After asking half of Brevard and whoever else saw my post, to look for my bike, a man, (who to me could only be an angel, since I genuinely believe God sent him to the rescue), by the name Rob Farbstien from Infinity Bike Shop said he had a new bike for me, and just asked me to pay it forward.I thanked God, I still do, it opened my heart again to humanity, it restored my hope, he did more than just give me a bike, he heard my cry for help and answered, as well as a couple others offering help or sympathy, and that right there is why I get on my bike today with pride. That is why I tell this story to anyone doubting humanity, God, or goodness. When someone thinks this world is just cold and damaged, thats not the case.To anyone who reads this, this man, his shop, truly need recognition!I was able to forgive whoever took my bike, I forgive you, maybe you werent aware it was my only means of transportation, maybe you needed it more than me, perhaps it was a lapse in judgment, Lord knows Ive had mine. I totally recommend Infinity Bike Shop. The guys there are great. Jonathan has gone out of his way to help with problems on an old bike I had. I brought my Trek to them recently for a tune up and the guy helping me said it would be like new when I got it back and he didn’t let me down. My bike runs fantastically now.Thank you to all the staff at Infinity.

Going into a bike shop for the first time, you never know what to expect. I am visiting from Baltimore and brought in my road bike ONLY to install pedals purchased on Amazon. What got me was that the big guy there took an extra few minutes for great service. He inspected my bike like it was a medical exam, tightened up some components, greased the chain, and oh yeah, replaced my pedals - told me no worries. Ive been living in Bmore too long, forgot good places and good people like this exist. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the epitome of local bike shop. Everyone in it is very enjoyable to talk to. They take care of their customers and are willing to teach you why/how they did the repair. I would recommend going here for any repair/upgrade, to purchase a new bike (or electric bike), or for any protective gear (helmet, knee pads, gloves, etc).I have had my forks swapped, new chain set, pedals, and handle bars done on my mountain bike.

Both the workers I was able to speak to were great. They had what I needed in stock and really helped me out. I will be back for sure for anything else my bike needs/when its time to upgrade.

I needed some new pedals for my old 29er and stopped by this store and was shown what I needed by a very professional lady at the front desk and was offered a install by the shop or I could use one of the stores tools. I used their tool to put my pedals on which was a 2 minute job,returned the tool and left the store with a satisfaction of service that will bring me back when I upgrade my old 29 inch bike. I called them to get my bikes put together after shipping. They wanted $75 per bike to install 2 pedals and the head set. Literally 15 minutes work tops per bike. They also informed me they had a 2 to 3 week lead time.My neighbor did it for me. Saved me $150!Maybe these guys are great, I do not know. But this interaction has me wanting to try another more reasonable shop when its time for tune up or repairs...

Great customer service. Young lady was cleaning right before closing and stopped what she was doing to take care of me. I Thought I was going to drop off my bicycle for the next day and turned out it would be done in 15 minutes. I will be returning for my future bicycle needs. Thank you

I have been to this bike shop several times to have my sons bike tubes replaced. Service work has been performed as expected. My last visit 2 weeks ago was as usual. I asked the young man to check to make sure that there wasnt anything on the inside of the tire that could once again puncture the new tube. 2 days later my sons tire was once again flat. The next day (Saturday) I called the bike shop and explained what happened and was informed they would only be able to repair the tire once again if they had time due to the fact that they may get busy with customers. I guess I was mistaken because I thought I was one myself. I guess I have the mistaken belief that customers who had a bad experience should definitely be taken care of no matter what. I guess I was wrong. In the end I replaced the tube myself (this is his only transportation to and from school during the week). It turns out it was a flaw in the 2 day old tube that caused the flat. I guess I will be looking for a new bike shop. I suppose good ole customer service and taking care of return customers does not apply at this shop.

I am thru-cycling Key West, FL to NYC and the badass mechanic cleaned my drive train up with the quickness free of charge. Good selection of mountain bikes, gear, and nutrition too. Solid!

Friendly service. Met one of the owners. Will go back. However, I was quoted one price by Geoff in front of the owner, but at checkout the price was revised up 40% also in front of the owner. I kept quiet about it waiting for the owner to jump in and tell Geoff to give me the lower price as quoted. He did not. This was a bulk item, so Im sure the profit margin was very fair.UPDATE:Warren Buffett said it takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. This place is great! I just moved here and this is my new main bike shopEdit: I wouldnt recommend this place for fixed gear bikes, they just dont know how to work on them. When I get my bike back the chain is either so loose it falls off or so painfully taut the chain is being stretched out. I went in recently to fix a hub that wasnt turning smoothly, and when I got it back, it was not any better. It seems different employees have massively different repair abilities, so its really just luck of the draw whether you pay for someone to fix your bike or pay for someone to break it.

I can’t say enough about this shop! We are new in town and needed to get some repairs done on my sons bike. It’s not a big name bike and honestly thought about just buying him a new bike. After bringing his bike to the shop, they were able to quickly diagnose part of the problem. I left the bike with them expecting to get it back in a week. Two days later they called with another issue the bike had. I allowed them to go through with the additional repair knowing that I could have almost bought a new bike, not because of their cost, but because his bike was so inexpensive. Later that same day we went to pick his bike up, they had done some additional updates to the bike that we had not asked for and they did not charge. He was ALL GRINS all the way home about his ‘new’ bike! We are so grateful for their professional and quick customer service and we will definitely return!

