck to paycheck and not being able to afford when I need more of the lotion. Its on my birthday/Christmas list! Lol :)

The last time I stopped into this store.. it was the most horrible customer service experience ever. The manager at the time Shadira and her assistant Kim were nastiest and rudest people that I even met. I don’t bother shopping here anymore. I rather order online or shop in the Vero Beach location. Everyone is very nice there.