My best friend and I pulled up to their shop 5 minutes before close desperate for a quick tube fix and these guys helped us out so we could have our 6 am bike ride. Im sure theyre up to their chins in repairs right now so we appreciate it tremendously!! INFINITY for the win forever! I called them for a quote on how much it would cost to assemble the bike that I had shipped to me. Its an electric bike with a battery that assists with pedaling. They were supposed to come by and pick it up but they never did come. I was advised to get a professional to put it together if I didnt understand the safety issues.

Great shop and staff. The red-headed older guy should not be in customer service, however. I assume this is the owner and the tone speaking with customers is not the same as employees. Learn to shift gears, buddy. I won’t be back.Just noticed you charged me for brake cable adjustment that was supposed to come with the bike purchase. This was charged with repeated reminders that I purchased the bike less than a year ago. I hope you enjoy the $20.

Nothing there at all. A few 2000 fat tires. Place seems to have gone say down. Was there 9 mos ago and it was nice. Inventory thing I get. But the place felt dirty and not welcoming

Great Job guys! My tune up took longer then expected but we had to order to some parts and given how covid-19 has messed everything up I am ok with the time frame. My bike is now it silky smooth and fast. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL STORES!

Jeff got me back on the trails today! Was sent over from Brevard locksmith and bike repair (who are also awesome!) And both shops worked together to get my Trek running beautifully! Great work and customer service all around.

Friendly and knowledgeable bike shop. I went to Infinity Bike Shop because I was having pain in my knees and saddle area (my own fine-tuning had made things worse). Jeff was so helpful in adjusting my seat post and saddle orientation that I was able to ride 100 miles in an event that I didnt want to miss!

This bike store is great, wish I knew which Felt Bike I purchased, as I would not mind selling but it might be worth over 2k.

Very disappointed with this shop, just paid 200 dollars for an all around maintenance, not sure if it’s a coincidence, but the rear wheel lost all air, front wheel was extremely loose, and the rear derailleur completely failed broke and damaged other parts of the spokes. This is unacceptable.

No inventory. Came in to rent bikes, no hybrids were available, then to find out no road bikes were available. So we had to use beach cruisers.So came to find out when my gf called the day before, it was actually explained that only beach cruisers was available. Knowing this, my rating of your business as a 2 for service is not accurate. (I cant properly rate you all because I didnt receive any service.)

Love my bike again. My bike was in need of service. Looked up bike service and glad that I went to Infinity. They explained what needed to be done and answered questions I had. I love infinity bike shop. I purchased my bike here about a year ago and I would never go anywhere else. The purchase process was amazing and they matched me to the bike that fit my needs the best and Ive had my bike serviced here several times since. I recently stopped in to pickup some bike oil and they even took the time to answer my questions about that and make sure I had the right one for the conditions I ride.

Unbelievable service today!! I got a flat while out for a pretty good ride from my home to Ballard Park. I called Infinity to make sure they had the size tube I needed, since I was walking about 1 mile to their shop. Justin answered and offered to ride over on a bike to where I was and fix it for me. I thought this was so exceptional!! Then he called me back and said the owner Marshall would come pick me up in his car and bring me back to the shop for the repair!! They fixed the flat and I was back out to finish my ride within 20 minutes. Thats what I call above and beyond! Thank you for the exceptional customer service today!!!

This WAS my favorite bike store but no longer. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here, periodically since, 2013.Id always had promt, polite courteous service until this last go around.After my recent tune up, which I was talked into, my bike was returned without a bottle cage. I rode back this morning to retrieve it and the guy argued with me, saying there is no way they did it.Anyway, he agreed to dig through old parts to find me one, but I was going to have to wait until his employee could help me.I waited 10 minutes and walked out in disgust. This could have been handled amicably in about 30 seconds. Instead, they lose me as a customer and receive a bad review.What ever happened to excellent customer service? Certainly, this shop needs a refresher course.Stay far away!

Ive been a serious bike rider & racer for over 30 years. As well, I owned a small bike shop a number of years ago. Over the years I have had the opportunity to live in a number of cities and use the services of a good many local bike shops. In my opinion the employees at Infinity rate in there as some of the best Ive personally experienced. They are knowledgable, attentive and put customer first. I had a bottom bracket replaced today in record time and at what I felt to be a very reasonable cost. The mechanic, Jeff, was exceptional! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP...these guys are great!

Great shop, helped me out alot

Not happy with service. Bought a bike computer from them and had it installed by them but they put the sensor on backwards so when i took it home I realized it was not working. I brought it back and they were friendly about it, but they seemed more interested in talking about how fast they go than helping me with my problem and took 45min. to fix.One month later I stopped in to have a tire replaced and one of the sales guys said time for a new bike? I said no thanks, and as I was walking out I herd a comment from there show room saying quietly piece of .....I found a shop closer to me called Adventure Bikes and they were great! Highly recommended!

Lousy service. Booked two Treks in for service, three days later they hadnt been touched. When I picked them up, I was met with yeah, we werent sure why the bikes were here... Headed to Revolution Cycles.Gary, we bought the bikes from you, and returned them for the complimentary tune up, after the break in period. During check in, I could hear conversations about work orders, but did not get a receipt. I was told you were going to call me Friday for pick up. I didnt get a call. I drove down Saturday to check status, as they hadnt been touched, i took them away.
